Fantastic experience: I’ve never liked dentist offices, but I don’t hesitate a second to go here. All the dentists and their hygienists are wonderful and explain things in simple terms. I’ve never had any pain with any of the procedures I’ve had, and they are truly caring and very gentle.

Positive experience: I love the treatment that I get in the back at this place and I have loved them for years. HOWEVER... their front desk needs some work. One of the last times I was there, the girl in front tried to get me to fill out some paperwork I had already done the visit before (yes in the same year) and this last time, I checked in (or at least I thought since the girl told me she checked me in) and I was the only one in the lobby, 7 other people came in and they all got called back before me. I got called back almost half an hour later and said something once in the back and the dental assistant told me that I was only marked as there 5 minutes before she called me back. I told here that I'd been waiting at least 30 mins because I got there about 15 before my appt time. Least to say I was annoyed.

Fantastic experience: I love love love love these people!! . I don’t know that I have ever liked a Dentist as much as I like these people let’s put it this way….. I like them so much. they’re not even my network and I still go to them. Joe hands-down is my favorite. He’s the greatest! No reflection on Kelly for he’s good too . They have a new dentist in there Dr. Moore. I had a root canal and a crown done this past week and she did them and she’s very nice as well. She will be very successful there in this practice. She’s got a wonderful personality Joe was tied up and mine was an emergency so that’s why she did the work this last time. I don’t believe you can find a better dentist than any of them to be honest

Fantastic experience: I was treated with so much kindness. I wanted a second opinion, and they treated me with so much respect as if I had come to them first. Which, by the way, I wish I had gone to them first because I wouldn't feel like I needed to go elsewhere. They answered all my questions gave me every bit of help I need to make the decision and left it all up to me. No pressure just really good information. I will be starting my procedures shortly.And I feel confident, i'm in the right hands.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Cronin Family Dentistry for years. I’ve been serviced by every Dentist there and am always taken great care of. Dr. Joe has become my favorite of them all! He’s very soft spoken and patient - which is very important for someone like me, with severe dental anxiety.

Negative experience: Not a good experience here. I had pain in the tooth after the Dentist did the work and then I went back to the dentist. Months later, the cap came off and I called the office to get an explanation of what service was done all for the receptionist to get smart with me without getting smart with me directly. She was very passive aggressive. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Many dentists refuse to do anything major, sending you to a very expensive oral surgeon. Dr. Johnson can do anything and is so kind and compassionate. Great customer service always!

Fantastic experience: I sent a message through their website to set up a new patient cleaning appt and they were very quick to respond. They actually fit me in the following week. They'll work things out the best they can, I believe. My insurance is out of pocket, so I don't know what my copay is, but I think it was all worth it. My hygienist was so kind, observant, gentle, knowledgeable, and explained everything she was doing. She also took the tools out of my mouth if we were talking lol. Loved them!

I have had nothing but good experiences there and I have had really big-ish (to me) stuff done! Fantastic experience: I’m a 30 year financial professional, and I HATE to spend money! I almost bought into the siren call of “teeth in a day” and was planning a long trip to Orlando, or even out of country. Thank heavens I found Cronin Dentistry right here at home! For the same or less than many of the other providers I was able to start the “all on 6” process of getting an entire lower arch of zirconium denture, which is a close to permanent as current technology provides. Many of the discount providers offer an acrylic device which has an average life span of 5 years. Now, on to why I’m so happy about my choice! My extractions and implants went GREAT! Almost no pain after the first day! BUT my huge tongue became irritated by the implants, and swelled beyond belief. I developed gaping canker sores on the bottom of my tongue which were agonizing. I know that my huge tongue was the primary reason, but my swelling made it impossible to install the temporary denture, and I was forced to have nothing but puréed food through a straw which barely fit over my by now enormous tongue. Dr. Joe Cronin has seen me multiple times, and called or texted me several times each day (and night) to check on me. WHAT IF I’D HAD THIS DONE AT A DISTANT CLINIC? I will never recommend anyone but Dr. Joe Cronin for anyone’s dental needs. He cares more than any medical professional I've ever used. In closing, you may save a FEW dollars by traveling for you dental procedures, but you’ll never find a person like Dr. Joe. And you may find yourself traveling long distances just to get help if you have problems. I’m grateful that I found Dr. Joe, and Cronin Dentistry. Oh, and the staff are incredibly polite and helpful! What a great experience!

Negative experience: Cronin canceled my appointment the week of it. As a stay at home mom of two toddlers, it is imperative to find reliable services and health care. I now have had to reschedule my appointment and will have to find child care for this different date due to their scheduling issues.
