Fantastic experience: We’ve been using Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry for at least three years now, and they’ve been consistently excellent. All four of our kids (ages 9–14) just had their six-month cleanings, and as always, the experience was smooth and positive. The staff is amazing kind, patient, and genuinely great with kids. Appointments are easy to schedule, we’re always in and out without stress, and they’re very willing to work with families. We couldn’t ask for a better pediatric dental office and highly recommend them.

Her visit today went superbly-the dentist was very thorough and has referred her to an orthodontist due to a “deep bite”. Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry is top tier, extremely professional, and they make my daughters experience one of comfort and care.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry! My newborn had a lip tie when born. Affected her latch so bad. We tried everything before addressing the lip tie. Couldn’t find anyone to do the procedure, but Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry did. The nurses were all so kind. The dentist was kind, thorough, and explained everything so well. They did an amazing job on the procedure, and we received great care at the follow up visit. Definitely considering bringing my oldest daughter here as well.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST dentist I have ever known of. My children were referred here because they needed extensive care on there teeth that there regular dentist was not willing to do. Caldwell Pediatric Denistry was heaven sent to us! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked through those doors & never felt an ounce of judgment from my children’s poor dental hygiene. The dentist went above & beyond to do ALL he could for there teeth. He spent hours working on them when he did not have too. The assistants were just as amazing. Both my children suffer from high anxiety & they felt comfortable enough to let them all do the work & my daughter even talked about how sweet the lady was who got her set up. I wish I could give more than 5 starts honestly. They helped us when no one else would or could & I am forever grateful for everyone at this office. They are absolutely amazing! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful for Caldwell Pediatrics Dentistry!! My 15 month old son had an accident and knocked his tooth out. We rushed him to urgent care who referred us to the facility. They were able to accommodate us very quickly and saw my son within the hour of us being at urgent care. Everyone from the front office to the back room was absolutely amazing, they were all very understanding and kind. The dentist was kind and gentle with my baby and he really helped settle me as well. He was very thorough and he explained things to me in a way that I would easily understand. I am so grateful and I can't thank them all enough for their prompt help! Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I took my son here today. It was his first visit and wow is all I can say. The staff was so nice and informative. Today he had to get 3 teeth pulled. They throughly explained everything to me. They also kept checking on my son making sure he was having no pain at all. I was blown away by the dedication the staff and dentist had to their work. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a child. They were absolutely amazing and I look forward to working with such a remarkable place.

Fantastic experience: We had our first appointment today. Both of my daughters were seen. One is 6 and one is 3. They were incredible with my girls. I was more nervous than they were. Not just the dentist there but the girls that interacted with my girls were amazing. They made them feel comfortable and happy! As a mom it’s so refreshing to see people treat your littles so kindly! Fantastic experience: Though I unfortunately wasnt able to attend my daughter’s first appointment, her mother had absolutely nothing but good things to say. The staff and dentist were so kind and patient, and quickly got us in due to the fact that my little one took a tumble and chipped a tooth. They kindly allowed her mom to go back with her and stay at her side in such a stressful moment. Seeing my daughter so happy afterward and saying “I like the doctor.” Was so relieving. Thank you everyone for taking such great care of my little girl. You have a client for life.

Fantastic experience: It was a wonderful experience! I enjoyed that he had a tv with his favorite show playing while the dentist and dental assistant were cleaning his teeth. Everyone was very kind and understanding of my sons first appointment and were upset when he got rowdy from having to sit still.

Fantastic experience: Our lactation consultant recommended Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry to correct a lip tie in our newborn. I called and I was able to get an appointment right away. The front office was very accommodating and transparent about the payment schedule. Dr. Allen and his team were extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the procedure that was needed for my child. We felt very cared for. We drove over an hour for this service and I don’t regret it at all.

I can not express the kindness, compassion, the skillful technique, the attention, the respect this staff provides to their patients. Absolutely the best pediatric dentist. My daughter GETS EXCITED, yes, yall read that right! SHE GETS EXCITED to come to this dentist. I can not tell you how deathly scared of needles and drills she is and yet she is excited for her dentist. Don't take our word for it, reach out to them yourselves. Absolutely the best. I am so glad my daughter's a patient with their team.

