Fantastic experience: I honestly loved who worked with my daughter today. Both Melissa and Dr. Westover were great. My daughter had a tooth that needed to be removed and after her last couple of visits with the last dentist of not wanting to address the issue. We finally reached out to another dentist. These ladies did great made me feel like I wasn't being a crazy mom and actually listened. I was very impressed and will be referring others there. Thanks again ladies for your help and assistance today with my daughter.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Tolley Dental a few years ago and have been super happy with the treatment. Samantha does a great job as my dental hygienist and is a super nice person. She makes you feel like she truly cares about you and the health of your teeth and gums. Dr. Mitra Westover also make me feel truly cared for and take the adequate time to ensure you understand the health of your teeth. As and added bonus, they are playing Christmas music for my visit in December so I loved that as well. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Joy was thorough and took the time to explain exactly what she was doing. Dr Tolley was excellent. Explained everything, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions regarding the treatment plan. He calmed my fears and was very reassuring. Dr. Joy and her staff , 3 young ladies are absolutely the best, the most caring and professional service you can ask for. One young lady Jassy is a jewel . I personally think she could run that practice without any problems. Doctor Tolley you have a diamond in that young Lady. I know Dr. Joy appreciates her very much!

Positive experience: I was a little disappointed today went there and had my teeth cleaned. Said I had cracked teeth and needed two crowns. I was given an estimate of customer pay and if insurance helped and what I would owe, but they couldn’t guarantee that insurance would do anything so they were showing me the customer pay part of it for 5000+ dollars. And we’re unwilling to contact my insurance company to see if they would cover the rest of it. I was told to contact them myself. Like I know what I’m talking about. I’m not a dentist. I’m an army helicopter disabled veteran, and found that rather peculiar that I would have to do that on my own. So I was a little unpleased with the service at the front desk today. The people doing the teeth and the doctor examining the teeth were fine, but I feel that they should be doing their job as far as to help the customer get their claims approved. This is not the first time this has happened. Not particularly happy with this.

Fantastic experience: Office is clean, bright, comfortable and modern. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable, willing to take time to answer questions and assure that you have an understanding of the issue. The hygienist Mrs. Beall was a meticulous professional with my two toddlers as she was kind and skillful with educating me as a parent how to continue to keep my children’s teeth in the best health. The hygienist Mrs. Beall and Dr. Joy were both patient, compassionate educators and effective communicators which is appreciated especially when it comes to having toddlers learning new life skills that will continue to carry on into adulthood. Fantastic experience: Dr. Mitra Westover is an exceptional Dentist who has me for her patient for life. She cares about the wellbeing of her patients. I had a previous illness and she personally contacted both of my doctors before starting dental work. She is kind, comforting, and professional. I had not been to a dentist is a long while because of fear, I was able to relax with her. On each visit she identified the work to be done and showed me the x-ray. Trust me I needed lots of dental work, two teeth extracted (of which one was a wisdom tooth) crowns and more. She expertly handled all my Dental needs. Thank you Dr. Westover.

Fantastic experience: If you’re in the market for a dentist, I highly suggest Tolley Dental. As a first time patient, they were able to get me in very quickly due to some concerns that I had. Everyone I encountered, especially Jenna, was well versed in dental care and actually provided useful answers to my questions. My previous practices seemed to always have the same canned responses. My gums also did not hurt after the cleaning, also unlike my previous dental practices. I am so glad to have found this place, and I never thought I’d say this about my dentist, but I look forward to future visits.

Fantastic experience: Tolley Dental is simply NOT like any other dental office I have visited. The facility is clean…very clean! And the staff always welcomes each patient with a smile and generosity. The staff dentists (Dr. Joy especially) are also phenomenal. Their care, concern, and compassion about your oral health are calming to the most nervous, undecided patient. Lastly we can’t forget the hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff. They are what makes this office run so efficiently and effectively. If you have thought about switching to Tolley Dental but haven’t, my question is…What are you waiting for?

