Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the cleanliness, bright atmosphere, and friendliness of the office. The staff were excellent and it was a pleasure to meet everyone. Tabby did an excellent job at of making me feel comfortable. She informed me of the process, which I appreciated being a first time patient.

Negative experience: I have a broken tooth up at the top of the left side of my mouth and it just so happens that the wisdom tooth on the bottom of the left side of my mouth is trying to push through as well all at the same time. It hurts to eat, drink, sleep, kiss my kids and my fiance and pretty much anything else that involves my mouth. I explained this to the people here when I was on the phone with them trying to schedule an appointment. I told him that I needed at least to possibly three teeth extraction and why. They said that they would have to do an exam first which I agreed to and lo and behold the exam showed exactly what I had told them. I drove an hour from my appointment and then sat in there waiting room for over an hour. At one point I went up to the lady at the desk halfway through this waiting period just to check on progress and explained that I was supposed to be in at my appointment time and that I didn't want them to take a look find out that I was right and turn around and not be able to do anything because they were closing. The dental hygienist who brought me back was very rude and standoffish the entire time. The dentist who saw me explain to that the roots of the wisdom tooth were infected and were also right up against the nerve so they needed to refer me to an oral surgeon to have it removed and also pointed out that the top tooth could be extracted in the office. The dentist asked if I would like it removed there in the office or wait until the surgeon who's doing the wisdom tooth could do it. I said go ahead and do it now so that way it at least eliminates half of my pain. The dentist said okay let me check something and then left. A few minutes later the dental hygienist came back to the room and was trying to tell me that they were going to be scheduled for the same day which confused me because I had just asked for the extraction to be done. When I asked why can't the top tooth be extracted now she said we don't have time. It's important to emphasize once again that I was there on time they made me wait over an hour and in that span of an hour I saw four different patients leave. When I explained all this the dental hygienist wanted to tell me that I only scheduled an exam at which point I pointed out to her that no I was told I had to have an exam I scheduled an extraction. I then asked what was I supposed to do about the pain and the dental hygienist tried to argue with me that she was prescribing amoxicillin which is a painkiller. It is clear to me that this staff is clueless and I would recommend that you stay far away from them because I will never go back. My sister is a dental hygienist up in Ohio my cousin is a dental hygienist down in Florida this is not the way things are supposed to go so here I said still in all this pain and they did nothing to help. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Negative experience: My experience today at this location of Advanced Dental Care was terrible. 6 months ago, at my last appointment for a dental cleaning, everything went well and I received good service. Today, I waited 2 hours for my appointment after arriving on time. I was talked down to or completely ignored by staff, and after asking for updates about my dental care (in the 2 hours of waiting and after my 10 minute dental cleaning, I had yet to see the dentist) was given vague and passive aggressive answers. When I was told “it would still be a while” before I saw the dentist, I told staff I was leaving and one staff member screamed at me as I was walking out the door. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Keyuri does an amazing job at this dentistry. After every teeth cleaning, she makes sure I understand what i need to focus on my hygiene to avoid any future cavities or pain. Such a friendly staff, very well managed and they take care all of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Advance Clinic for the past few years and have always had an excellent experience. The staff is well-mannered, professional, and the clinic uses high-end technology. Both of my kids come here as well, and they make every visit easy and friendly, which means a lot to us as parents. Special shout-out to Keyuri—she is an amazing dental hygienist. Always kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this clinic!

Positive experience: The staff has fluctuated over the years. There was a period where it had a very “party feel” but it was short lived. Thankfully. With that being said, I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff. They are and always have been very pleasant and knowledgeable. They handle me with care. My only and primary concern is that it feels like a very financially driven place. A lot of money talk and it sometimes makes me wonder if what they said I need odd accurate or just top hey more money. I’m sure the new year will be revealing. I’ll be going back.

Negative experience: My experience from my first visit was not pleasant. I was told that I needed two crowns and deep cleaning. My insurance pays for two cleanings a year, which I did not receive. Then, I understand that most doctors have clients that need interpreters, but I wasn’t expecting to hear loud Spanish speakers my whole time I was there. And lastly, I was told that it would take a week to a month to find out what my portion would be for the procedures. I have never went into a doctor‘s office that did not have that information. You were provided my insurance prior to my first visit so it does not make sense to me that you did not have this information. I probably will not return.

