Fantastic experience: Had a routine cleaning and exam today. My appointment began on time. My hygienist was kind, gentle and fast. Dr. White was friendly and reassuring as to my mouth health. He had plenty of time to do the exam and talk with me. Highly recommend this dental clinic.

Positive experience: Fisrt, let me say I never give 5 stars because I believe we all have things to learn/improve on. No one is perfect. That being said Dr. White is a very kind gentleman. KerriAnne is awesome. They know your name and remember details of your life. They always asked me questions that make it obvious they care. Stop reading and make an appointment, you will not regret it. The whole office staff are kind. I have no complaints. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Not to many people can say that.

Fantastic experience: Have been a longtime patient of Dr. White. He has exceptional dentistry skills and uses a patient friendly tone when communicating. I recently had a crown fall out on a Saturday evening. I left a message on the office phone and received a phone call from Julie very early on Monday morning. Julie was able to get me in to see Dr. White at 12:30 that afternoon. With confidence and skill Dr. White recemented the crown at no charge. I wasn’t numbed up for the procedure and felt no pain in the process. Dr. white is a star are as his colleagues and office staff!

Fantastic experience: I’m leaving this review on behalf of my mom because she doesn’t speak English. I first brought her to this dental clinic in 2021. She is a typical Chinese mom who believes her teeth are healthy as long as they don’t hurt. By the time I took her in, she had already lost several molars, which made me worried about her ability to chew properly. At the clinic, we discovered that she had severe periodontal disease that she didn’t even realize she had, which explained why she had lost so many molars. Thankfully, the dentists and hygienists here took excellent care of her. Every time she visits, she feels very grateful and never feels unwelcome, even though she doesn’t speak English. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: This was my third visit with Dr. Jeffrey Osborn in Lakewod. I was treated so well by Jessica for my cleaning. Everything was explained to me from deep cleaning to a discussion and suggestions regarding older crowns. They take my UHC HMO insurance, but the out of pocket cost for a cleaning is about $80. Dani explained the costs and what my insurance covered. I felt very comfortable with my entire experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. White is an amazing doctor because he shows such a personable care for the well being of his patients. He will not accept anything less than your satisfaction for the answer he provides for your dental needs.Recently, I had some dentures replaced which Dr. white insisted on doing until I was satisfied with the outcome (at no cost to me)! Jamie who assisted him thru the process was just as caring and did an excellent job as well. So I give them a big ol’ whopping “thank you” for that experience.

Fantastic experience: They are, by far, the best dental office I've ever been to. The office is clean and very modern. The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I would say without a doubt, they made my wife stop being deathly afraid of going to the dentist, because they would gently explain step-by-step, every single thing they were going to do before they did it, so there would be no surprises, which greatly reduced her anxiety. The best part is, they always remember family names and conversations you had from your past visits, so they will ask how your daughter is doing in school, how was that vacation to Las Vegas you went on with your wife, are you still working at the same company? It really makes you feel that they care about you and your family, which I think makes them so special.

Fantastic experience: Brian Kerr and his dental team, have made my dental visits bearable. this is coming from a person who kringes like a baby when comes to dental procedures. But they talk to you and make sure you understand everything that's going to happen and make sure you are confident and comfortable.

Positive experience: So far So good. Only issue I had was the long wait time past our scheduled appointment time (nearly 45 mins) and the receptionist told us that an emergency came up which is understandable but the receptionist could have told me as soon as possible instead of 30 mins after the appointed time. Almost got up and walked out, however since I understand emergencies can happen at any time I decided to stick it out a bit longer. Atmosphere was pleasing and the staff are quite friendly even the ones not assigned to the cubicle I was scene at. Nice views all around and nice to see a clinic with up-to-date modern clean equipment being utilized. I will return because I like all procedures done at one location and not having to be referred elsewhere.

Dr. Butchcoe made her feel so comfortable she didn't even cried while getting the numbing shot (first time) and during the extraction. I have an extensive history and he was so patient and kind and really made sure to explain everything he was doing. Something I noticed, he specifically asked for my consent with every small thing even down to lowering my chair. The entire staff was so pleasant! Negative experience: These guys are the most expensive you will find in my opinion. I payed 450.00 for X-rays and half exam no cleaning. I was charged close to 4000 for a root canal for my daughter average price is 900-2500 now they want over 3600.00 to pull 10 lower teeth plus 1192.00 to be put to sleep for it. Average price for oral sedation is 2-300.00. ??? This is with no insurance. Sad thing is they all know it’s what’s in the food causing disease and our teeth rotting out of our mouth but they don’t say a word because it’s all about money for them. Doesn’t matter if you can’t afford it they’ll send you away with a toothache. Smh sick of it man! Sick of the greed. They’ll all face God with it in the end and their money won’t help them. Enjoy it while you can.

