Negative experience: Paid to get a root canal only to find out they didnt do it there so i had to start over and pay new patient coinsels with some else they refered me to and pay new patient consults again with someone new. So paid 2 consult fees for the same problem. Basically beware...apparently their not a full service dentist so you might end up paying 2xs paying for the same problem. I paid 2 office fees for one problem. While legal...still shady and unnecessary added exspense.

Negative experience: They will make promises, take your money, and when it's time to deliver, if you can get an appointment, it took me a month to get appt, I found myself In chair with the guy that came with the sale of the building, fixing my 5 tooth bridge, costing thousands of dollars on top of a ruptured tooth, filled with blood and pus. Dr patel had assured me he "can save the tooth" However, he told united healthcare that tooth 29 erupted requiring removal, and put in a charge of $332 for its removal.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was moved up because of a cancellation and I was very happy because I would be busy this week. The staff was very friendly, and the service was excellent! I am very satisfied with it and will recommend them to any of my friends!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Heritage Dental Care for over a year now and I only have great things to say about this place. Both the staff and the doctors are great. They follow up with you to make sure that you don’t miss appointments and are very flexible with rescheduling. They give great suggestions regarding oral hygiene and esthetic.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning and a checkup. They got me in at my scheduled time and I was finished in a little over an hour. The hygienist, Kassandra, was great. I had not been in for a cleaning in a few years and she was very patient removing plaque from my lower teeth which are crowded and hard to clean. Dr Patel was very informative in discussing my future treatment options for placing a crown in a spot where I have an implant screw and another spot where I can possibly get an implant. I look forward to having Dr Patel do my crown work after I complete the periodontal work.

Negative experience: Did not have a good experience on my first visit, I came in for a normal cleaning and they kept pushing a deeper form of cleaning which was not completely covered with my insurance.. it didn’t seem like they wanted to do a normal cleaning which was completely covered under my insurance..I ended up leaving. Essentially I wasted an hour of my morning when I just wanted my teeth cleaned.

We are both quite happy with the level of professional and caring service we have received from Dr. Patel, Dr. Jha, and the staff. I was there two days ago for my cleaning appointment. The Hygienist Kenya is wonderful and she does a great job of cleaning without causing pain. She allows frequent emptying of the water in the mouth during the cleaning process, which is important for me. Dr. Patel listened to me patiently and answered all the questions I had. Cynthia was wonderful and got all the information needed to schedule an initial first patient visit. Hygienist Kenia(spelling? Kenya?) took excellent care of my cleaning and explaining how the process was working and how my overall hygiene was. Dr. Patel came in to review x-rays and made sure to explain areas they were going to monitor. Got my next cleaning scheduled and am very much looking forward to getting my sparkle on! Fantastic experience: This was my best dental experience I have ever had, Kenya was very gentle during my cleaning and did a great job. The office has the newest state of the art equipment and Dr. Patel shows you everything that you need to do for proper dental care. Kenya shows you before and after pictures of how your teeth look before and after cleaning. This is the best and most informative dental care I have ever experienced. Negative experience: I am very disappointed how they treat their 10+years patient. Having my insurance out of their network, I decided to continue to work with them even to pay cash. After a service, they refused to split payment with no regard to their loyal patients. I immediately withdrew myself and my family. Look somewhere else.

I’m amazed at the depth and level the dentists have been so gracious and willing to help with my problem. Both dentists have been exceptionally good, kind, helpful and accommodating to me. Negative experience: For starters, the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends for most adults, a set of bitewing X-rays every 18 to 36 months. This practice won’t provide service without running their own X-rays even if you have one from another clinic recently. My physician recommended to avoid unnecessary X-rays and this place denies care without running their own. That speaks a lot about their practice. I do not recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel and his staff radiate warmth and genuine care for their patients from the moment you enter. The office is impeccably clean and comfortable, which immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Patel is fast and efficient without being rushed. He takes as much time as needed to explain things and answer questions. Most importantly, he's not "judgy" like some other dentists I've seen. I know I don't floss like I should. He knows it. We don't need to floss shame. I most highly recommend Heritage Dental, especially for anyone who gets stressy at the thought of dental visits.

Fantastic experience: Today was about cleaning and X-rays for maintenance and prevention. Cassandra did a wonderful job, very professional with her being a dental hygienist. There was clarification in areas that could use a little more attention in regards to flossing and then setting up an appointment to take care of what could be a problem down the road. Negative experience: It’s not often that I write negative reviews but I feel I have to here. I came here for regular cleanings/checkups for several years. The office staff were always friendly and the hygienists good. The second star is for them alone. However, last May/June I had five small cavities filled, the first dental work I had done here. Afterwards, I struggled with ongoing pain while eating in all of the areas he worked on. Went back for bite adjustments, no change. I didn’t want to go back here again, so I left it alone for a bit. Then in October I was flossing and one of the fillings popped right out. Had to pay to fix it elsewhere but at least that area felt better now, no more pain. Long story short, I have had to pay another dentist to drill out and re-fill the remaining four fillings. He said they were all soft, either not bonded or cured properly. Popped right out when he messed with them, “like cutting butter” were his words. The pain was from the fillings shifting due to pressure while I was chewing. Proceed with caution here if you need dental work.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I've been going to another dentist for the past 4 or 5 years in Pflugerville, and was very unhappy with them. I should have switched over to this dentist much sooner. They definitely didn't make me feel harassed, forgotten about, pressured, etc. The dentist and hygienist were both informative and kind. The office is extremely nice, modern and trendy.

They were great with my child she wasn’t scared nor did she cry once and with me also I unfortunately had to get a shot to numb my gums and it didn’t hurt no where as much as I thought it would. He has a calming presence and wonderful bedside manner. He is patient and great at answering questions. He also has the best interests of his patients in mind and never recommends treatment that is not absolutely necessary. The hygienists there are also so efficient and caring, and do an excellent job! Fantastic experience: I have been to many dental places but this was different; different in a good way. The lady dentist(sorry don’t remember her name) took her time to educate me about my teeth situation and she was truly honest and genuine about it unlike many other places. She did not try to upsell any thing. The facility was clean and nice. Front staff and the girl who took xrays were very professional and pleasant to work with. After my experience, I even scheduled my kids appt. With them. Count my words, this is the dental office I highly recommend and I mean it.

Fantastic experience: Scheduling as well as check-in is always so easy and smooth. My dental hygienist is great to work with; knowledgeable, reasonable, and has a great memory. My dentist, Dr. Patel, has the perfect balance of professionalism and calming nature when walking me through each step of the exam. There are never any surprises with this practice which is rare now-a-days.