Fantastic experience: Rachel is a great Dentistry Tech. She does great work and keeps me inform of all of my dental needs. As questions arise, she was more than helpful in answering my questions and assisting me in the right direction. I am very happy and satisfied with the dental office. I am highly recommend Advance Dental to anyone. Need a great dentist tech and feel comfortable in getting your teeth clean. Just ask for Rachel she is awesome.

Negative experience: Last night was a one last try for a filling on a cavity. I had close to 4 appointments before this to have crowns put in. Each appointment was a difficult situation. Meaning the crown didn't fit, or there were issues with the assistant. Last night they they numbed me 5 times and I still felt everything. They knew that and didn't stop.

Fantastic experience: My experiences at Advanced Dental have been top notch! Thanks to my dentist Dr.Porter. He is the absolute best! From the beginning, he was compassionate, caring and so generous with his time. He was understanding of my fears and he has always had my best interests at heart. He has made himself available to help me with any issues or problems that arise at the most inconvenient times. He made me feel like more than just another warm body sitting in the chair. I have never trusted a dentist the way I have trusted him. The best thing Advanced Dental ever did was to add him to the team. He is going to leave a void that will be impossible to fill. Negative experience: After a prolonged mix up in insurance I was charged a copay. Once I got to the back I was told I could not be serviced due to pregnancy which were on my intake forms prior to paying a copay. I was scheduled for routine cleaning and to check on a chipped tooth. The doctor checked my tooth, asked what I wanted her to do and advised I would have to schedule a different appointment for cleaning. I was in the office for over an hour and 20 mins with no services rendered so I walked out. Maybe better experience for in network customers!

Negative experience: Tha manner in which the receptionist spoke to me today was anything but professional, upon my arrival for my appointment, for which I was On time and confirmed via their system. This is a synopsis of the interaction, without her tone and unneeded verbiage: I was told that if you do not confirm your appointment then you are moved to another schedule "ghost schedule " and upon arrival then the visit has to be approved to be worked back in to have the said visit. Again, this is despite me confirming my appointment and was told "well sometimes our system doesn't update the confirmation".... and this is office policy. So, my question to her was you have (a policy) to a "sometimes system" for which I did confirm and arrived on time for? What? The 2 Stars were given for the 2 Hygenists only!

Fantastic experience: My wife is scared to death to go to a dentist. Today, after treatment here, is the only time I have ever seen her leave the dentist office with a smile on her face. Every person there was so professional and competent, particulary Chianta Holmes, the Dental Asst. She seemed to take a personal approach to making my wife feel comfortable, above and beyond even what I had hoped for. These folks have got it together!

Negative experience: The dentist was great. When I scheduled this appointment, I made sure they took my insurance, which I was told yes....procedure went great.....however, I got a bill for $1006.00. Whoever does insurance claims there did not put it in correct so now I have this huge bill. I called them 3 days in a row, was promised each day someone would return my call. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. So on the 4th day, which was Friday I drive to the office to talj to someone. Guess what??? Whoever does claims is off on Fridays...so I ask for office manager, and again they too are off. The 2 ladies at the desk was very nice, seemed to understand my needs. One name Haylie, promised me she would get with insurance claims and call me back 1st thing today, Monday. It is now 3:30 and NO CALL AGAIN.. Today i could only talk to a voice mail. Beware of this business. Make sure they know in office what they are doing. Unacceptable customer service.

