Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dentistry office enough, everyone was friendly! My hygienist, Kaitlyn, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to walk me through every step of my cleaning, made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly gentle yet extremely thorough. She noticed details other hygienists have overlooked in the past. Her professionalism, skill, and genuinely kind personality made such a difference. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and for the first time I actually enjoyed a dental appointment!!!!

They made me feel so comfortable, they gave me a tour of their office and even had my name on a welcome sign next to the front door. Kaitlyn the dental hygienist and Dr.Hirschi were both amazing as were the rest of the office staff. Definitely will be recommending all my friends and family here and will definitely be coming for all of my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I really do not like going to the dentist. But since I have been going to Snow Family Dental I have fell in love with them. They make you feel right at home and take real good care of you. It’s lovely that they take good care of you and get the job done, but sad that you might not see them for another year. My tech Brittany is not so bad either. Snow has really great people working there to call them family. If you don’t have a family dentist I recommend them wholeheartedly. Be blessed all of you.

Negative experience: This office did not submit for a preauthorization for a crown, did the work, and I paid full price as the insurance company was not in agreement that a crown was necessary. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Fantastic experience: I recently had my check-up and cleaning, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and comfortable the entire experience was from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made the check-in process quick and easy. The waiting area was clean, modern, and relaxing. The dental hygienist was gentle, thorough, and explained each step of the cleaning process. The dentist was equally kind and professional. They took the time to go over my x-rays and answered all my questions without rushing. What really stood out to me was how up-to-date the office was with technology. Everything from digital x-rays, digital scanner, they even have massage chairs for patients to use.Overall, I left feeling confident about my dental health and happy to have found a place where I feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: THE BEST DENTAL CLINIC HANDS DOWN! The atmosphere, the ambiance, the staff- everyone is professional, friendly, kind. As I was walking into the clinic, I noticed there was a board that welcomes all new clients and my name was on it! That made me feel welcome right away that they took the time to do that. I was given a tour of the clinic by the kind Ms. Yolanda, and a cup with Snow Family Dentistry on it. Another plus! The bubbly 18-year old girl kept me company giving me a background of the mission statement of the clinic. My chosen dentist - DR. DALLIN SNOW is one of the kindest, warmest, most accommodating dental practitioners I have ever met. He listened to what I had to say. After examining me, he referred me to their Treatment Plan Specialist (not sure if that's what her position is), a beautiful Ms. B (sorry, I forgot her name). I was overall amazed so I went ahead with it. Needless to say that I will be referring SNOW FAMILY DENTISTRY to all my friends. Please give them a try. You'll thank me for it. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Snow Family Dental has the best hospitality I’ve ever had from any dentist I have ever been to. They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They had a welcome sign with my name on it as I walked in, gave me a tour of the office, and gave me a welcome gift with my name on it as well. Every employee greeted me with a warm smile, which sadly is extremely rare in any business lately. The hygienist, Kari, was great and she did a wonderful job with the cleaning. It was very smooth and comfortable. She was fun and conversational too. Doctor Tyler was awesome as well. I didn’t need any dental work done but she came in to review my x rays. She was very warm and made me feel great. Overall, I felt great walking into and out of the dentist. Which is someone that I never thought I would say. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I couldn’t recommend Snow Family Dental enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been using Snow Family Dentistry for many years for all of my dental needs. Dr. Snow and all of his staff are super friendly and they understand that going to the dentist isn't always a pleasant experience. But they go out of their way to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Normally I would see Dr. Snow who is excellent but this time had the new and pleasant experience of seeing Dr. Tyler. Dr. Tyler put me at ease right away. She is super friendly and was very good at handling my situation, which was a double extraction. She went over all of my options and let me decide on the course of action. So if you're looking for great dental care with pleasant surroundings and a friendly and knowledgeable staff, Snow Family Dentristy, from my experience, can't be beat.

Negative experience: At first, I thought this practice was going to be different. Everybody was very friendly and professional. Immediately they tried to upsell their services by fitting me for Invisalign and new crowns that I don't need. Then, I got my bill and was charged incorrectly. Their office mistakenly quoted me a price for service. When insurance didn’t cover what they expected, they insisted I pay the balance. They made no effort to take responsibility or apologize for error. The whole experience has left me feeling like Snow Family Dentistry is a used car dealership. The reviews had been good when the original dentist was there before the son took over. I will not be returning or referring any friends or family.

Negative experience: This place is so untrustworthy. They told me my insurance covered everything, but later I found out it didn’t. They never explain clearly before doing the work, and then leave you with surprise bills. Be careful—they are very misleading.

