Negative experience: I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at this dental office. I scheduled appointments for both my older and younger sons at the same time, specifically for 11:00 a.m. These appointments were scheduled directly by the office manager. Despite arriving on time, the experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Upon arrival, my younger son was seen first while my older son remained in the waiting area. When I asked why, I was informed by the dental assistant that my older son’s appointment had been changed to 12:00 p.m. due to the fact that he has braces and would require more time. I was never notified of this change. Had I been informed, I would have scheduled accordingly. This appears to be an internal scheduling or management issue and should not have impacted our appointment time. When I expressed my concern, the dental assistant responded rudely and stated that I “should be prepared to wait.” I made it clear that I was not blaming her personally, and there was no reason to speak to me in a disrespectful manner. Additionally, I had previously communicated my discomfort with sedating my 8-year-old son. During this visit, I was told that only one doctor could perform the procedure and that if I was unwilling to proceed with sedation, I should seek care elsewhere. This was very upsetting, especially after waiting from 11:00 a.m. until nearly 1:00 p.m., only to be told that the filling would not be performed. To make matters worse, my son was spoken to rudely by one of the dentists, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with a child. Overall, this experience reflected poor time management, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior from staff. I expect appointments to be honored as scheduled, just as patients are expected to honor office policies regarding missed appointments. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve patient care and communication moving forward. I would put zero ratings very disappointed.

Negative experience: We came in for a simple filling procedure. Our original appointment was set for 2pm, we arrived at 1:45 and were called back within 5 minutes of arriving. We were brought to the back and they put a bib on my daughter and said the dentist would be coming in about 15 minutes. We waited for an hour and a half with no update, and it wasn’t until I went to the front to ask what was taking so long did the hygienist to come give us an update. She said the wait was due to a difficult procedure. I walked out of the room multiple times to find staff members standing around and on their phones. This is the emergency? Someone came in and said it was going to be ANOTHER 20 minute wait. We eventually just left because that is ridiculous. People who showed up after us were getting treated before us. Horrible service and horrible communication. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Negative experience: Update.. I went in to the follow-up of the original appointment that was for a bridge, which lead to teeth cleaning and setup for next appointment which I thought was the bridge but it was just for replacing the tooth in front of the bridge area,(someone tell me what happened to my bridge work, am I missing something?) I was furious. because I felt like the story of the person that goes to the Dr for a left knee surgery and they do the right knee instead. It was blamed on the intake person that is no longer there to offend herself. The current intake person SD she w/get back to me on the next day but it's 2 days later. No call yet. I don't like leaving bad reviews on businesses because as a business consultant and life couch that deals with this on a daily bases, this could have been dealt with a whole lot better. I will be back to give you the final details if anything happens further otherwise hmmm what just happened? Final details= Spoke with the office manager nothing was resolved, every excuse she gave I have precise evidence and time frames of how the original reason for going there was overlooked in presuit for making money rather than listening to the customer. My recommendation if you choose this dental office be very precise, ask questions and make sure they are doing the service you need and ask for because because they will try and upsell you on something you may not need. Just To Make More money off YOU!!

Fantastic experience: I visited Victory Smiles for the first time. Staff were very warm, welcoming, and accommodating. Dr. De Los Santos was awesome. She thoroughly explained everything to me and what her recommendations are for my treatment plan. Not only did she recommend certain procedures being done first, but also why it is important to follow that particular order in the plan.I really appreciated that. I know it’s ultimately up to me; however, her professional recommendations meant a lot to me being that she took her time to explain it all in detail. If you are ever in need of dental care/treatment, I recommend Dr. De Los Santos 100%. You won’t be disappointed.

Negative experience: Shady dentist office!! My mom was in a lot of pain and they wanted to put a crown on a 83 yr old women. Took her to diff dentist and they pulled it out quick. She has medical heart ussues and shouldn’t be under. They only cleaned them and charged insurance $800. My son also had a crown and they did it incorrect and he had to go to a diff dentist for emergency root canal. They drilled to deep just for crown.

