Dr. Ybanez is so caring and has seen me through many crowns, fillings and I believe a cavity or two. The hygienists and front staff are so friendly, accommodating and professional and I believe the costs are very competitive (or better) than other dentists in the area. If you are looking for a dentist, or considering a new one, I promise DentalWorks should be your first choice.

I did not feel like my appointment was an inconvenience or I was otherwise interrupting their day. My hygienist was detailed and through with explanations of what she was doing and what would be next. I look forward to my next visit!

Negative experience: Interesting experience this time around. Leading up to the cleaning, the constant text messages and the voice mails all reminding me if I miss the appt. I will still have to pay $50. It is borderline harassment! I responded to the text message, but they kept coming. I have never missed an appointment or even been late for one. It is a brutal process.

Positive experience: Had dentures made within 6 months one tooth came out they replaced the tooth with no problem. Now over a year later another tooth came out while eating a piece of licorice. They want to charge $205 to repair. And I have the tooth. My first pair lasted over 40 years.

Fantastic experience: Dental Works has always done right by me. I like that they don't make me wait. If your appointment is at 10...you will be seen by 10. They are quite thorough and genuinely seem to care.

Negative experience: Love the staff and doc....however, when did an annual exam stop including a cleaning???I paid for xrays and an exam and was expecting a cleaning but was sent on my way with papers for extensive replacements for my crowns and no options! The "cleaning" was going to cost me $1100.00!!! NOPE....looks like dentures are in my future.....very sad and disappointed...

Negative experience: This was horrible i been going to this dentist off an on since 2011 with out an issue. Start back July 2024 an customer service has gone down they don’t Communicate would be very well on what’s going on with my mouth. Printed out everything I need to be done and basically shoved me out the door. The front office receptionist are rude and talk down to an when you ask questions they get attitudes and they never asked if you wanna follow up appointment. I walked in one day with a A tooth infection and basically caught an attitude when I asked about getting antibiotics and denied me. I had an appointment 1/14/25 an Doctor ybanez failed to numb me Up properly Then he proceeded to work on me and failed to look At what teeth need to be worked on and started on the wrong tooth now that tooth is sensitive and I’m stuck paying to get that fixed. and caught an attitude When my anxiety started The assistant in him started talking about me while working on me. After this experience, I will not be returning and don’t recommend DentalWorks to anyone. This place has changed and it’s not how it used to be in 2011.
