Negative experience: This place sucks! Made an app for sat for me and my wife and few hours before our appoint time they said our appointment has been bumped up. They said my appoint doesn’t even show and I have the appoint conformation and every thing. I was not able to use my end of the year benefits because of them.

Fantastic experience: Love this dentist! Every cleaning I’ve had has been efficient, and both the hygienists and dentists—especially Dr. Abdou—are incredibly kind. I also love that they have TVs above you to watch during cleanings, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Special shoutout to Jordan for being so thoughtful and attentive during my visit while pregnant- making sure I was comfortable, clearly explaining everything, and consistently checking in. Highly recommend this place!

She was very professional and, above all, kind to me, despite the communication issue because I am Italian and don't speak English very well. However, she and her team spoke to me very slowly and in a simple way. Additionally, I would like to say that I have finally met a dentist who works with such delicacy, as if she had the hands of a fairy."

Negative experience: They are not transparent about billing and prices. I had an appointment in May and was billed in late October. I emailed two times to get clarification and it wasn’t until I used their contact us page that they responded. They are late in responding to their own email and are more expensive than surrounding dental clinics. Choose another place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been driving in from Tomball for years now because the service is amazing. My hygienist, Hong, is so gentle on my sensitive teeth. They also know how to take care of my complicated TMJ issues when they arise.

Fantastic experience: I began experiencing some soreness in one of my molars just a few days before an anticipated long vacation. Worried that it would worsen when on holiday, I immediately called Memorial Park Dental one morning--and that same day I was given an afternoon appointment! When I arrived, I was very-well attended by dental assistant Angela. She has a great personality, she played some wonderful relaxing jazz music and helped put my mind at ease, as I was a bit anxious with an upcoming trip and not knowing what would be needed. Doctor C reviewed my xrays and took the time to show me where the root had fractured, showing me the new xray compared to the previous one that did not have the issue. This fracture caused an infection on this tooth that previously had a root canal done on it. In an hour's time, he was able to numb my gums, extract the tooth without any pain, do a bone replacement graft and suture me up. This team explains everything so well. They are always checking in on you to see how you are doing, and they are just very professional and very approachable at the same time. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My favorite dental office by far! My Invisalign journey has been a breeze, Nuri is amazing! Dr.Abdou is wonderful. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes when coming for an appointment. And they have a great dental program they offer (which was better than dental insurance I was looking at). My sister goes here now too, we have nothing but great things to say about this office!

Fantastic experience: I was so nervous to go in this morning. It’s been awhile since I had been able to make it to a dentist. Front desk girlies were super warm and friendly. I love that positive attitude especially working on a Saturday at 7AM. Jordan was ABSOLUTELY amazing, I appreciate him being so kind and easing my anxiety. He was very thorough and explained everything. Thank you Jordan! The doctor was also very kind. I forgot her name but gosh you all were wonderful. Thank you so much. I found my new dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my experience here! The staff was super friendly, and easy to book an appointment. Maybe I'm a little biased but my brother Jordan is a hygienist here! Jordan was super gentle with getting my teeth cleaned. I feel like other places hygienist can be really rough, and I get nervous going to new places because of that. But Jordan was super gentle, talked about everything he was doing, and even though he's my brother it was one of the best cleaning visits I've ever had! He's really passionate about teeth, cleanings, and dental hygiene!

Fantastic experience: Went for a new patient visit and had a great experience! All of the staff were super nice, and the hygienist Jordan and dentist Dr C were both fantastic. Was very easy to book an appointment and have it all covered with insurance. Will continue to go back regularly.

