Fantastic experience: Dr McConnelly and the staff were great! It’s the price that sucks! Unfortunately I am most likely going to have to check somewhere else! I never thought I would have to shop around for a tooth. I really wanted to have the tooth implant done with this office but a total of $7000 between their office and my dentist is too outrageous!

Fantastic experience: Dr McConnell has done Botox for my TMJ. I've had great results and headaches have gotten much better with the use of botox. I highly suggest getting botox for the TMJ.

She was kind, thorough, and very efficient, and her intervention helped solved a chronic problem that now no longer exists! Throughout the whole experience, she asked how I was doing and if there were any issues, which made me feel like she really cared. I was truly amazed how quick she was able to address the issue after years of trying to find a solution! Fantastic experience: Timber Ridge Dental (Fort Street) : Military scared me of dentists. Had a cavity that they said was "small" and the shot would hurt worse than them filling it real quick. 45 minutes of pain and sweaty hands/forehead later, was done. Then, all wisdom teeth mandatorily yanked out. Dr. Russo was AWESOME, as well as Jesse who assisted. She even danced around, FOR FREE! In all honesty, was extremely satisfied with the experience (to my surprise). They were very cool, and made sure I was comfortable as could be. The front desk staff is awesome as well. If you knew me, you would know i rarely give good reviews but this is a great place to have work done. I don't like anyone and been social distancing my entire life but looking forward to my 6-month follow-up. Great staff and service, would give more stars if I could (and a duck to Ana).

I got a call today asked if I could come in and get it done. So of course I can!!!!! It was smooth enough to not make me hate my choices to bad. Fantastic experience: I waited less than five minutes and then I went back and they put the Nitrous on and then he quickly poked the needles in with the local numbing so I didn't EVEN FEEL IT !! I was woozy, he asked woozy like a tummy ache , I exclaimed "No, Woozy like I am floating in the clouds He said it will be a little noisy and I swear he had the tooth out in less than 2 minutes and was putting in a few stitches He turned off the gas and started the oxygen and I was feeling back down to earth !! He told me that the stitches will dissolve and the numbing med will last about 6 hours. I was in & out in less than 20 minutes. Fantastic experience: If your looking around to get an extraction done, get Dr. McConnell. I travel 30 miles just for him. He's really good at the numbing part and really fast at the extraction part. Always surprises me when he grabs the sutures cause I didn't even realize he already got the tooth. Thanks midland dental!

Fantastic experience: I've been so blessed by God to have made my way back to Midlands dental. Starting last December I needed an immediate root canal and crown and started seeing Dr Yang for the first time in a decade! Carla and Ashley at the front desk are Heaven sent and were so helpful getting me scheduled, my insurance organized and co-pays in pristine order. I was never left owing after their estimates, except one upgatade on a crown and that was $11 that I paid months later. I was able to use a whole Year's worth or dental benefits in the last month of December. I ended up needing four cavities three root canals and three crowns so between last year and this year, I've had so much work done and even though it was lengthy, stressful with co-pays upfront, they kept me updated and out of debt by paying at time of service. They've done an awesome job! This review I felt so compelled to leave today because I was so grateful and truly God had me in His hands. Summit dental placed a canine crown, that was about 7 years old. I panicked as that very crown fell out this morning. Summit was rude, but Midlands had mercy and grace to squeeze me in to be seen on an hours notice. Luck would have it Dr.Yangs appointment had rescheduled altogether so she took her time and with her miraculous and God-given talent. With the help of the quick and talented Atika, Dr. Patty Yang was able to clean, drill my very old and brittle tooth with such delicacy and hyper-perfectionistic focus, gently align my crown and sement my crown back, giving my confidence and smile back within an hour. I paid a few hundred out of pocket but with every cent for the time, care and sacrifice. She made me aware of options in the future as what could happen, was honest and made no promises about the duration of the crown, but gave me options if we cross that bridge. Prayerfully not for years, at the very least God willing until January!! The entire team is just so warm, helpful and welcoming. I've been very blessed to have them as my home for all new dental care and I HIGHLY, HIGHLY HIGHLY ENDOURSE them, and gleefully, comend and recommend Dr. Patty Yang, thanks again to Ashley, Karla, and Atika for all your hard work, may God bless and keep you and praise Christ Jesus for this miracle.

Fantastic experience: First time patient.. after walking in very friendly vibe when you first walk in... you do not get " OMG dentist office feeling " at all. They were very informative and friendly on what needed to be done... they are almost a one stop shop.. so they rarely out source patient, and we like that... looks like we found our new dentist...FYI we moved here from California 3 years ago so not from Nabraska...but love it here! Ashley and Jessica were amazing so was the Doc...

He explained the procedure, was super quick with the IV (i have awful veins), had a sense of humor & made me as comfortable as possible. Was in & out of there within an hour. Negative experience: The absolute worst dental experience I've ever had! I'm not sure if the Dr. Was under educated or thought I was remedial. I was told I needed a a service that I clearly didn't I was looking the x-ray with the Dr. Undermined and really treated less than I'd hate to say it was because of my ethnicity...Steer clear of the "practitioner" Johnathan Russo D.D.S. practicing at this location .

