Positive experience: The visit was fine. The cleaning was fine. But my concern is I’ve been coming here for the last 8 years and in the last 3-4 years, every time I show up it’s a different dentist and hygienist I see. Never the same. I talked to one of my good friends in Grapevine he says he always sees the same dentist and hygienist every time in the last week 10 years where he goes. Maybe that yall business model but I prefer more consistency.

Negative experience: I came to DFW Smiles in July due to all the good reviews, however my experience was not so great. I had come in because I knew I had cavities I needed to take care of, and I told them give me a quote to fix anything that needed to be fixed with my teeth. We ended up taking care of everything the dentist had pointed out, she was able to get started right away. Due to all the anesthesia, and swelling, I could not actually check my teeth before I had left. Once the anesthesia wore off, for the next week I had tried to contact the store, but every time I called, it went to voicemail. I had this stabbing pain in my left jaw at all times. They had reached back out to me after that first week, and said I could come back in and have the dentist take a look and see what could be going on. I decided not to go back as at this point, I was frustrated and did not trust them. $873 dollars later, I had a stabbing pain in my jaw that stayed for about a month, I don’t even know what they did with my front teeth as I remember them working on them, but they are definitely not fixed. I will attach a photo. Overall - While I was physically there, the people were friendly and reassuring. When I was not, it was difficult to reach them. I don’t know what work they did and what work they did not do, but after saying twice “I want to take care of EVERYTHING that needs to get done,” I expected more. Photo of front teeth attached, the backside of my lower teeth also have something going on that was ignored when I was in.

Fantastic experience: Posting this 5 star review on my husband's account. I am a dental hygienist with many years of experience. My initial visit with Dr. Brown's office in February was for a symptomatic tooth. He has referred me to specialists to ensure that we were getting the best treatment options, and now the implant phase is about to begin. Dr. Brown places implants and has extensive expertise with all aspects of dentistry. He is passionate about providing the best possible care for his patients. He is gentle, and has a very good chairside manner. He and the assistant, Deanna, worked very diligently to adjust the Essix retainer today. Dr. Brown has done an excellent job with my occlusion, and I am very appreciative for this. My husband had a crown placed by Dr. Brown this year, and he has had excellent results with the crown. I have seen Dr. West once, and she also is gentle and has a very good chairside manner.

Dr Brown took over parkers spot he is awesome too. Office ladies are nice and friendly. I recommend that you go and check it out, get a cleaning I promise you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for over 15 years, and I can honestly say this is the best dental office around! The staff has always been welcoming, professional, and truly caring. On my most recent visit, I saw Kayla for the first time as my hygienist and she was absolutely wonderful — very gentle, thorough, and kind. Dr. West has always been excellent as well, making every appointment easy and stress-free. Even though I hadn’t been in for over a year and a half, there was never any judgment or shame — just support and encouragement. I travel more than 45 minutes to come here because the level of care is so worth it. Highly recommend this office!

From the waiting room to the friendly staff, it makes that dreaded hour much more palatable… not that you’ll ever want to go to the dentist, but they get close. Fantastic experience: I came here on a 2nd opinion and have loved them since I walked in the door. Trustworthy, honest without all the bells and whistles. I just want my teeth cleaned - by someone that knows what their doing - I don't need a therapy dog, a latte or a hand massage....which usually translates to ridiculous fees - DFW Smailes is not that place. Dr. Parker and his great staff put me at ease and do such a great job at helping me to have the best smile possible. I have recommended them several times and will keep doing so!

No dentist has ever made me feel as comfortable during my filling as Dr Brown did! He adjusted the way he did the filling so I felt the most comfortable. On top of that, he fixed a filling that was done incorrectly by my old dentist. After this experience, I will be a life long patient of Dr Brown.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and environment! The hygienist was on time and she did a great job! And they are still kind enough to accept Delta Dental Insurance which is the worst dental insurance. Most other dentists are dropping Delta because they are horrible to deal with!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental situation yesterday and walked in first thing in the morning with no appointment. I know it will not always be the case, but they made the space and time to take care of me that morning! They were able to provide relief and guidance to my issue and help me figure out the next steps of my process. The staff was very supportive and up-front with my situation! I cannot say thank you to them enough for the amazing service, experience, and safe environment! Above and beyond medical services by far!!