It was welcoming as usual, I waited a few minutes and then was greeted by my new hygienist , Heidi! She has been working since earlier in the year but was new to me. She is awesome, she has a very gentle style, and it felt like she was an artist as she sculpted away at each tooth and made my teeth clean and super shiny before Dr White did his exam. I discovered this gem of dentistry nearby in Lakewood, which features four highly qualified dentists, and an array of skilled technical and administrative staff to help me and my spouse with our dental needs. Rachel, the receptionist, answered all my questions about receiving care for myself after having a stroke and also for my spouse who has had Parkinson’s for over 12 years. We were both impressed at how thorough Jerry and Jessica were while collecting medical history and x-rays and providing a thorough, caring dental cleaning. We would also like to commend their taking care of military Veterans’ dental needs. There are so many service members that have been deployed over the last four decades where traditional warfare has taken a totally different meaning and the injuries, both physical and mental, are so devastating to those returning home, many of which have significant medical needs. It’s always heartwarming to see businesses welcome and support service members who keep America safe. We have always loved being able to receive great dental care, but as we have aged, our medical conditions have made it more difficult to sit in a chair for long periods of time for any type of medical procedure. Jessica was so accommodating in making sure we were comfortable throughout the process and ensured that had movements and head-elevation levels commensurate with our medical conditions. The exams by Dr Osborn and Dr Butchoe Were personable, quick, and highly impressive in transferring dental data to Jerry for entry into our medical records. All in all, this dental office has highly qualified, empathetic staff who listen to patients needs and accommodates completely. Best of all, I was relaxed, have healthy gums and teeth now, and didn’t cry at all ha ha :)

Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr. White, Ashley and (Robyn..forgive me I think my fillings were done by Robyn..?!! I loathe going to the dentist. I have had more than my share of work done over the years. I can honestly say this was, by far, the best experience I have had at the dentist. Dr. White's "bed-side manner" is awesome. He is engaging and calming and inspires confidence in the work you are having done. Ashley, Dr. White's assistant, is great as well. I also had fillings done by ...Robyn I think was her name, also a great job. My wife told me they were the best dentist ever, and as usual she was right! =) I highly recommend Dr. Kerrs office. They are not a discount dentist office, but you get what you pay for. Thanks again everyone!

Fantastic experience: Kelsey is by far the best! She listens, she responds. My deep cleanings have been fantastic. I have had this done many times before and this was beyond the best.

Fantastic experience: I am an old patient that has recently returned to town and am so glad to be back. The office is nice and the entire staff is so friendly. I feel confident that my teeth are in good hands here. Kelsey is a phenomenal hygienist and Dr. White is professional and very personable. I’m always surprised when they remember personal things about my family as I only go to the dentist 2 times per year. I give this office an A+ and a 5 Star rating.

Fantastic experience: From the minute you walk in you feel a sense of caring and trust. Dr Kerr and staff are amazing from check in to check out. Communication is top notch but most of all, I no longer fear going to the dentist in fact I I look forward to it. Fantastic experience: As a someone who experiences a lot of anxiety about trips to the dentist and had been avoiding dentists altogether for years (I know, bad), my first appointment with Dr. White at Brian Kerr's clinic was so surprising. I have never felt so respected, valued, and included in the process for any medical treatment as was during my first visit today. When he learned I was feeling anxious, Dr. White took the time to sit down with me to ask about the sources of my concern, my past dental experiences, and where I might have sensitivities - in a very kind way. He let me know I was in control of the visit and could ask questions or pause the treatment at any time. He explained what the exam would include, what they were looking for, and was welcoming and engaging. Jared, who took my x-rays, was professional and calm, and kindly welcomed me to the clinic. Kelsey did my cleaning and is a fantastic hygienist. Mirroring Dr. White, she too was informative, sensitive to my needs or concerns, and gentle with the tools - plus really sweet and nice to talk to. The administrative team is lovely too! Checking in and scheduling an appointment for my daughter (whom I immediately switched over from her past pediatric clinic when I realized how great this office is) pleasant (thank you Rachel), and Dani who wrapped my appointment was another kind and smiling face. Seriously a little bit unreal how great this team is. I recommended them 100%. When I first arrived and was nervously sitting in the waiting room, another patient (obviously a regular) arrived with homemade baked goods for the staff (everyone knew her by name too, and everyone hugged her). I thought, how odd, to feel so warmly towards your dentist and their team. Well, now I completely understand the sentiment. The people at Dr. Kerr's clinic (Legacy Dental) are awesome, and clearly maintain excellence in their field, working hard to be intentional, professional, and thoughtful in all they do. You will not be just another patient here, and you might actually start enjoying going to the dentist! I know I will.

Fantastic experience: This is the most thorough and friendly dentist office I have ever been in. Dr. Butchcoe has a genuinely kind spirit and is easy to connect with on a more personal level, which definitely eases the tension of being at the dentist. I felt very well cared for and I recommend this dental office and Dr Butchcoe!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient for many years, and always been treated with utmost respect and professionalism. Dr. Kerr placed some of my implants and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Mara, my dental hygienist is wonderful. She is so nice and goes out of her way to make the cleaning as pleasant as possible. She is also very thorough and patient.
