Fantastic experience: Front staff are very polite and helpful. Dr Vaji was incredible! She was so patient with my son and made sure he was comfortable throughout his whole dental procedure. She answered any questions I had & was very attentive. Would highly recommend this place. We have a pleasant experience every single time we go!

Fantastic experience: I decided to take my children here after hearing how amazing it was from my sister. Upon arrival I informed the staff my oldest is autistic and may not be comfortable with certain things. Each time we went the staff was amazing with him. They won't force any child to do something they dont want to do. They are very kind and treat each child special! I absolutely love the staff. The place is extremely clean!

Fantastic experience: The person I met was Vanessa and Dr Vaji they both helped me feel very comfortable along with my son one that is autistic and severely speech delay he was a little overwhelmed but they assured me that he would have a private room with his brother to help him understand and cool down along with the appointment they were very patient explained everything and understand that he has a breakdown but also kept teaching us with fun conversations. Negative experience: If you're planing on taking ur little one that is bottle fed don't waste ur time apparently they have a "Drinking policy" went in with my grand baby which is 1 year old and couldn't have her bottle out because of the Drinking policy kinda confused I just put her bottle away ,told ladies at the front desk since when they had the policy where we can even have a babies bottle out ? at first they looked confused then one said oh it's because its very unsanitize back there lol ooookay.. And I've been taking my son since he was 1 year old now he's about to be 13 and just finding out.... wooow just woow !!!

Negative experience: Scam artists. Told us our kid who has never had a cavity had 7. Then said we wouldn't be able to see it on the x-ray because we had untrained eyes. Went to another dentist without telling them what happened and were told 0 cavities, teeth in great condition.

Negative experience: This place has turned out to be an absolute nightmare . They quoted my son’s surgery around $700. I knew I should’ve got a second opinion, but I went ahead and scheduled it. My son’s surgery was horrifically long, but they assured me It was easier this way. They then told me that the services were only going to be around $500. So I paid right then, and there. Now a month later, I get a letter from my insurance company stating that the dentist office issued my benefits incorrectly. Within the hour of talking to my insurance company, the dentist office sent me an almost $600 bill. Clearly, there is some fraudulent activities going on here. We won’t ever come back.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. Everyone was very thourough and really explained everything to me and made my kiddo feel calm and welcomed. I do wish they had all private exam rooms, I don’t really like how it’s all in the open and everyone can hear you and see you as well as you seeing others. But if you can get past that it’s a great friendly place.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful first time experience with my three girls. (Ages 6,4,1) They made sure we were comfortable and walked us through all of the steps with such patience and kindness. The doctor was so sweet and knowledgeable and provided advice to better help my children’s needs. I am so happy I chose this place and I would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: It’s was a good experience,they slow but at a good pace and get you in and out.

Negative experience: We’ve been coming here for a year and ultimately decided now we no longer will after several incidents that didn’t sit right with me. We’ve been caught with a number of out of pocket costs that were surprises to us. Then directed to pay right after work being done carrying children in your hands who are asleep! Told to claim with insurance after and then was still denied. Be sure to ask for discounts cause apparently they have those too! Had I known they offered veteran/military from the beginning it would’ve saved me hundreds.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been bringing both of my daughters here for years, and we couldn’t be happier! My youngest has been coming since she was just 6 months old and my oldest since she was 1. The team is always so fast, friendly, and professional. The staff makes the kids feel comfortable and cared for, and they always explain everything clearly. Appointments run smoothly, and my girls actually look forward to coming! Highly recommend this place to any parent looking for a dentist their kids will love.

Negative experience: This was an okay dentist office. The wait was a 2/10 the dentist lady that walks with a limp was the most horrible dentist in my experience with my children. I will never go back unless this is the only dentist office on earth. She was rude and rough on my children and this is the reason I rate it a 1/10 you have to no how to deal with children and once you handle my children a certain way you’re no good in my book.

Fantastic experience: This is a great clinic with a very friendly staff and excellent service. As always, I had a great experience with my son's periodic visit. The dentist was Dr. Chen, and the assistant was Aly, both of whom were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. This is a clinic I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our visits are always present. I didn't catch the name of the lady that cleaned my daughter's teeth but she was very informative on how she should clean her teeth. It was a nice visit with Dr Smith. And Aly was quick and painless with the sealant for my daughter's teeth. Really informative. As always a nice visit.

Negative experience: Today they put my daughter at risk, they gave her anesthesia, they didn't know which tooth they should extract and they did the x-ray themselves, then they decided not to continue with the extraction because the doctor was not sure. They are 0 professionals, it hurt my daughter too much, they can't experiment with children