Negative experience: Update: my new dentist found a cavity under the filling that Memorial Park Dental (MPD) just did, but insurance won't cover correcting it because of how soon it was done. It's customary for dentists to fix a filling if it fails so quickly, so I reached out to MPD to make this situation right, and guess what I've heard back? Seems like they only stand behind their work if they can make future money off of you. Previous review: They don't work with insurance and are not transparent about their billing practices. They will verbally give you pricing for procedures as the actual price, then come back later and say "that was an estimate" and charge you double and say "we aren't contracted with any insurance and they can't tell us how much to charge for a procedure." The Hispanic woman at the front is wildly rude and callous. If you ever have to speak with anyone, it's worth it to wait for Taylor. In my cleaning appt they booked a second appt the following week for a night guard adjustment that they told me would be covered. I show up and they wouldn't let me in my appointment without paying a surprise bill for hundreds of dollars I had never heard about before, including the week before when I was there. She then told me in a super rude way that my adjustment wasn't covered and would be $175 so I left, it was ridiculous. Then someone else called and talked to me like a human being and said it was a mistake, that it was complimentary, and said they would call back to help with other billing issues. They never called back, I called and no one ever returned my calls. Is a shame because Hong (hygienist) and the dentist I see are phenomenal, but I can't get over the unethical business practices and the blatantly rude treatment. I work with the public and know it can be tough and really try to give folks a break, but how this was handled was just so bad.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful clinic! As someone who is extremely resistant to anesthesia and has had some unfortunate incidents at the dentist in the past as a result (yikes), I cannot recommend this place highly enough! Angela and Jordan were absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, and wonderful about letting me know what they were doing to soothe my anxiety - I’ve never had such an easy/painless x-ray or cleaning dental experience before. For anyone with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, the dentists at this practice know about it, how it can cause oral complications, and really walk you through treatment options, which has never happened to me before with any dentist. They really go the extra mile to make sure you feel safe and comfortable, and I found the pricing to be very straightforward and fair! Bonus- TVs on the ceiling help keep you distracted. :) First time there, but I’m sure I found my new dental clinic. Thanks y’all!

Fantastic experience: They have a nice, roomy office with more privacy in patient areas than most dental offices. My hygienist was friendly, gentle, and super fast with the X-Rays. The dentist was quick and informative too.

Negative experience: This had been my dentist for 10 years or so. Always excellent service in-office, and high quality dental work. Even after several conversations, the billing office has continued to balance bill me for services covered by my insurance and in agreement with the dental office. If you are thinking about making an appt, please be mindful that their billing office is suspect, so do not pay anything just because they send you a statement. Too bad because the dentists and staff are lovely. You’ve lost a committed patient because your billing department is committing fraud.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this office for 4+ years and am sad to see the quality of service go downhill. It seems like they've had staffing changes with both hygienists and billing. I had one cleaning in July that was so rough that I had to switch hygienists mid-way through. I'm also dealing with billing challenges. They failed to notify me of charges up front, then told me in person that charges been waived in order to get me to return for another appointment and that my visit was covered under insurance, but kept charging me with zero transparency throughout. It took 3 weeks for billing to call me back about a balance and they only reached out when I told them I would cancel an upcoming appointment if it wasn't resolved. The representative was quite unprofessional.

Negative experience: Used to be very reliable, but has changed. Charges significantly more than other dentists for routine cleanings, will charge your insurance $500+ for a cleaning and not let you know/ask for consent to do and charge for extra "deep cleanings". Seems like it's turned into a money making scam. Extremely disappointing and unreliable. Will ruin your insurance allowance sneakily charging as much as they can.

Negative experience: Very lackluster customer service. They do not perform good work to begin with from a cleaning perspective then show up 20 minutes late to a scheduled appointment and act like nothing has happened.

Fantastic experience: I had one of the best experiences at this dental facility. I avoid going to the dentist but needed my annual cleaning. After reading reviews I decided to try this place. My hygienist was Crystal. She was extremely professional and friendly . She explained everything as she examined my teeth and gave me one of the best cleaning. She also gave me very helpful tips for better oral care at home. I have some fillings that need to be replaced and she explained the process in a very professional way and advised of all my options. They are reasonably priced. There was also Dennis that took my X-rays. He was very professional and patient with me. I am making this my to go for all the dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Everything about this place is the best. The Dr, the medical care, the support staff. OUTSTANDING tmj treatment with Dr. C and Ms. Angie. I've been afraid of the dentist since I was a child. I ENJOY coming here - because when I leave I feel GREAT and HEALTHY! Lots more to say another time, but for now - MAKE THEM YOUR DENTIST. The are great people, working hard to do a great job taking care of people. That's hard to find, and worth keeping! Even parking is easy!

Negative experience: Watch out, these people are predatory. I started 2024 with a healthy mouth and went for a cleaning. They charged my insurance close to $400 for one cleaning visit. This consumed a large chunk of my max $2k for the year. More on this later. During said visit, they determined that I needed a crown for a weaker filling. I trusted them and proceeded with this expensive restorative repair which I regret. They drilled the tooth and the temps that the hygienist kept putting on kept falling off. This happened twice. I showed the situation to a dentist friend of mine and they were surprised they made me do a crown so early, especially since I had no pain. I lived in pain for two weeks while the permanent crown was made. This then consumed another 1k. I should have never done this until the tooth broke. I go in for another cleaning in September and they tell me the cleaning is not covered as I have hit the out of pocket max. And to top it off, I now have a tooth ache with no insurance left. Highly suggest you stay away from these people and find another dentist. They also promised me a free massage when I joined - which was never provisioned. No thanks. They care about making money not your dental health.