Negative experience: I’m pretty frustrated today. I moved to Winchester within the past year and saw that this practice had good reviews. During my first appointment, they were trying to sell me with Invisalign, which is great, but I felt like they weren’t taking no for an answer and I finally said that sure I will take it if you pay for it. Today I went in for a cleaning and then was basically told that I need a deep cleaning and need to come back every three months. I’ve never had any major concerns with my teeth or my gums or any complaints from my last dental practice. I agreed and scheduled the appointment, thinking that I would pay on those dates of service, but then the front desk tried to charge me $255 today which I was not prepared for. So I left, not even accomplishing the covered cleaning that my insurance pays for. I ended up calling another dental office and will be going to get a second opinion on Friday and they advised they would do the deep cleaning and would not charge me until after they bill my insurance.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found this place! I have had long term dentists (2 over 45 years) but moved to West Virginia 2 years ago. The first dentist I found was horrible. I was discouraged and stopped going to the dentist, even though I have dental insurance. I was super impressed with the service and care that I received with Sam.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at Tolley Dental, and had my first visit today. I was very impressed with the facility, the staff, and the state of the art equipment and procedures. My hygienist, Samantha, was kind, gentle, and informative. Dr. Joy was just the same -- simply outstanding. My previous dentist where we used to live in Pennsylvania was wonderful, too, so I am very pleased to have found an equally good (if not better) practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mitra Westover replaced 3 old crowns for me. The process was seamless. X-rays, local anesthesia and the prep work was comfortable and quick. Dr. Westover frequently checked to make sure I was doing well. The temporary crowns worked nicely for the two weeks. After two weeks the permanent crowns were installed in a short appointment. The new crowns are the best fitting crowns I have ever had, and the color match was perfect. I highly recommend Dr. Westover!

This was by far the best experience I have had at a dentist by far. Fantastic experience: I was a patient of the elder Dr. Tolley and continued with his son, the current Dr. Tolley. My experiences are always very positive. The office is very clean and attractive. Attention to covid protocols is spot on. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist is terrific - thorough, gentle, considerate and knowledgeable. Dr. Tolley's competence and skill are evident when he does an exam or procedure and, in addition, he's a personable guy! More recently, I had to have a tooth extracted. This was done by Dr. Westover, who explained what was happening throughout the procedure, took steps to ensure my comfort level and patiently answered questions, including options for replacing the tooth. I am appreciative of her level of care and concern!

Fantastic experience: After having a fairly traumatic experience from getting my wisdom teeth out 10 years ago, I was recommended Tolley Dental by a friend and decided to give them a shot. I am so glad that I did, every single person that I have come across at their office has been so kind, and I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Ortega! I will definitely never fall behind on dental work again and am so happy that I found a place where I feel comfortable! Negative experience: We did not have a good experience with them. We have dental insurance and they wanted us to pay upfront twice the amount of what it would cost. Then they came up with a plan to “fix” issues. I go to a dentist every 6 months and have never had any of these items come up as an issue. My dentist retired so I’m looking for a new one. I definitely do not recommend Tolley Dentsl unless you like to be taken advantage of.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate the supportive help that Dr. Tolley and Dr. Ortega gave to me when I visited their office today. I've been having a problem chewing with my denture and Dr. Tolley answered my questions and explained the reasons for my problems. I am glad I sought out their expertise.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth ache from hell for about a week and a half. Tolley offered emergency appointments so I made one, ended up making it for the wrong day. Called to reschedule and luckily they had a spot open that day! Whole experience over all was amazing. The staff listened to my complaints and moans and didn’t just stop when they didn’t find anything. Dr. Ortega looked around my mouth and found a cavity in my wisdom tooth and instead of giving me a referral for surgery she went and asked if Dr. Tolley was available to extract it. After he checked me out he said it was doable same day and worked his magic. No more tooth pain, I scheduled a new patient appointment and my wife got one as well. Very pleased with the service, communication, and listening skills they have here. Melissa was also just as wonderful and while helping with the extraction showed me the condition the tooth was in and explained what was going on. If you need a dentist I can’t recommend Tolley dental enough, Dr. Tolley could’ve just said he was busy and sent me on my way but he didn’t. He was even showing other dentists different techniques for extraction and was very clear and concise on what he was doing. 10 out of 10 experience.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit with Tolley Dental Friday, Dec. 10th and am blown away by the professional care, cleanliness and kindness of the entire team. Christin was my hygienist and did a phenomenal job on my deep clean (her nurturing and gentle spirit had me at relaxed and the deep clean was the best experience that I've had). Dr. Tolley's bedside manners and professional care is unmatched - I felt extremely comfortable and trusting of his care. In fact, the cleaning of my teeth/gums felt like a gentle massage. she informed me that x-rays and fluoride treatment were covered with my insurance to put me at rest, before I even asked. Then Dentist Dr. Joy came in and after introducing herself asked if I had any questions before she did her check up. Then she looked over the 360 that Emily had done and showed me on the screen the condition of my teeth and gums and what she recommended. All in all a very good experience and I will definitely ask for Emily and Dr. Joy again. The office staff is very friendly and thorough!

