Negative experience: Be careful of the fine print. During our consultation for braces, they said the cost of up to 4 broken brackets was included. However, the contract ended up saying NONE were covered and, unfortunately for us, we didn't notice until afterwards.

Negative experience: Went here thinking it would be a great experience due to the reviews. I was sadly mistaken. Paid for a root canal procedure that couldn’t get fully done, they referred me to a specialist which I went. Paid for the actual root canal with the specialist. I came here for my “permanent” crown just to try to charge me for another treatment. If you want a good dentist I recommend visiting Fairfax Modern Dentistry! I got my root canal done there with absolutely no problems! Best staff and they get the job done!
Fantastic experience: I’ve always been kinda scared of going to the dentist ever since I was a kid, so I was a little nervous walking in. But Camilla and Yara were super chill and made the whole thing way easier than I expected. They really helped turn my fractured smile into something I can actually feel good about like straight out of a toothpaste ad or something. Really glad I came here.

Camilla was amazing and super gentle, and Dr Yara went out of her way to make sure everything was as painless and smooth as possible. Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. I went in seeking help and clarity, but instead I was misled and not treated with the respect or honesty that any patient deserves. It’s upsetting when you’re already dealing with pain and then have to face such poor behavior from a place that’s supposed to offer care and support. I do not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this dental practice with my WHOLE heart!!!! I've been having a dental emergency for about a week. My normal dentist couldn't see me for another week. I happened to notice this practice on my way to pick up yet another bottle of ibuprofen. Something urged me to just poke my head in to see if they could help. Boy DID THEY EVER! The receptionist recognized that I was in a ton of pain and stepped into immediate action. They assisted me with paperwork, with keeping my daughter occupied, and got me in to see the doctor in a matter of moments. I have had some serious trauma from dentist in the past and this place eased all my stress!! I was heard. I wasn't judged. I was very well taken care of!! The doctor was incredibly gentle!! I honestly can't explain how wonderful they were to me!! I am definitely making them my regular dentist and will be having my children switch as well!! Thank you so so much for your service!!! Forever grateful!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great time, I went in for my very first visit to get an assessment because I'm not too comfortable around dentists and I haven't been to one in years. The staff was professional and knowledgeable and very transparent with everything they were doing, they explained to me what they were doing and why they were doing it every step of the way, making sure I was comfortable the whole time and the treatment I received was done very well. Going back again in 2 weeks!
