Negative experience: Every time I have come in, I end up spending my whole day here. There have been multiple times when I have come and left because of the wait time. Why schedule an appt time and then have to wait way beyond that time frame. you come in wait to see the dr. they take you to the back, see the dr, then come out and wait again to get the work done in between everyone else that they are taking back. Instead of other offices that finish all your work at once.

Fantastic experience: Facilities are clean and inviting. Lots of games in the lobby for the kids to play. Super polite and helpful staff. My children felt very comfortable in the environment and with the staff. Overall excellent experience <3<3<3

Fantastic experience: First time coming here. There is a few things I love: 1. They have the games to occupy the kids while you wait. 2. They actually take care of the switching of the drs. 3. The showed me around being it was my first time so I can be comfortable with my kids being with them without me. 4. They allow me to bring ALL of my children in one day instead of coming back and forth. Saves time and is convenient for a parent of multiples. 5. Oh and the chairs are comfy and nice decor

Fantastic experience: I'm very satisfied with the service Dental Defenders provided for all 5 of my 6 children. Dr.Laska and Crystal were very knowledgeable and provided referrals and resources for additional treatment needed. They were even able to add them in for same day treatment as well. I'd recommend this, dental office/ arcade because of the atmosphere that allows children to be children and the parents to have a break all while sitting in the waiting area/ lobby. Fantastic experience: It was my first time visiting Dental Defenders. The atmosphere, the arcade games they have to keep the kids busy is very amazing. Staff was amazing, they don't force kids for X-rays, they are extremely gentle and really break everything down as far as treatment, anesthesia if needed, referrals , etc. Dr. Spears was great handling my 4 year old. I would definitely recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: I bring my children here and now that I have a newborn he also is coming here, today was his first month check/up (6months) they gave him a stuffed animal (huge pug dog) tied with a balloon. the dentist is super nice guy and sweet, he’s always good to my kids and they give free tooth brushes out, the staff is always nice as well and helpful, indefinitely recommend it and plus they have a Batman themed area with games. Love it!

Very little waiting time and fastest service with the most kindest and amazing assistants and best front desk who help better explain and any questions or concerns you have. Negative experience: I had gotten an appointment the first day they had opened with my mom and brother. (Got recommended by HEB) We went for cleanings, and the wait wasn’t too long but when we got the cleanings, they “cleaned” our teeth way too fast, didn’t really pay much attention and brushed on our gums too hard. For two whole days, our gums were stinging with the pain being severe. Pain killers did not help. I’m not one to write reviews but I happened to pass by the location and thought of my experience.