Fantastic experience: Close to work, fast, friendly, AND they have a TV on the ceiling!! When I mean fast, I mean by the time I was done feeling out my forms I was already being called in. Carly (I think that was her name) did an amazing job explaining every step of what she was doing, it was a regular cleaning, and I really appreciated that. My only complain is that the iPads to sign in are buggy and the forms are not easy to navigate through, but that's just a one time thing. Oh! Speaking of forms, the lady at the front was incredible as well, shoutout to her!! One suggestion - bring back the massages!! Please and thank you =)

Fantastic experience: Dr. C is the best of the best and I'm so grateful for the care I received here. After a series of dental issues that left me with high anxiety, I started seeing Dr. C. He’s an excellent listener who genuinely cares about patients' overall health and dental well-being. He’s fantastic at educating his patients and has an investigative approach that I haven't seen anywhere else. The staff at Memorial Park Dental is exceptional as well; you can tell as soon as you walk in that they love working here. I drove from Austin to Houston for years to see Dr. C before moving out of state—his level of care and trustworthiness is unmatched.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for about 6 years now. However, my last visit was very disappointing. The hygienist was soooo rough, she actually scrapped my gums real badly. She KEPT wetting my hair even after bringing it to her attention. I still had stains on my teeth that she was aware of. Even the dentist informed her of the strains that were still on my teeth AFTER the cleaning. Unfortunately, I don’t know if I’ll be back after this one.

She does an excellent job at making me feel comfortable and does a great job with my teeth. The facility is also clean and very fast with minimal wait times. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I just had a cleaning here and I cannot recommend this place enough. Hong was one of the most gentle yet efficient dental hygienist that I've ever had! She was extremely detailed with her cleaning that I felt like I went there for a teeth whitening instead. There's designated parking in the plaza and you take the stairs to the right to the office on the second floor. Thank god, I despise parking in this area but it's super easy here! 10/10.

Fantastic experience: You would never know there was a dentist office here, but once you are inside this place is top of the line. All the staff are super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They take time to explain everything to you, and use the latest equipment and technology available, not to mention you can get teeth whitening and massages for just for going in for regular check ups. I have never left disappointed.

Fantastic experience: These are the easiest dental appointments I’ve ever had. Dr. C solved a complex issue in one visit that another dentist and endodontist could not figure out in multiple visits. His solution also saved me a LOT of money. From the friendly and professional staff to the quality of the service, this office is exceptional.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with this practice. Upon arrival, I was told that I would be responsible for up to $125 for the difference on what the insurance would not pay for my cleaning. I asked if you could verify with the insurance, as I have never had any issues, but I was told, that could not be done. However, that I could proceed to get my cleaning if I accepted the rule and that if I did not pay the difference in case there was one, that my balance would go to collections. I did not accept and left. I have had my insurance for many years, and this dentist is in-network, thus really cannot understand this rule. Furthermore, if the dentist website it says the following: New Patient Specials $0 Exam, X-Ray and Cleaning For Insured New Patients, so now this is false advertising. I am dumbfounded why this dentist has 4.8 stars. Maybe others are willing to take the risk, I am not. I will report them with the BBB and the Board if possible.

Positive experience: I have been coming here for years and I have had a couple times that scheduling issues have been an issue, but to drive over here after nobody answered the phone to have my appt cancelled does not sit well with me. I don’t know who likes to waste time, but I don’t appreciate it. If I made the appt two days prior, what would make you think I don’t want to keep the appt? I’m not sure who the heavyset Hispanic lady is at the front desk, but ma’am, a front desk receptionist does not make you an owner and your attitude could use an adjustment.

Negative experience: If there was an option to give them 0 star I would have given. They over charge you I visited them in 2022 that was a huge mistake and due to their some billing mistake I still receiving emails to pay additional $75 however I had only visited them twice one time to get cleaning and I paid my portion which they told me and second time didn’t even go inside just went to get tray but they’re lying that I visited them 3 times. Wouldn’t recommend them their billing system is messed up

Fantastic experience: First time using this Dentist, recommended by our son. I’m quite anxious as I’ve had some bad experiences at the dentist. This practice gets 10/10, friendly, professional, clean and extremely personable. Hong was my hygienist and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recommend this dental office! The staff is so friendly and they make you feel welcomed. They take their time and don’t rush you. I was told by my previous dentist I needed urgent cavity fillings. Today, after having exams done, I was told I only have a few minor ones. Dr.Chalu was nice . He just came in and out very quick (again I do not have a complex caee). Hong my hygienist was amazing. She took the time to educate and explain everything that she did during my visit.