Fantastic experience: The office staff was super patient and kind, they answer my (many) questions. I was able to have all my three kids seen at the same time and their teeth were all cleaned & sealed in less than 40 minutes! The dental hygiene staff was great with kids and super quick! I was impressed!

Until we heard about Caldwell Pediatric dentistry!!! They are absolutely amazing and so well with children! My daughter is terrified of getting her teeth messed with but has done so well at Caldwell! Fantastic experience: We usually see Dr. Allen. There was a different dentist there today we had never seen before and he was simply wonderful. He made my son feel so at ease, and he is usually very anxious about anything "medical" because he had to be hospitalized a few years ago. The dentist was genuinely kind and wonderful with my son. He presented options for his treatment and treated him in a way that would work out best for us.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was nice and friendly and great with kids that I saw. They also had a large labradoodle support dog there that the dentist brings out when he comes to see the patient after the hygienist. It was my two year olds first time there, he did very well and loved going and getting everything done, and especially enjoyed getting the goody bag of tooth cleaning supplies and a toy at the end. The only issues I had the first time was that it was busy so we didn’t get very much one on one time with the dentist. The second time we went we had a perfect experience the only problem that time was that there was a baby that had an appointment the same time as rowan and since they were in the same room he saw him getting worked on and he cried, which scared rowan the whole time he was trying to get his teeth cleaned. But they offered us a private room for his next appointment so we don’t have that same issue again. But this time we made it before the crowd so we had plenty of one on one time with the dentist, and he’s an awesome dentist, very friendly to my son and did everything he could to make him feel safe and comfortable. Overall, they deserve 5 out of 5 stars, just try to get an earlier appointment if possible, or request a private room if other kids tend to affect your child. Love it there, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: As a mother with a special needs child I can tell you going to the dentist is sometimes challenging, stressful, and extremely overwhelming. My child was sent here originally from his previous dentist to be sedated for fillings. At first I was upset because the dental hygienist that day doing his cleaning was obviously having an off day and was in a hurry and nor friendly at all. Her mannerism caused my son to be extremely anxious and over stimulated. They said they wouldn’t attempt to do his fillings and would have to refer else where. I felt punished for the hygienist lack of professionalism and my son’s diagnosis being the excuse for her behavior. The secretary had me absolutely humiliated discussing the referral because the waiting area was full and all eyes were on me. So I leave the office with the referral and a few weeks later we drove 2 hours for his referral appointment with Caldwell County Pediatric Dentistry. The whole way there I was a nervous wreck with my stomach in knots for my son and how the appointment would go and if they’d not want him because of his autism. Well let me tell you we like all of the dental hygienists and dentists and office staff so much we decided to stay with them. I even transferred my daughter to them. I will gladly drive 2 hours for my children to be their patients. Their office is calm and friendly and extremely respectful. They have music playing, TVs above the chairs to entertain the children during procedures. My kids love the popsicles and little prize at the end. They have created a wonderful professional atmosphere for ALL children to have a EQUAL excellent experience with every visit. Cleanings, X-rays, and fillings are such a breeze for now.

Fantastic experience: Our Nova unfortunately had a small cavity for the first time. Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry took very good care of her, calming her anxiety and taking care of the cavity. Dr. Allen and all the staff are professionals and caring.

They handled us promptly, and was very patience with our family during our emergency visit. I recommend them over and over again. Positive experience: We had a great first visit at this office today. The staff was friendly and the dentist was very attentive to the oral hygiene of my children’s teeth. The only thing that I would change would be the noise. It was hard to hear the dentist/hygienist with all the noise in the environment. Brittany was great at explaining things and making my child feel more comfortable when he was nervous.

Fantastic experience: I have a 3 year old hyperactive daughter. I was told by a clinic in boone that my daughter needed caps on a bunch of her teeth and needed to be put under for a procedure. I left that clinic on a coworkers recommendation. I was not disappointed! Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry made my daughter feel right at home! They were able to take xrays, seal her teeth, and she got a filling! They did such an amazing job! My daughter left the appointment happy and smiling. She was so proud of the work they did on her teeth. She didn't even notice the numbing! I would recommend 10/10 I am one very happy momma.
