This was our first time getting braces, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel comfortable, informed, and excited about the process. They explained every step in a way that was easy to understand, answered all our questions with patience, and treated my child with so much kindness and care. The office is clean, welcoming, and runs on time (which I really appreciate!). The staff is incredibly friendly, and you can tell they truly love what they do. Negative experience: They explained everything. Very nice office! Would recommend. Update: Miranda, the Office Manager, is incredibly rude. My son couldn’t believe how she was speaking to me while attempting to collect payment. Her attitude will likely drive away many potential customers. When I inquired about her superior, she arrogantly declared that no one was above her.

Positive experience: I was looking forward to finding a dentist office that I could get treatment at that would be informative and helpful for me but unfortunately they don’t accept anyone who’s had treatment done in Saginaw, so because I’ve not found the proper dentist with the last office I can’t give this one a chance due to that rule. I find it odd to not work with anyone who’s been with another dentist in Saginaw previously.. Have heard good things from people though so I’m sure their good to they’re patients.

Fantastic experience: Friendly office staff! We felt good that time was given to answer questions about treatment. Finance options were very fair. We had visited another orthodontist in the area prior to coming to Thomas. We noticed a few small minor things that they noticed that the other orthodontist did not. We feel confident with the services provided here!

Fantastic experience: My family had a great experience at MI smile journey! My daughter was a little nervous about going. However, as soon as we walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming! We loved seeing the pictures of the staff on the walls so my daughter could feel comfortable with who she would be seeing throughout her visit. Dr Thomas was so friendly, professional and really spent his time with us. We could tell we were getting the best of the best when it comes to an orthodontist! He was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. My advice is run, don’t walk, to MI Smile Journey if you are interested in getting braces or Invisalign!
