Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of the dentist. I actually suffer from PTSD when it comes to the dentist. Just walking into the office I felt safe and comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly. Diana was the best! She did my cleaning and she walked through me though everything she was doing. I told her I don't mind coming back and I really mean that. I can't wait to get this ball rolling towards health teeth.

Before them I was terrified to go to the dentist because of awful experiences with other dentists. I also love the staff and the office is so clean, beautiful and up to date with all the new stuff that make my experience that much better every time. I travel from Florida just to see Dr. Kryzman and Nata. Please check them out. You won’t regret it !!

Negative experience: This is the first time in my life that I’ve written a negative review. I cannot recommend this dental office. As several other low-rated reviews have already mentioned, they strongly push treatments that seem unnecessary, and their prices are extremely high. After my first visit, I felt the treatment was so rough that I did not want to return. I requested a refund for the amount I had prepaid, but I received no response for nearly four months. In the end, I had to go to the office myself to finally get my refund. It was an extremely troubling experience, and I sincerely hope others do not have to go through the same.

Fantastic experience: This was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. Everyone I met, from the receptionist to my amazing dental hygienist Natalia, to the dentist. All were professional, knowledgeable and warm. Natalia took the time to explain everything to me, she was so meticulous in how she cared for my teeth. I will be coming here forever! The dentist Dr. Small was also amazing. He examined my teeth, and sat down to explain everything in detail. He made treatment plans with me rather than just for me. Everyone is so kind and knowledgable, they actually helped me a lot with the buildup in my teeth and seem to genuinely care about my teeth’s health rather than just taking money like many other dentists I’ve come across. The facility is incredibly clean and they even partner with Cherry for payment plan options! I’m amazed, 10/10 would recommend!

I needed a lot of work done, but Dr. Krystzman provided excellent treatment and made sure I felt cared for throughout the process. The office itself is very organized and clean. My children go to the kids’ dentist in the same office, and I love that there is an interactive lounge area with games to keep them engaged. It makes their visits fun and stress-free, which is such a relief as a parent. Overall, it was a great experience for both myself and my kids. I highly recommend Dr. Krystzman and this dental office for professional, family-friendly care.

Fantastic experience: 5/5 hands down great first new patient experience. As someone who hasn’t been to the dentist longer than they should have I was greeted with ease and a calm demeanor. From the second I got into the room Denise the hygienist was a breath of fresh air. She eased my nerves and explained step by step what she was doing and how she was doing it. She took the time to understand my uncertainty and made sure I was comfortable through out the appointment. With Dr Kryzman she was calm and very approachable. She explained everything step by step and was able to guide me through the scans/xrays that were taken. Another big plus was if extra work needed to happen I was not being pressured to get it all done right away.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Kryzman. She’s professional and explains every process. The staff is super cool and knows a wealth of information about dental insurance while offering many options for payment. As a Long Covid patient, I also appreciate how clean and neat the dental office and its individual rooms are. They are all extra careful and honor patient safety. Dental work is expensive. But Dr. Kryzman does amazing work. Today, I went to get a porcelain filling and she took care of it in less than an hour. I feel so much better. Her work is well-planned and hasn’t failed me.

The first time I visited was for a dental emergency and it was so quick and easy to schedule the appointment and be seen right away. That first year was rough because I came in with several issues with my teeth. However, thanks to the team at Palisades, I am finally in a great place. It has been a great experience. The Dental Hygienist is gentle, friendly and very knowledgeable. I love that she explains step-by-step everything she is going to do before she does it. Dr Small is also gentle and kind, which is comforting. He has wonderful chair-side manner. Front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. They keep up with reminders of upcoming appointments or when I have been overdue which has played a big role in bettering my teeth. So thank you to everyone at Palisades!