Fantastic experience: Great Service Wonderful Friendly people that work there. I was guided there by the Grace of God. There at the front desk are wonderful (spiritual) women there and I also share a Spiritual Message and tell them about a Wonderful Spiritual Gospel Song there at the front desk. Fantastic experience: First time visiting Victory Smiles. Loved the dentist and her assistant. Although it started off a little rocky with the first receptionist who told me she couldn't find my insurance, but i waited and called back less than five minutes and got another receptionist. She was very friendly and courteous and got me in there before the time the first receptionist did, who told me that they only had a 4pm and didn't know if i would be able to have exam completed since they closed at 5pm, but nevertheless, I got in.I was in a lot of pain upon arrival. They were amazing. I will definitely be going back. I think I have found my new dentist and I didn't have to go far.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient at Victory Smiles (Antoine) office for several years, primarily due to its convenient location in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my recent experience during my son’s appointment on July 2nd, which was extremely disappointing. From the moment the assigned dentist entered the room, his demeanor was noticeably unfriendly and unprofessional. He did not introduce himself to me, nor did he acknowledge my 8-year-old son when he politely said “hi.” His facial expressions and body language gave the impression that he did not want to be there. This experience was a stark contrast to the care we’ve previously received from Dr. Pham, who was always kind and welcoming. The dentist on this occasion seemed impatient and made no effort to put my son at ease. He proceeded with the procedure without explaining anything or offering any reassurance. When my son showed signs of discomfort, the dentist abruptly stopped and said, “I can’t do this. I don’t want to hurt him,” then instructed the assistant to consult the front desk about sedation—without further communication with me or my son. Rather than attempting to calm or work with my son, the staff’s solution was to recommend sedation and add an additional $100 charge. This felt more like a convenience for the dentist than a necessary step for my child’s well-being. Based on this experience, I no longer feel confident in the care provided at this office—particularly for pediatric patients. I will be seeking treatment elsewhere with a provider who is more skilled in working with children and genuinely values patient care over profit.

The Staff Was Kind; Dr. Pham Cleaned My Son’s Teeth Leaving Him Smiling All Day. They Were Also Efficient With Giving Us Further Instructions For Our Next Appointments.

Fantastic experience: I was so scared to come in, but I’m so glad I did. The staff especially Michelle made me feel so comfortable.

Negative experience: They said they could do my mom’s dental work but when I took her for the follow-up appointment they said they couldn’t. No explanation, no prior notice, no withdrawal of the insurance claim.

Fantastic experience: First time that I came here was back in 2019, I believe. That was the first time that I had my upper tooth extracted, pain-free, no side effects. And I followed the aftercare procedure so that I would not have any further complications. So, last Thursday, on the 28th of January, I found out that I had to have another tooth, my wisdom tooth extracted as well, I thought that I just only needed my cavity, but hey, that's why they gave me an x-ray to see if it's anything else that needed to done. But anyway, they staff at the front was very nice, to my mother and I, and the lady Diana, I believed that's her name, she was very nice and helpful. But this extraction was a bit of pain, than my first one years ago, even though my gums were numbed as well, but the lady dentist (I forgot her name) she was very nice and also the male dentist, I believed his name was Dr. Pham who extracted teeth.

Fantastic experience: The staff here takes good care of their patients starting at the front desk. The don't pressure you for services. They are thorough and considerate. They take the time to explain what they are doing and are aware of their patient's comfort. And not expensive. Recomnended.

Fantastic experience: My dentist did a great job with my exam and she referred me to an endodontist specialist. What is ironic is that this initial visit to the dentist gave me the same information and quality photographs as the specialist did and cost 1/10 the amount exactly. So to say I'm elated at the professionalism at Victory would be an understatement. I'm definitely going back for follow-up treatments there. I would recommend for family and friends.

A little back story first at #75 I have not been seen by any Dennis in about 15 years, not because I couldn't afford it or had no insurance, because of the bad experiences I have had with pain and treatments, yes I do understand tools years ago or not what they're using now, even so-called bedside manners are different now than years ago . This is the first time ever I was given something to numb my gums before getting my teeth clean, actually had to do it two times but it was well worth it. If you're like me I've had bad experiences or something with pain this is the dentist to go to the office is very nice the staff is very nice they're caring and I really believe they understand, their Job. My dentist is the Best I have ever had at 75 years old.. I highly recommend her, I just wish I had found her sooner, I no my teeth wouldn't be this bad.. I also recommend my hygienist she did a wonderful job I had a lot of tartar and bacteria around my gums from not seeing a dentist regularly, I didn't even want to go home and eat anything I don't want to mess with my teeth how they look so pretty and my gums, she took her time, she understood me and was very patient with me.. This was just my first visit, I feel my teeth will look beautiful when all this is over with, I need a lot of work, I feel I'm in good hands with this dentist.. Walking in this building and being greeted by Ms.Michelle the receptionist at the front desk was awesome not only that she’s very knowledgeable about procedures and I really like that. Mind you this is my first time coming here and Karla the dental assistance talked to me to help me understand my mouth and her findings a little better she explained it to were I would understand, instead of all those big professional words, she broke it down to me so she sealed the deal of me coming here. When I met Dr. Ina she put the bow on top. She really looked at my mouth told me a plan that she think best work with my mouth and I mean she took the time to tell me what she think that I need to do. This is not a place that wants money, this is a place that really want you to have a beautiful smile. I found me a new dentist home I’m proud of my Choice.

Fantastic experience: Victory Smiles is hands down the best. Specifically, I had to get squeezed in for an emergency visit and came to their Antoine location. As I was already flustered and in a lot of pain, Michelle greeted me so warmly. Helped me quickly get through the paperwork so Dr. Pham could see me. I don't know what it was about Michelle's warmth and gentleness, but it put me at ease when I was definitely frazzled.