Negative experience: This place is a scam. Before they did anything, I always asked if my insurance would cover it—and they told me yes. For example, before they started the fluoride, I asked again if it was covered, and the staff checked on the computer and said yes. I even confirmed again before my dental cleaning and exam. Then, 20 days later, I received a bill for over $200 saying my insurance only covered part of it. That has NEVER happened to me in the last five years—I’ve never had to pay out of pocket for dental care. When I questioned it, the staff tried to say it was just a “small benefit from my workplace,” which is not true—I pay for full insurance every month. The worst part is they don’t tell you upfront what will and won’t be covered. They just go ahead, do the work, and then send a big bill to your house. My simple cleaning and exam cost almost $500, and insurance only covered $171—they expect me to pay $242 out of pocket. Completely unacceptable. Before they do any procedure, they should let customers know the real price and ask for approval. Instead, they trick you and bill you later. Imagine if someone went in for a root canal—they’d say insurance covers it, and then the patient would be stuck with a $1,000+ bill. I also noticed so many other one-star reviews describing the same exact problem. Don’t be fooled by the fake five-star reviews. Be very careful with this place.

Negative experience: Very sad bunch of people. Will never get me back for work of any kind. I have dental insurance, I didn’t ask for any work outside the coverage. Somehow they were able to bill for over $200 to me that was not covered. Have been hounding me like dogs for years and threatening collections. They could have made a lot more money off of me conducting business like real professionals. Not impressed and I would hope folks would pick anywhere else but here!

From the moment I entered, I was catered to by a well-trained and personable team prior to seeing the doctor. My chief concerns and priorities were assessed and taken into consideration. My care from Dr. Snow and Jessica was timely and expert and I was comfortable throughout. I was seen on time and completed my thorough and un-hurried treatments within a reasonable period. The work met my expectations for quality and cost and a plan was put in place for future care. This is how dental care should be delivered. Fantastic experience: This place blew me away. They have water, snacks, and massage chairs. Their equipment is top of the line, as well are their sterilization practices. They have noticed things that other dentists have neglected to address, this shows how much more advanced they are compared to their peers. The bathrooms and the building are incredibly clean and do not even have that dentist smell! The lighting in the building is almost as warm and welcoming as the staff. They are very organized in processing and treating their patients, and the staff are some of nicest and genuine people you can have the pleasure of speaking with. Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. Was in immense pain the rest of the day after getting the cavities filled. They did q terrible job of smoothing out and getting my bote correct. And during the appointment was made to just wait for about 30 minutes while the doctor left to go talk to another patient instead of focusing on actually finishing the treatment. Will never work with that provider again and if anything like this happens again will make sure everyone possible knows how awful the patient experience is and find a doctor who actually knows what they are doing.

Negative experience: BEWARE!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. I started with them back in 2023 for Invisalign. At first everything was smooth sailing, I was set up on a payment plan, began treatment, and followed up every 2ish weeks. When I first went there, they confirmed my insurance was in network and I would get the full benefits of my plan. Come to 2025 and I found out that was completely false and I was not in network so my insurance did not pay out the way they had claimed leaving me with a $300 bill I was not expecting. When my Invisalign had come to an end, Dr. Snow went and removed my attachments and ended up dremeling an indent on the top of one of my front teeth. For the payment plan, we had set up it would pull about $85 a month until it was paid in full. I ended up calling in about June/July of 2024 to pay the account IN FULL since I had the funds and at that point had not seen them in two months. In November of 2024, I got an email statement stating I had a $300 balance on my account and was 90 days delinquent. Clearly, I was confused as I had already called and paid my account and again had not seen them since April of 2024. I had text them to ask about this balance and they had let me know they switched systems and that statement was an error. To me, that made sense as I had not received any notification of a balance being on my account and I paid the balance back I had already. Fast forward to March of 2025, they start calling my HUSBAND in regard to the balance on my account rather than contacting me, the patient that has the balance. When I had called to figure out what was going on, the billing lady was extremely rude and spoke to me as if I was stupid and even had the nerve to say “well I had already spoke to your husband about this so you should already have the answers”. After trying to figure out what was happening, I had them resubmit the claim to insurance and told them I will pay the bill when I got the denial letter from my insurance. They ended up calling me which I was unable to answer due to dealing with a family emergency and being out of state and was again met with complete rudeness and zero compassion for an issue I did not cause then proceeded to threaten to send me to collections and REFUSING to set up any sort of payment plan. While I completely understand the $300 was what was remaining from “being out of network” with my insurance, the balance for something I had done in April was not put onto my account until AUGUST, which is completely unnecessary. On top of all of this, the manager of the practice completely refuses to speak to anybody with complaints which just backs my feelings of this being an awful and sketchy business. I will never recommend to anybody and will forever tell anyone I meet to avoid this practice. I will also like to state, they buy their 5 star reviews by telling patients if they leave a 5 start review, and only a 5 star review, you get put in raffles to earn “major” prizes such as cash, trips, etc. which to me you shouldn’t need to bribe people for them to say they enjoy your company.