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE Midlands Dental Group! Dr. Yang is amazing, she is so gentle, thorough, and truly cares about her patients. The front desk team, especially Ashleigh, is always so friendly, communicative, and efficient. Carla at the front desk is incredible at making sure my treatment plans are submitted correctly to insurance for prior authorizations. She rocks at getting everything covered for me with no stress. It is kind of them to do that as I was told at other offices that I would have to pay upfront and submit to my insurance on my own to be reimbursed. I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dental office. They really “get” me which means everything. Midlands Dental Group has truly become my Dental Family, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Negative experience: If I could leave negative stars, I absolutely would. I strongly advise you to avoid seeing Dr. Yang unless you want serious dental problems. I genuinely cannot understand how she became a dentist. My issues began when I went in for a few cavity fillings. The very next morning, I woke up in extreme pain. When I returned to the office, Dr. Yang told me this was “normal.” I continued to wake up night after night crying from the pain. On my second visit, she again insisted it was normal. By my third visit, she finally told me I would need a root canal — all after I initially went in for what should have been simple fillings. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t an isolated case. My mother also saw Dr. Yang and has since had the same filling fall out three separate times. It’s clear Dr. Yang does not know what she is doing, and I honestly cannot understand how someone with such poor skills is still practicing. Good luck and prayers to anyone who decides to go to this dentist.

Fantastic experience: My toothache brought me to the office in Missouri Valley, where staff was excellent in identifying my problem tooth and I was referred to the Omaha office for extraction. Fantastic experience: This was my second visit at Timberidge and it left me even more appreciative of this establishment. I was taken back within 5 minutes of signing in. Addressed by the Doctor immediately. Comforted by the Dr and his staff repeatedly. And done with my visit within 40 minutes of arrival. I 100% recommend Timberridge for anyone.

Negative experience: Going to the dentist has always been tough for me. I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled being over 25 with osteoporosis it brought me anxiety. The receptionist was very friendly and assuring. I did not have insurance at the time of the visit so I had to pay cash for the procedure. Dr. McConnell appeared to be very educated and knowledgeable.He kept me comfortable and relieved most my anxiety. The after care was not as attentive. I believed that I developed dry socket. When I called the first time I requested that someone look at it to make sure it was healing properly. She said, the pain is normal call back in a few days if it's not better. A few days later I called back and left a voicemail in which the Dr. did return my call. He basically told me that dry socket is not really a concern just make sure the area is clean. If the pain continues or if the pain is not tolerable with pain medicine let them know. A few days later I was still having quit a bit of pain. I called the office, left a voicemail and didn't get a return call back.

Fantastic experience: I got the implants put in out in Portland Oregon and right after I suddenly moved back to Iowa. Midlands Dental Group was recommended to see when I had a problem, Dr McConnell saw me and took the time to talk & explain what we needed to do to fix the problem. I've been going to them 4 years now, the staff and everyone there has helped me every way they can. I highly recommend Midland for your dental care and again the staff, exceptional & caring

Fantastic experience: First time there and I am not one to go to the Dentist often one of my biggest fears is the Dentist....but had to get a chipped/broken tooth fixed....Dr Yang had to do a root canal and I really thought I was going to faint!!!! They all saw my fear it wasn't bad at all She took her time to explain what needed to be done numbed me up and I didn't feel a thing I would seriously suggest this clinic to anyone the staff at front desk and all the assistants were wonderful My biggest fear in the world has diminished a bit

Fantastic experience: Hey everyone!! I know people don't go around saying they LOVE their dentist but... OH MY GOD I'M IN LOVE!!! My dental hygienist Theresa was AMAZING and beyond thorough. She even did a cancer screening. Ya'll... I'm about to be 41 years old and NONE of the dentists I've had have been this awesome! Theresa was also so kind and funny. She's got some punny rap remixes to help calm your nerves while in the chair. ‍⚕️Dr. Yang was was also very kind and informative. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend you check out this place, or one of there 3 locations!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and I was able to get right away. My appointment was for 8:30, I arrived about 8:15, I checked in, I didn't even have a chance to sit down and I was called back. I was finished and out by 8:45. Patty is quick, very caring. I have referred several people to her and I have only received thanks.

Fantastic experience: Dr McConnoll is the best DDS EVER along with his staff. Nathan should give lessons on IV's, he does it painlessly, quickly and with empathy. He gives you sedation and well placed novacane injections that hurt way less than the removal of tape from IV site. Tape removal is even more painful than extraction!!! I'm not kidding one bit! You get home and follow patient care instructions of appling ice and jaw exercises and your good to go back to work with very minimal swelling. The socket of tooth doesn't bleed much and there are no fibers or roots sticking out of socket and it heals super quick. I've been looking for a DDS for general dentistry for dentures for well over a year now! Nathan gave me a referral and I was immediately taken on (no ridiculous 6 months wait for appointment)as a new patient to begin process of dentures. I'm so happy about my situation now after all the calls to every DDS in 75 mile radius being turned down over and over again! Soon I'll be able to smile again. Thank you Nathan and his staff. Sincerely a very satisfied patient!! Happy Easter to all!!
