We reviewed the calls related to your experience, and what we heard was our staff calmly and professionally explaining our office’s process. This included the need to verify insurance before scheduling, a standard step to ensure everything is clear from the start. YOU replied that you were okay keeping what you had and that it wasn't worth $50 investing in your health that your insurance legally requires us to collect.
