Fantastic experience: Today I had my semi annual teeth cleaning, and as always, it was seamless Michelle my dental assistance was gentle very informative. When I asked questions. She acted them promptly, and if you didn’t have an answer, she found it for me or got the people who could answer it for me, which What is the doctor doctor Kumar. I’m considering getting Invisalign so my next visit will be a tour braces or Invisalign consultation. I highly recommend a Tree dental because made me feel ID and I’m one of the biggest chickens when it comes to dental care. Thank you, Tree for making me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: Prior to 2018 never really went to the dentist because I disliked the offices in Elk Grove. Been coming here for the last 7 years religiously whereas since this office opened. Love my doctor & especially the staff . Recently had to get a tooth extraction, Dr. Gill fit me in his schedule & I commuted from Natomas to Lodi! Extracted my tooth within minutes with no issues. A genuine doctor that cares about his patients & their needs.

Positive experience: The place needs some routine cleaning . It doesn’t appears very clean compared to the places I have been in the past . The rooms premises sinks all need to be cleaned . Last visit I had sore throat next day after my visit . I really appreciate if you guys take time to maintain and clean in between . I was there one time 8:00 in the morning . It still didn’t look clean .

I was under a prior comment/time restraint which they worked around that without sacrificing the situation at hand. Fantastic experience: I needed a root canal and I choose Oat Tree for the ability to handle patients with anxiety. I was very nervous going in, they provided me with an oral sedation before going back. They monitored me because I have had paradoxical reactions to sedation medication before. I was very relaxed in the chair. They were efficient, gental and it definitely changed my fear level of going to the dentist. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful warm caring staff that told me how my teeth are doing well but need to focus on other areas that show more tartar. I had an issue with my back lower molar over the weekend am I couldn’t wait to see if I could get an appointment at Oak Tree on that Monday. Luck for me there was an appointment for me to see Dr. Dogra. He was awesome on how he diagnosed my possible problems an options that I had. He clearly explained that he was going to refer me to a specialist for them to check out a possible fracture and move forward from there. He was so nice to explain in simple terms for me to understand what options are more cost effective. I had so much anxiety and after listening to his analysis I felt great relief! Fantastic experience: Michelle was my hygenist today. She did a very thorough cleaning but gentle . She gave me some good tips on oral hygene . The dentist did a very thorough check also and for the first time for me she checked my neck and jaw areas for any abnormal growths. She said checking for possible early signs of cancer . I appreciated the extra time she took to do this. I highly recommend this dental group I’ve always had a great experience .

Fantastic experience: I had a crown, that was done by another dentist in the bay area, fall out, Thursday night while I was packing getting ready to come back home from a conference. As soon as I got back to Sacramento airport at 9am, I contacted Oaktree, my now primary dentist since moving here in 2021, and they immediately made room to see me took care of me. They gave me a temporary crown and scheduled me for my permanent one in two weeks. From the front desk team, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was great, supportive, caring, and kind! Can’t say enough good things about this team.

As my partner has had past negative dental experiences they made them feel very comfortable and confident in the care that they provided . The care plan was easy to understand and well explained along with making sure all of our questions were answered and concerns were addressed appropriately. Positive experience: I love this place. They treat you like a family. I always have a great experience with them. What I would NOT recommend is to do the Invisaligns in here. Or at least, before you make your own thorough research on how it works and the whole process. At the moment, it was a waste of my money and time to do it in here! Everything went well with my Invisalign treatment, my teeth straightened and I was so happy, until I started to wear retainers. Maybe at some point it was my mistake that I didn't do my due diligence and fully just trusted everyone from their office, but when I asked a lady (which at that point was the first time I worked with and it wasn't my usual girl who assisted me with my Invisaligns), for how long I should still wear retainers, she told me another half a year, until Oct. No point for me to lie about it, because I paid big money and it's my teeth. It was clearly discussed that until the month of October, because I was pregnant and was due in Oct and told her the same that it's a perfect perfect timing. Well.. our teeth have a memory and they tend to go back if you don't wear retainers, which you have to wear for at least the next 7-10yrs. (I learned that after the fact). And now, in some places, I have gaps, which now, I'm suggested to do a deep cleaning for (and I'm extremely scared of all these procedures + it's really expensive). So yeah. Lesson learned, money wasted, teeth back to my original position. But if talking about service in general, I love this place! Just not the ortho experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience as always at Oak Tree Dentistry. I had a very bad toothache and I called them and they scheduled an appointment for me for the following morning. Dr. Dogra was wonderful at explaining what he thought was going on with my teeth. Now they are going to study my x-rays and cat scan to see what they can do. In the meantime the Dr. ordered antibiotics and Motrin for the pain. I am so happy that this is my dentist office and everyone who works there are so kind.