Fantastic experience: I would love to express just how much I loved my experience with this Dentistry. I brought in my daughter that was needing extensive care and I felt very nervous for her because I thought she was gonna be in a lot of pain. Once I met the dental assistants Ms.Vanessa and Ms.Stephanie they explained how everything was going to be done very thoroughly, I felt way more comfortable with the process. The next day they sedated my daughter so they can begin the process. I was with my daughter every step of the way and never saw her struggle or scream in pain because Dr.Bishop and his dental assistant Ms.Kai made her feel so comfortable and happy. The process didn't take longer than 2hrs and once she was all done and ready to go she walked out feeling like a princess thanks to Midland Dentistry for kids and his wonderful staff! I would definitely recommend anyone with kids to not be afraid to bring your kids here because they will be in good hands they know what they're doing. Fantastic experience: All the staff at Midland dentistry have been more than awesome to me and my kids . Kaitlyn was super sweet to my kids today she made my little girl laugh and was joking around with her I was a little hesitant about meeting the new hires cause Dr. Chen and Dr.C were and always have been so nice to me and my babies but I was sadden to hear Dr.C left . Dr.V and Dr.Bishop were really great today with meeting my kids and making them feel comfortable with the visit today I would be happy to see them as well on our next visit ,Magaly made my oldest child still feel like a child cause she was pretty sad when I told her she would need a new dentist but they changed it so I was ecstatic to still let her stay there my oldest loved the way she was with her today and I couldn’t thank everyone enough for every they have done for my kids I been with midland dentistry for 6 years now and I wouldn’t change it for anything it’s hard to find a dentist that is good with children and I will say they are all professional and they are all super sweet and they do care for the comfort and the best visits the kids needs. From the receptionist , Staff ,doctors , everyone in there are the best people ever .

Fantastic experience: My girls are 2 & 3 years old this was going to be their first trip to the dentist. They were both scared and nervous. The office however is so inviting to children that they forgot their worries as soon as we walked in. They loved the staff! Between all of the things to see and the balloon they give out each visit, they were so happy and agreeable before the dentist even walked up to greet us. Dr. Bishop was so patient and soft spoken! My 2-year-old actually laid there and let them do an entire teeth cleaning! This is the BEST place!

Fantastic experience: Brought my daughter in for cleaning and everything went well. My kid has always disliked the dentist, but Magaly did wonderful keeping her calm and relaxed through the entire process. The entire team as well did good from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: My son needed extensive dental work and had to be sedated. The entire team was amazing!!! From front office, billing, the doctor, his assistants and the anesthesiologist. Everyone was very caring, patient and knowledgeable. I’ve worked in dental for 16 years and I’ve seen crowns done on children that were huge and bulky. My son’s teeth were crowned in the front and they look completely natural. All his work looks amazing!!! It’s only been 2 hours and my son is up and playing already. Thanks again to the entire team.

Fantastic experience: Our first time at this dentist office and it was great! Wait time was a bit long but they informed us it was a really busy day for them and their network was messing up and being slow (those things happen and it's out of their hands sometimes) The assisnt (I think her name was Shanna or Shawna) was the sweetest! She made sure my daughter wasn't scared and talked her through every little thing that was happening to make sure she felt safe and comfortable. Dr. Vaji (I hope I spelt that right) was so kind and friendly! Made sure I was able to see what she was seeing and made sure any and all questions where answered with clarity and I greatly appreciate that! Over all a great experience and we will continue to go their for check ups and work!

Fantastic experience: We were seen very quickly, all the staff was so kind to us. They made my youngest feel safe and he never once cried. The office is clean and wait was hardly anything! I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have tried and wanted to take my autistic son to the dentist over the years, but circumstances are tricky with these things and he hasn't been ready. But, today he was ready and he had his very first dental appointment ever at Midland Dentistry 4 Kids. Dr. Bishop and his team were so patient and considerate of both kids (sister went too), and it was apparent they are well versed in the area of kids with special needs. I highly recommend this team for any other parents facing circumstances like ours. The staff took great care of us, and I absolutely feel as if my apprehension and concerns were addressed beforehand and in a very considerate way.

Both my daughters went today and one of my daughters is autistic and typically I get uneasy because at times people do not understand. But the staff was accommodating, patient, supportive and caring. Our visit was very pleasant. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Positive experience: I think for the most part all staff and doctors are nice, my only problem is the long wait when being seated in a room. Having a one year old and 4 year old waiting for a while can cause a lot of stress and make it to where the kids no longer want to cooperate from having to sit for so long, I do prefer in and out offices especially when having more than one child. Will be switching because of this problem happening numerous times.

Negative experience: If I could I'd honestly give zero stars. Very unorganized and horrible communication between staff as well as to the parents and patients. 10am appt, told to arrive at 945, j7st to be told sorry someone messed up we can't actually see her until 11am mind you she's been restricted from drinking/eating, since about 2am. This is not the first major issue wve had here between my 3 kids but it will DEFINITELY BE THE LAST.

Negative experience: Horrible Horrible Horrible. They made my kids wait 1hour . Very slow people working there. I asked nurse about it she told me she is not working at the moment and go ask over there with rude tone voice. I went to front desk and told that we are going to cancel appointment since we are here already 1 hour. My reply to owner: you should do something about it because I'm not the only one who complains.

Fantastic experience: After having a not so great experience at Rodeo Dental. We came here and I am so thankful. The ENTIRE staff was amazing. Very rarely do you even get a receptionist that’s nice but she was LOVELY and handled a pretty good amount of patients with ease. The gentleman who first helped us listened to us when we told him our daughter was more comfortable with females helping her. He instantly got someone and didn’t make a fuss. The two girls who helped her in the back before seeing the doctor were AMAZING. The doctor was also so kind and informative. Such a breathe of fresh air after researching and trying to find a place my child would love after having a not so great experience!

Negative experience: My nephew was taken in to get his teeth checked. A nurse asked a few questions about him and my sister, my sister thinking nothing of it, conversated with Amber who went and told another nurse named Surena or something along those lines what was said. The office is closed so I can not complain but within 30 minutes my sister got a phone call from her sons dad stating that Surena had told him what was said. No confidentiality. Now we have to find a new dentist. Very uncomfortable to think you are having a friendly conversation and somehow it leaves the office.