Negative experience: It has taken me a long time to get to the point where I can talk about my experience here. Here goes. This took place just over two years ago. This practice had recently bought my previous dental practice, and since this location was closer to my work I decided to give it a shot. My first visit there was fine, so in the grand scheme of things earns the one star rating. At that time I was told I needed a crown on my molar, so I scheduled that to be done. The procedure itself I guess was standard, except that I remember at one point having a novocaine shot in my cheek. I remember thinking that was odd based on my prior experiences with fillings. It felt very weird, which is why I remember it. I was told that if the crown caused any problems they could do a root canal through it and sent on my way. Unfortunately after the numbing wore off the pain started in and never let up. I tried to give it a few days before reaching out because sometimes I know things get worse before they get better. A few days later I called a different location to see if they could work me in on Saturday and they would not. The pain did not decrease and my face started to swell. I managed to be seen on Monday, where despite the fact that I could barely open my mouth and they were unable to get the X-ray piece into my mouth properly, I was told it was lockjaw from the crown procedure and I was going to have to live with it for a few weeks until it went away on its own. On Thursday I was seen again. I think I may have been seen another day in between but I don't remember. By then i could not open my mouth to eat, so i was living on smoothies and broth. That day the Dr said she would prescribe antibiotics just in case. I had had unrelated bi-annual bloodwork that morning, and I got the results after picking up the meds. According to bloodwork my white blood cell count was up significantly. I called the office with this info and asked if it would change my treatment plan. The secretary guy said he spoke to the Dr and he called me backing saying that "it will not change the course of treatment". When I woke up Friday morning and my face had again doubled in size overnight I allowed myself to be talked into going to the ER. Whilenthere I called in to say I was not going to make my follow-up the next day because I was in the ER. The guy at the desk did not seem to process this, and just asked if I wanted to go ahead and reschedule. ..... I was diagnosed with a 1×2×7 cm abscess in my cheek and was immediately admitted. Over the next 3 days I had 2 surgeries, had drains put in, and lost the tooth with my crown anyway. The dr called once but I was being taken to X-ray and couldn't exactly answer the phone. And I didn't want to talk anyway to be honest. I was in the hospital from Fri to Fri. So there for a week, and missed 2 weeks of work. My face continued to be swollen over the next few weeks and I had a couple months of follow up visits and work to get my bite back to normal. I still have a scar in my neck from one of the infection drains. I have since moved to a different practice altogether and am much happier, though nothing about dentistry makes ne happy. At the very least, they have not tried to kill me. Reality is, if I had continued to assume it was "just lockjaw" I would have gone septic. The dr I was under the care of is still at this practice. I am glad that so many people have had a great experience here, but mine was ....less than stellar....

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff has been here. Cody at the front desk went truly above and beyond helping to get my insurance sorted out, and let me know of additional options that could help with any costs my insurance did not cover, and did all this effortlessly while training another lovely, helpful woman and assisting other patients. The hygienist and dentist were so kind, they explained everything as they worked, and really eased my nervousness. It was obvious they genuinely care about their patients. All around a great visit that made me much more comfortable about coming to the dentist.

Negative experience: Dentist did nothing. No cleaning just looked at X-ray and referred me to another dentist. Took my payment for treatment though. And I have to set up my own appointment for the referral. The lady’s out front were helpful and extremely nice

I was impressed with the facility, technology, and the entire staff. I would not hesitate to recommend others to this office.

Positive experience: My appointment today was extremely long. Had a 3 o’clock appointment. I arrived at 2:50 and I was not brought back for my annual exam until 340pm, which was an extremely long wait considering that I was on time and I filled out the necessary paperwork online. Finally, after the comprehensive exam, I had to wait another 40 minutes for the actual dentist to come in and look, and then to be rescheduled for the actual cleaning. This was an Extremely long wait between procedures, explained due to AI generated appointment. Overall, they were very pleasant and nice and I’ve been going there for years. This time was just extremely extremely long, not leaving until after 5 PM, still needed to return in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Took my 4 kids for cleanings today. Staff was all amazing as usual. Dr Glossip was very nice, we have seen him in the past. I also love they allow me to bring all my kids at once since it is a big block of their time but I greatly appreciate it!

Negative experience: Painless quick experience however seems pretty scamish to me! With insurance they still charge outrageous amounts! They will also try to make you buy insurance for your fillings Is this an indication that my fillings won't last or you guys don't know what your doing? If my fillings come out they should be repaired for free. With that being said I didn't get the insurance & a week later the same tooth is aching They also advertise orthodontics but there's not an orthodontist there Go to another dentist altogether

Fantastic experience: Advanced dental Care is a great place to be I recently had a crown came loose that said an infection I was able to set emergency meeting they had me in and out no questions asked and fix my crown and under 12 minutes the staff and my dentist was kind and courteous I have been going to advance dental for the last 6 years and I have enjoyed every time I have went I've never yet had a bad consultation or cleaning I would recommend going I tell all my friends where I go and co-workers if it's dinner has been great for my dental care and needs

Fantastic experience: Very nice place. The Autobot receptionist is a little annoying but you just have to learn her cues. The people are amazingly nice. I got some emergency X-rays and a consult for a great price. Tomorrow is a procedure. That's great, some places I searched online for emergency appoints offered mid- June dates, 3 weeks out. Update: extraction the very next day. Answered all my questions. Extremely considerate in helping to deal with the pain of TMJ also. I left there in great pain, naturally, telling them how kind and considerate they are.