Fantastic experience: Switched my kids over to start seeing Dr Mitra Westover and wish I would have done so sooner. We had amazing visits with her and hygienist April. Most thorough dental visit my 12yo has ever had. Melissa helped with a small filling for my 8yo and they used distraction techniques to keep him occupied, without me even asking. They were quick and efficient with him. Dr Mitra Westover is compassionate, gentle and friendly the kids, and an excellent clinician. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

I can highly recommend them without reservation. Dr. Smith and all the staff are truly wonderful! On a side note, they just moved their office and it is state of the art. The staff seems very interested in making your experience relaxing and stress free. I have anxiety when visiting the dentist. Since I have started going to Tolley Dental I do not feel this. This is a caring and friendly practice. If you are in need of exception care. Tolley Dental is the place to go. 5 stars is not high enough for them. I would also like to add I had to have a lot of work redone. Dr Mitra Westover is amazing. Her kind manner and attention to detail is amazing the work she has done has not only made me feel better it is absolutely top quality. Her attention to detail stands above the all others. I do not want to leave out her assistant Melissa. She is great. You feel like you are going to visit a friend. The office atmosphere is very welcoming. Not to mention Sharon who does the cleaning will put the polish on it all.

Fantastic experience: My very first visit at Tolley Dental was today and I could not be more pleased. From the moment I walked in to the moment in I felt respected and heard. Everything was explained in great detail from the procedure to financial. Everyone was so friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone I encountered was friendly, from the front desk to the hygienist and dentist. I was made to be very comfortable by both the hygenist and Dentist. I will continue coming here.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to Winchester so this was my first time visit got an appointment in 2 days, reception area was friendly, upon arrival took me to patient room, Katelyn was very thorough, explained everything for crown procedure. Dr Tolley very nice to talk too felt total confidence in him and his team.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Westover was great! She was thorough when explaining my options for Invisalign and was able to quickly address one of my concerns with my front teeth in office on the same day. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Tolley Dental Not happy with previous dentist, heard good things about Tolley Dental, decided to give it a try...very happy with results. The office environment is very nice, clean, and the staff very friendly. Pretty big business, they can accommodate quite a few patients at a time, lots of exam rooms. Had a routing cleaning/exam, they found a couple issues, needed two crowns. Was able to come back in same day to have the temporary crowns done. After a couple weeks, went back to get the permanent crowns installed. Dr. Joy is amazing, super friendly, very competent, and always checking to see if you need anything, and explains everything in detail. The assistants work very well with the Dr., everybody knows what to do and does it very efficiently. Dr. Joy also saw an issue in my x-ray, suggested I get a follow up with my GP to have it looked at. (When was the last time your dentist did that!) Overall was extremely satisfied with the experience, glad I made the decision to come here. Would I go back....absolutely. Would I recommend...most definitely.

Fantastic experience: My 3 kiddos first dental appointments were here and the hygienists were amazing. They walked my kids though and were super gentle. Really happy with all 3 visits. Dr. Joy was super sweet. My kids really loved Jenna and April. Really great. Thanks

Negative experience: I can change this later but my experience on my first appointment was disappointing they couldn’t get the cap to stay on my tooth till my permanent crown came in. They tried like five times and they finally thought it was good and I left. I was so hungry from not eating prior so I ate something soft on the other side and I almost ate the fake cap and had to spit it out. I called and they wanted me to come back in which I did and tried a few more times and finally said it would be good to go. I left and got home and I was sitting there again trying something soft to eat and it popped off and broke. My tooth is super sensitive to hot and cold so I’m tolerating it till my permanent cap comes in. They offered to put another fake cap on but I declined because of what I have already been through and couldn’t miss more work.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Dr. Tolley’s office for many years and have watched the growth. I’ve never had a bad experience & for that reason, I drive over an hour each way. From the front office staff to the hygienist to the dentist, there’s nothing but professionalism displayed. You are part of a family at Tolley Dental and I’m happy that I am.

Fantastic experience: Today 9/24/24 I was scheduled for my cleaning. Unfortunately, my brain told me today was Monday and not Tuesday. I phoned immediately realizing I was going to be late or would need to reschedule. My discussion with Heather was very pleasant. She understood and we decided to reschedule. It was not more than 10 minutes later I was phoned about a cancellation and would I be available and like to come in within 90 minutes. This is what I call going above and beyond to accommodate my own oopsie! THANK YOU to the staff at Tolley. I would highly recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at Tolley Dental with Dr. Westover. She is very attentive, considerate, caring, and understanding. Her assistant was as well. I appreciated the distraction device used when giving me the numbing stuff. I had not experienced that before and although it certainly is not necessary, it was appreciated and made the experience more comfortable. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and kind including the ladies at the front desk. Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Always great service. Pleasant office and they make you feel welcome and at ease. I have been a patient for over 50 years. Dr. Tolley’s dad was a wonderful dentist and he has followed in his father’s footsteps. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