Fantastic experience: Lilly was very detailed in everything when explaining and remember everything I had concern with when relaying information to the dentist. The services I got were fast and pain free and made sure I was fine through out the whole treatment. Will not go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: If anyone in the east valley needs an amazing dental team, please check out Snow Family Dentistry in Mesa! They are wonderful, warm, inviting and caring. From when I checked in with Crystal, given a quick tour of the practice, to Lilly my hygienist, Dr. Hirschi and Lexi who explained insurance benefits and costs associated with treatment, made you feel comfortable and answered all questions thoroughly!!

Fantastic experience: Oh it’s great to have found my new and favorite dental practice, finally! I was overwhelmed by how nice everyone was and how open and roomy the dental clinic seemed to be. Dr Farr was super cool, thorough, professional. I was sure I had cavities but had none, so cleaning and imaging was done by Vanessa and was the best ever! I didn’t experience any discomfort from water cleaning which had never happened in previous dental practices. I wasn’t pressured to have extra procedures done and was actually asked if I wanted to even hear about them, which hasn’t always happened with other practices I’ve been to. That was nice. It made me feel like I could direct that, rather than being directed. Yolanda checked me in when I arrived and she me madd it all super easy, and she gave me a tour through their facility and liked what I saw. Thank you all for seeing me and taking care of me so well!

Fantastic experience: If you are hesitant about cleaning your teeth like I was please see Vanessa at Snow Family Dentistry and Dr. Farr I had almost giving up on cleaning my teeth until I found them. You will love going to the dentist and feel confident in the chair that your teeth won't hurt after and you are getting the best quality care in the Valley. I have been looking for over 20 years and finally I found a staff that truly cares about a great dental experience. They are the very BEST!! Thankyou SO much.

Fantastic experience: After my first visit I was very impressed by every aspect of care this office provides. Dr. Snow called me the day before to ask if I needed anything to make the experience more comfortable, the front/back desk ladies were kind, and Dr. H was efficient and informative. By far the best part of this experience was my dental hygienist. She exceeded my expectations and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Each step of the cleaning she gave me information that I felt was realistic and super helpful. By far the best dental experience I’ve had to date. I would recommend this office to anyone and will be sending my friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I had my first teeth cleaning this morning, and I can already say that I notice a different in how gentle they are compared to my past dentists. The facility is beautiful, and everyone is so kind. I also really appreciate the personalization and consultation, like asking what my goals are for my teeth, and they even asked me if I would like to have things explained to me short and simple or in detail. Something I experience a lot at medical appointments is lengthy explanations that don't make much sense to me, but at Snow Family Dentistry, I was given clear and straight forward explanations, and my hygienist was more than happy to answer any other questions I had.

Fantastic experience: Starting with the receptionist that greeted us, the person that explained our billing options, the dental assistant and Dr. Snow we were treated with dignity and respect. We felt everyone there was kind and considerate. They have great people skills!

Negative experience: Follow up review, March 2025 After the frustrating experience I had in November (see my previous review below), I don’t want have anything to do with this office anymore. I thought things couldn’t get worse—yet here we are. Not only did they cancel my appointment without informing me and reschedule it without my approval, but now they have the nerve to send me a statement saying I owe them $100. Maybe I should send them a bill for the inconvenience they caused me back in November. The lack of communication and disregard for patients’ time is beyond unprofessional. I cannot recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and respectful dental care. November 2024 review I’m incredibly disappointed with the customer service at this office. They canceled my 8 AM cleaning appointment because of a staff meeting and rescheduled it—without my knowledge—to February 2025. A week before my appointment, they called me during my major surgery and left a vague message asking if I could come in earlier. No one followed up after that. Despite recovering from surgery, I dragged myself out of bed to make it to my scheduled appointment, only to find the office closed for training. When I called, they claimed I had rescheduled for February 2025, which is absolutely untrue. No one communicated this change to me, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. This level of mismanagement and lack of consideration for patients’ time is unacceptable. I expected better professionalism and respect from a healthcare provider.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at this office was so attentive and informative! I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist office in general but Kari was my hygienist and she did a wonderful job at making me feel very comfortable. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area!

Fantastic experience: My experience was was wonderful Dr. Hirschi was very gentle. His assistant Brittany was very nice and helpful she offered my a cozy blanket and a bottle of water before my appointment started. Overall I had an amazing experience I would definitely recommend this dental office to my family and friends. And at the end of my visit I had a chance to relax in the massage chairs.