Negative experience: Over rated. Over diagnoses. Over priced. Point. Blank. Period. Building might look good on the outside. But the inside a complete night mare. Don’t waste your time or money. Left in pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Clark and Brooklynn were so kind to me today. I have trauma from past dental experiences, and they helped me so much. My treatment required injections to the roof of my mouth and the side of my jaw. She used topical numbing solution first, and I barely felt a poke! She has excellent bedside manner and an award winning personality. She sang along to the music which was very calming. Brooklyn talked me through everything and gave me emotional support. I am so glad I came to this location, and I will be a life long patient here.

Negative experience: The dental assistant was awesome and a big help for my girlfriend. But because we were paying cash without insurance instead of being helpful they were charging us higher prices that were 3 times the normal rate. The financial worker of the dentist office wasn’t even human she would only give us the price of 920 to pull two teeth and said that is the high end and when asked what was the low end she wouldn’t say when a normal extraction is 135 a tooth but we were quoted 450 a tooth. So my advise to anyone go somewhere else and you will be treated a lot better then the horrible people that work for this place

Fantastic experience: Being terrified of anything related to going to the dentist, I’ve had great experiences at Advanced Dental on Preston each visit. Had an emergency visit with Dr Hayward, who was very calm, understanding, and patient. Keyuri was amazing for both deep cleaning visits I needed, after not prioritizing my dental health for at least 10 years (read: avoiding the dentist). Dr Hayward, Keyuri, and every staff member that handled each visit, fillings, and front desk experience helped ease my (hyped up, unwarranted) fear and were great at managing my experience, assuring me, and keeping me calm throughout each process. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Just found out i’m in collections.. Takes 3 years to bill me??? When I finished treatment in 2021, i had paid whatever owed at every appointment. On top of that, the collections agency they use, apparently they decide to add an extra $200 fee on top of what you owe. I will never go back here nor recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Dr., the staff was pleasant, made me feel like I did not have to worry. Dr put me at ease of care, made sure she did plenty of xrays to be sure of no cavities. Gave great input and I would recommend this office and the great staff to others.

Would give it more stars if I could. ______________ They are extremely nice! They have never judged. I've gone on an amazing journey with them. I remember going there 5-6 months ago, being scared because of my past experiences with other dentists. Now, I go there with no fear because I know they will listen. I know they all will understand. From Megan to Dr. Hayward. All of the staff there have beautiful souls. And care about their job and patients. You can tell when you go there. I'm extremely happy to have this place be my dentist. They are wonderful.

Negative experience: Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dental service provider. I am appalled that my health insurance provider associates with such an organization. I made an appointment (thought I would give this organization a try and was hoping for a great experience) for a basic clean which comes with a polish. I knew my insurance would have covered this service at 100% - without any out of pocket cost to me. However, I was x-rayed, examined, and was told that I needed a "deep clean", this was despite the fact that I made it clear to the staff that I am not prepared to pay additional cost(s) and that I wanted the basic cleaning ONLY done. I refused to do the deep cleaning. I was billed for the x-ray and examination (open mouth inspection) which my insurance covered, but knowing that I had to go elsewhere to get the cleaning done, my insurance would not cover another x-ray and exam.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice and very helpful. The doctor took time to get to know me and answered all my questions. I'm glad I chose them to be my dentist.

Fantastic experience: I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but I have to say they make me feel comfortable, and you can tell they care, and want to make sure you are being taken care of properly. The only one downside is they don’t accept Medicaid insurance, but yeah everything else is fine for me.

Positive experience: They were quick to help and check in. Emergency needs seem to be great here. Wait wasn't long at all. Facility was top notch clean and very welcoming. Glad to have found them.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted with a smile and promptly taken to the back within 10 minutes or less of my appt. Once there I was again greeted with a smile. I was spoken to respectfully and treatment began promptly. I was even offered a blanket during treatment. Very enjoyable visit considering it was a dentist office.
