Fantastic experience: The entire office staff and doctor were absolutely amazing. My mom is 70 years old and in the early stages of Alzheimer’s, which can make doctor’s visits especially dental appointments very anxiety-provoking for her. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating, making her feel safe and comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated the excellent care, but even more so the genuine kindness, compassion, and support they showed my mother. It meant more to us than I can express.

Fantastic experience: The office is has a clean and relaxing atmosphere and the receptionist has a personable, respectful and helpful attitude. The hygienist is gentle, respectful, and takes care to listen to your wishes. She also explained what was offered but not necessarily required and the periodontal service and cleaning have my teeth looking great. All three of my visits to this office have been A+ experiences.

But with Dr. Riopedre, I feel calmer, especially since she has such gentle hands that I barely feel the injection when she administers the anesthetic. Fantastic experience: Update 05-13-25: Every visit here is wonderful. My hygienist, Siohanna, takes such good care of me and my teeth. Today's cleaning and maintenance went so smoothly that I actually dozed off in the chair for a little while. That is how gentle she is. Everyone there is kind and wonderful. Especially Maria at the front desk. If you are looking for a great dental practice, this is the one! February, 2024: This is a wonderful dentist. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are so caring. They are gentle and kind. They explain everything. Their prices are fair. And it was entirely painless! I love my new dentist.

Her entire staff from Maria who is always bubbly and Anna, office mgr, are extremely competent and friendly. Anna is thorough and diligent in explaining the financial side. Hygienist Doris is excellent. I had the pleasure of also dealing with three other assistants, Andreina, Janice and JoAnna. Janice was helpful in color choice for crowns. lol Had multiple extractions done a week apart.Dr Riopedre is gentle and caring. Recovery was the best. No Pain. They even ask for music choice while working. I can’t recommend this office high enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve needed dentures for so long and was absolutely discouraged every time I got quoted almost $20,000 at other places. Maria and Ana went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get financing done! Dr Riopedre was so gentle with my extractions and explained every thing she was going. DA, Andreina was there for me every step as well and made sure I was comfortable. So happy with my choice! I can finally smile now without embarrassment.

Negative experience: Staff are nice Hygiene is scary the first one put gloves on then touch my mouth and gums went to keyboard to input and back to my gums and mouth then back to keyboard then back to my gums and mouth. Never changed her gloves once passing the keyboard germs I went home and brushed and rinsed my mouth again. Disgusting. I felt scammed they have a ad on for cleaning and xray but they will give you all kinds of excuses no cleaning only xray. Only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because staff was decent and doctor kind of knew what’s going on with my teeth but for a dental place that don’t practice good hygiene it’s a no go so even though I want the service I don’t want to risk it.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the service unfortunately they were not able to complete the new dentures in a time frame that would work before I go back to Wisconsin. I will reconnect next November.

Fantastic experience: I just can’t explain how wonderful was the service in general, but Dr. Riopedre just made me feel comfortable, secure, and relaxed in every way. I’m so happy that I made the choice to go to Smile Crafter’s and specially to Dr. Riopedre she will totally will get the job done perfectly without any doubt.

Positive experience: They were very nice. Good service, However I needed to see a specialist and they told me there was only one specialist that’s a hour away. they gave me a referral to C. Scott Schmitt. When calling C.Scott Schmitt they said they only do cash up front. they do not deal with any insurance companies, they were also giving me prices over the phone, really weird, seemed just about money. This was a total inconvenience and a waste of my time. I called Smile Crafters back asking if they can refer a different company giving the policy at C Scott Schmitt. They said this is the only referral they use.. I did call my insurance company to research specialist and I found one only a half hour away. So there wasn’t only one an hour away, like smile crafters said.. Smile Crafters was a nice experience, however referring me to a specialist that does not deal with insurance companies doesn’t make sense. Just seems like a money grab, with a kickback, maybe? on the referral paper that has a C. Scott Schmitt heading on it. There is a space for “ referred by” no this could be perfectly normal, but to me it seems off. Thank you

Negative experience: VERY DISSATIFIED! WENT IN WITH A TOOTHACHE AND LEFT WITH AN APPOINTMENT TO COME BACK TO GET IT TREATED AFTER SPENDING TWO HOURS OF EXAMS AND TEETH PARANOIA Sales hype! DIDNT TREAT MY TOOTHACHE! LEFT WITH A THREE PAGE ESTIMATE OF HOW MUCH ALL MY NEEDED DENTAL WORK WOULD COST, NOT JUST TREATING MY TOOTHACHE. WILL NOT GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!
