Negative experience: Went there for a routine cleaning and they “forgot” to do the main thing that they were supposed to do.. a cleaning. They(she) skipped polishing and sent us on our way. Of course she denied it so it’s my word against hers and of course they’re (her manager) going to believe her. Do your job or find another one. Just awful smh

Fantastic experience: From the moment I first called for an appointment as a new patient to the moment I left, my experience with this office and each staff member was professional and top notch. Kind and gentle, pleasant atmosphere and super clean. If you need any help just call and ask them. Highly recommend and look forward to my 6 month cleaning in 2026

Fantastic experience: We bring students here all the time from our campus, A "Five Star Dentistry"! Most recently, helping an 8 year old with a chipped front tooth to feel at ease. It was a Nascar Experience, fast and painless. Dr. Piermont and Bridget for Governor! Great Job.

Fantastic experience: These folks worked me into their schedule as a walk-in/emergency situation, and I was out the door, done, completed in under 2 hrs flat. The price was totally within the ballpark of what I was expecting and the service was exceptional. I would definitely use this office again, & I highly recommend them to anyone in need of any emergency dental procedure. Five star review here.

Negative experience: I’ll start this review by saying I really didn’t wanna write one, but I thought about it for a month or so now and because I heard a lane commercial on the radio for Mr. Lane saying that we Love to make you smile . I thought it quite ironic because I had much the opposite experience , and first off I would like to say that I’ve been going to this office on and off and as well as the Dunn office pretty much my whole life except for a time when I was away out of state Had great experiences as an adult as a child, quite traumatized by an experience when Dr. Lane broke an instrument off inside of my tooth while checking up after routine cleaning I was terrified after that and hated to go to the dentist had to be gassed or given anxiety medication before arriving I’ve done the best to take care of my teeth daily routine, etc. but don’t like to go to the dentist. I will say that I had an appointment that I didn’t show up for because of fear and shame. I’m giving them to star review because they agreed to see me again in a pretty short notice , and I appreciate that I’ve been in a lot of pain and needed some extractions done , I went to the appointment and filled out the questionnaires all the paperwork and got sat down. I had responded to some of the questions about narcolepsy and grinding my teeth, etc., and was hoping to be met with some interest or answers to the responses that I gave on paper I know they had priorities to deal with the issues at hand, but I was never addressed as to having grinding teeth issues or anything and coming back as a kind of a new patient again I would’ve thought that I would’ve gotten, the work up . I also felt that the staff performing services was quite cold and didn’t show much interest Or compassion They went straight to extracting teeth and provided me with no other follow up other than just removing teeth . I’m a hairstylist and I provide a comprehensive follow-up plan for peoples hair. I would assume that I would be given the same at least level of treatment when it came to my dental health. I was so put off by the experience. I just didn’t make that next appointment and it just decided to sit in pain instead of dealing with the problem because I felt so uncomfortable there. I’m hoping that I can move past this experience and get some relief . It shouldn’t matter how or when you go about trying to improve your dental health it should be something that met with compassion and not something that makes you feel more. Shameful when you finally do decide to try and better yourself in that way.

I had questions for the dentist about getting fillings because I'd never had them before. They took the time to explain everything to me and to make me feel at ease before they started. They make you feel like family. I highly recommend this office.

Negative experience: I only gave them 1 star ⭐️ because it wouldn’t let me leave my review w/ 0 stars. They have absolutely no clue what they’re doing really. The equipment is out of date and there are at least 3 extremely rude ppl who work there. I won’t be returning, that’s for sure.

Fantastic experience: First time at Lane & Associates dentistry. Very, very nice. I plan on keeping them as my dentist! Check them out if you need dental work. I went to the office in Erwin. And also " maybe" a 5 minute wait!!

Fantastic experience: I switched from Fuquay to Erwin because of the office being closer to my house. Also, Tammy cleans my teeth and she’s very thorough. I love coming to this location the ladies are friendly and always willing to assist. Make sure you check this location out you won’t regret it!!

Dr Covey and the staff at the Erwin Office put my nerves at ease and made my treatment pleasant. It was sooo amazing I talked my husband into coming and starting treatment!!

Fantastic experience: The way Lane and Associates located in Erwin NC took care of my daughter was absolutely priceless. They cared about the fact that she was in so much pain and went out of their way to assist her. She had walked to their office practically begging for help and although they couldn't see her that day, they made sure to call her the next day to come in. Otherwise she would have had to wait until September. Lane and Associates at 100 N 10th St in Erwin is the BEST!!!!! GO SEE THEM!

Negative experience: I had originally rated this as a 5 star. But then out of the blue I was threatened by a collection agency to pay a bill that I never had work for. I asked for the bill so I could see it but was told it was done in October. I hadn’t been there since February. I knew this information was wrong. I told them I was not paying a dime. They became really rude and called me a liar. Guess what, I was right and come to find out they actually owed me $168 in which they would not pay. Let’s just say I will never go back there. It’s not the dentist or assistants, it’s the billing.

Positive experience: Today was a great experience getting a crown for the first time. I appreciate the ladies and explaining the process. Love to have them every-time. Thank you Lane-Associate Erwin

Negative experience: So i have been going here a while well if u miss 3 appointment they will no longer and see u the reason for missed appointment is that I was sick I guess they want u to still come in sick at least I called and told them but still. So now gotta find a new dentist. So just a heads up if your sick on your appointment time u still have to go in.

The dental hygienist who saw me for my cleaning today, remembered me (from my last visit, while pregnant), and asked how both me and me baby had been doing. When she left the Fayetteville, NC office and moved to Erwin, NC it was a no brainer that I was following her. She has introduced both of my children ages 18, and 11 to the world of dental. They absolutely love ❤️ Tammie. She has her way with kids at least mine. Love you Tammy thank you for being so great and keeping my smile big and and teeth intact!