I was able to switch from Liberty Dental to Smile California Medi-Cal Dental. I'm going to Elica Health on Wright to get my fillings out for free and teeth cleaning. Dr. Shivani Vohra has been working on my teeth for ten years. I now have a better dental clinic and insurance. I have to move away from Sacramento Community Clinic Dental on Del Paso. I have to wait for mail from Smile California Smile America.

Fantastic experience: Had my second visit today. Both visits have been exceptional. Unlike my last dental office that tried to rip me off with false charges, this place was honest. I was originally charged a higher copay at the front desk but halfway through my visit they realized I met my deductible and notified me of a refund. The oral hygienist Maricela was also wonderful with the cleaning and gave me some tips and demos for better oral health. Before your appointment you'll get text reminders and they'll communicate concerns via text as well, that's convenient for me. Definitely coming back!

Positive experience: We have been going to Oak Tree Dentistry for about 3 years now after moving from the Bay Area. We used to see a dentist who recently retired, yet no one let us know, so when I showed up to my appointment the other day I was told she wasn't there anymore and I would have a new dentist. The practice also decided automatically whether you have an exam every 6 months, or just the cleaning and eliminated exams for my kids down to once a year despite insurance covering the exams twice a year. My son ended up with a cavity after they were "watching" a certain spot that ended up turning into a cavity and they didn't examine his teeth, so needless to say I was pretty pissed and insisted on an exam every 6 months along with the cleaning going forward. Despite that conversation over the last year I was scheduled for only a cleaning this time and had to once again request an exam along with the cleaning. I also have a couple spots that are being watched. So what happens if there's no exam and there are spots being watched and it goes without anyone looking at it for another 6 months? Not good. That's the whole reason we go to the dentist. The hygienists are always very friendly and competent. Other than that I really don't have much to say about the practice. I was super disappointed that no one told me that the dentist I always see is no longer there after sending multiple reminders about the appointment and how you'll be charged a cancelation fee if you don't show up, you would imagine they would let you know big news like that. Currently they have no women dentists on staff after my dentist retired. Not sure if we will continue to use this practice honestly. The dentist I saw for my 5-minute exam certainly didn't rustle up any loyalty or exceptional care that would cause me to want to go back.

Fantastic experience: This is the first dental office I have ever been to that I don’t get anxiety before a visit! Office is clean and there are tv’s w/ Netflix on in the rooms. The staff is the best. They take there time to make sure you feel as little anxiety and pain as possible. Also, Kim, who does the billing is easy to talk to and goes the extra mile to help if there are problems with your insurance. I will never go to another dentist ever. I have referred them to 3 of my family members and my best friend, and they are all very happy with Oak Tree Dental!

My scheduled appointments are always on time and I've never found myself waiting for more than five minutes, if ever. They moved quick and did a thorough job. Everyone working there is very pleasant. I recommend this place to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I was doing a ton of research of local dental offices I could establish at in the area. Oak Tree stood out amongst the rest, and I was about ready to make my first appt in a few weeks. Lo and behold, I had a bad infection happen to me and the staff at Oak Tree was able to schedule me on the SAME DAY to ensure I was cared for. Everything I read was spot on — very friendly/courteous front desk, dental hygienist (I’m so sorry I forget her name!!) was SUPER welcoming and attentive to my needs, and Dr. Pham was so thorough in educating me about the dental procedure I was about to experience. I was also in awe of the technology for x-rays… thought that was really cool and innovative! I typically do NOT like going to the dentist, but legit felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Pham and the team. She handled the procedure like the professional she is, and I feel pain free as a result. Cannot thank you enough, Dr. Pham and team for taking care of me the same day when I needed it most.
