Update: My 30-year-old Crown fell off and these guys took absolute great care of me spoil me rotten cuz I'm a big wussy when it comes to my teeth. If you need Dental Care come here it's worth the drive to Raytown it's right off the highway so you're safe! I'm just kidding Raytown is safe. But this doctor kicks ass and his crew is excellent! These people kick butt! In-N-Out in a timely manner super pricing give these folks a try

From the first time we walked in, and every time he’s had a pain or needed a quick fix, they get him in same day and they work so well with his crazy school schedule. Fantastic experience: My experience is always good when i go to visits. I’ve been seeing Dr. Nash for some years but he no longer is at this location. I did have the pleasure of meeting the new dentist who very nice as well. They exceeded my expectations on the wait time. I had to be at work at 10am. My appt was at 9am....I’m happy to say I was out of there by 9:40. :-). The DA and hygienist were extremely nice too. Everyone’s very professional and kind.

Fantastic experience: Kaitlin was amazing today!! Best assistant I have had since I started Smile Care years ago. She was friendly from the start, and did an amazing job. I have always felt very welcome there and taken care of but today was above and beyond. She’s definitely a keeper for you all!!! Both dentists have worked on my teeth and I have never had complaints on either of them. Very good place to go for any dental work. They even answered some questions I had for the specialist making me even more comfortable!!!

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous or tense this morning when I came in for my appointment and the man assisting my dentist shared with me while I was in the chair to take long deep breaths through my nose and it was a huge help to keep me as relaxed as possible. And at the end he said I should just relax and I knew he knew how I was feeling. I thought that was so kind of him and really showed he cared. Amazing service, amazing staff. Positive experience: I’m not a big fan of dentists, and I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. I stopped going because I felt like the doctors were being too aggressive and didn’t seem to care about me as a patient. But then I met Dr. Lee, and everything changed. He’s not just a dentist; he’s a teacher. He asks me how I’m doing, talks me through my dental check-up, and even gives me advice on how to keep my mouth healthy. He’s taught me why flossing is important and why I should be worried about periodontal disease. Now I know what I need to do to keep my teeth and gums in good shape, and I’m grateful for Dr. Lee’s care and honesty. I don’t love the dentist, but I’m happy they take the time to understand me and give me the best advice possible.

Negative experience: I just called and asked the dentist to switch me to the amoxicillan. I said i would not ask for Diflucan. I explauned the pain was coming back. The office manager said No. I am askung Y? I begged for help. Ok i know the amoxicillan will calm this tooth pain doen in the first dose. I don't get why you would have turned me away? It's xmas time and I have to face getting my front tooth pulled. If yall had taken good Xrays u would have seen that cavity in April and I surely would have returned. You blamed it all me. And your right if i had returned then I would have known and gotten it fixed. Now I have to live the rest of my life without my front tooth. And I have to deal with that knowledge during the onset of the holidays in pain. Why treat me like that. I trusted the people here. They were very nice n friendly and they tried not to hurt me. Today they were short n nearly mean when I questioned them. I took a whole.mouth xray the last time i.was here..I'm April.24. I did that in pain so the doc could see if I had anymore issues. I thought I didnt??didn't??? Today I learned I have a cavity I'm my front tooth that has been there so long I have to have my front tooth pulled. The doc said I never came back for them to do a full mouth xray. I said yall did it thst day. They showed it to me. They couldn't see my front teeth. Y do a full mouth xray n not be able to see the front teeth? The office manager said they don't use full mouth xrays to look at front teeth. The doc never returned. After that they continuously remunded me I never came back. I would have if I had known I had a cavity in my right front tooth. Now I am going to be permanently without a front tooth. Then I told them I was un so much pain on Sat I took 4 100mg doxycyline my son had. They helped. He wouldn't prescribe doxycycline because he doesn't prescribe that. He wouldn't prescribe amoxicillan because I needed the Diflucan pill for yeast infection. He prescribed clindamycin. I have been nearly 24 hours since I took the last doxycycline and I have only taken 1 clindamycin and my pain is returning. They said we told you it would take 2 to 3 days to start working. The amoxicillan would have started working in hours. He wouldn't prescribe it. Look at all the side effects the clindamycin have. Now my stomach is hurting from antibiotics n they r not working on the mouth pain. I called back n said I would return the clindamycin to pharmacist. And to please prescribe the amoxicillan teh said no. Y? I feel like I got on their nerves and to ensure Mt pain is how they got me back. I tried so hard not to get on the nerves of the people their.

The dental tech I had was extremely considerate of my mobility problems and assisted me to find a comfortable position for her to clean my teeth. The dentist was efficient and professional. I had one concern, although they could not address it, promptly provided me a referral to a periodontal specialist.
