Fantastic experience: Best dental service in my 75 years, broke a tooth on a Friday evening while out of state, called on Monday to see if I could get an appointment when I got back in town a week later and it was set up. Saw Dr.Britt he explained my options and when I choose he ask if I had time today, Yes and he did a crown for me while I was there. I have never had a shot in my mouth that hadn't hurt, I never felt the needle go in. 3D images let him make the crown while I waited. Glad I went to Dr. Britt's office. Thank you for your care.

Fantastic experience: In to see dentist within minutes,he assessed the problem. A cavity other tips of my two upper front teeth and quickly filled them and built one which had chipped back up to match the other.

There is no pressure to spend more than you can afford and they are very thorough with explanations of what they are doing or what should be done. Fantastic experience: We got a very good cleaning. The girls took the time and did a great job. Dr Britt was very informative and took time to explain everything. The person making our appointments was also very helpful in explaining the procedure and time . We are very pleased with Horizon Dental.

Positive experience: Pros: The receptionist is incredibly nice. The dentist is competent and the assistants are nice and professional. Two upper extractions performed with sedation, healing appropriately, no complications. Cons: Billing errors consistently before and after appointment. No refund after a full 7 days after the procedure and no correction even after calling and confirming the error. They attempted to send me home without appropriate pain medication (while I was still coming off sedation), and I had to have the person driving me home request it, had she not done so, I would’ve gone home being told to take ibuprofen, that policy is extreme and inhumane. Do better for your pain management policies and billing. Overall probably the best in White House for dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I was suffering from gum pain, teeth grinding from dental work performed by another dentist in Gallatin. An relative recommended Horizon Dental Partners. When I called I was worked in because I was in so much pain. I was examined by Dr Britt. Within minutes the pressure and throttling pain was gone. I will be able to sleep tonight for the first time in months. I will recommend Horizon Dental Partners to anyone that needs a dentist.

Instead of being scheduled out, the care team here truly valued my emergency and did all the could to see me immediately and help me get the care I needed. My tooth is restored completely! Fantastic experience: The entire staff here was awesome! I have always been uncomfortable in dentist offices, but they were very welcoming and genuine. Tricia asked questions, not just to fill the time but to really listen to the answers I gave, and she gave a lot of good feedback. She even cleaned off some old glue that was left behind from when I had braces removed YEARS ago. She noticed without me even pointing it out. I gave up on having that glue removed a long time ago because nobody else seemed to listen when I tried telling them about it. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!