Positive experience: Have had both some good hygienists and some heavy-handed ones that made me feel like I got punched in the mouth here. Actual dentists are speedy and accommodating. Ultimately left the practice because the front desk would not stop automatically scheduling me for my next appointment despite multiple requests not to. They still keep scheduling me even though I've informed them multiple times I'm not coming back specifically because of this annoyance.

Fantastic experience: Had another great visit today. I always specifically request Hồng for my cleanings. She has great steady hands, is super thorough, not to mention extremely friendly. Dr. Abdou is remarkably detailed oriented and so amazing how much she remembers from your chart without even needing to look up your file! I always mention the practice whenever someone is looking for a new dentist. Long time client and so grateful for the wonderful work these professionals do! Hard to be believe but these ladies make going to the dentist regularly such a breeze!

Fantastic experience: Mya at the front desk is phenomenal!!!! She got my appointment set up on time with no issues when the online scheduler didn’t put my appointment on their board! Also, got the right side of my mouth deep cleaned by Crystal, no pain! She explained everything to me and made sure I was completely comfortable for the entire two hour procedure. I will not go to another dentist. This was my first time to a dentist in almost 8 years because I have had so many painful experiences in the past with other dental offices. Fantastic experience: Karlie is my favorite! I see her almost every time I come in for a cleaning and she is always so sweet. I personally am usually not a fan of getting my teeth cleaned but she’s gentle and quick but thorough. My favorite dentist office I’ve ever been to!

Fantastic experience: I have had pretty bad dental anxiety most of my life, and was very nervous before my first appointment here. The entire team including the front desk, dental assistants, dental hygienists, and both Dr. Abdou and Dr. C were warm and welcoming. I have never experienced and dentist office like this one before. When it came to filo a cavity, I didn't even feel the needle when they numbed me. They don't beat around the bush with what you need, but still are gentle when explaining to you what you need done. I am moving four hours away, but will continue to make the long drive to see them. I do not think I will ever see another dentist. If you have any kind of worries about seeing a dentist, you can put them to rest if you visit Memorial Park Dental Spa.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist because I am such a chicken. Dr. C and his staff are wonderful and I highly recommend them. If you have sensitive teeth and hate pain, they will take care of you. Dennis is a treat--his upbeat personality will put you at ease. Fantastic experience: Completed 6 months of Invisalign! I LOOOOVE the results! Better than expected! The staff is amazing and was super attentive during each check-in visit. I was always treated warmly and all of my questions were answered. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: A dental spa that makes dental visit very pleasant! Professional practice and a very clean and comfortable place that offers me confidence. The dental office also closes late on Monday and Tuesday. That gives the opportunities of late appointments which I find particularly helpful and friendly. Dental hygienist Hong is the best too! Super thorough and friendly!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in for my first cleaning with them and immediately felt like they took the time to know the reason why I choose them. Was it a move? Was it my past experience at another place? Why did you leave them? What did you like about them? What didn’t you? Not in an immediate way either, they cared. Not only at the receptionist desk but Kayla specifically took the time to get to know me. I told her next time I want her to assist me again. She paid attention to the detail and I liked that! Dr. Abdoo came in and confidently looked at what I commented about and also gave me her opinion on what I needed and overal my teeth and gum health! I’ll definitely will be back and would reccomend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at Memorial Dental Spa each time my fiancé and I visit. Dr. C always takes his time to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I just had a cleaning done and a tooth extraction, and it was pain free and an extremely smooth recovery. Dennis, Dr. C's assistant was also just so kind and calming from the start, answering every question and doubt I may have had, and in such a great mood, which really makes a difference in a situation like that. Karlie, our dental hygienist, is also amazing. Very meticulous and careful and gentle, and she's great at making a fairly uncomfortable experience a really comfortable one. MPDS is extremely punctual and cleanly, and the staff and doctors are extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: BEST dental experience ever! The front desk are very pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. My dental hygienist, Hong, was amazing. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions and had great chair side presence. Her techniques were great too, absolutely ZERO pain throughout my cleaning! Dr. Chaluparambil was amazing too! Fantastic experience: I came here wanting to see if I would get a different experience at a Dental Office and I was VERY impressed. They are not pushy and telling you the sky is falling. I liked how straight-forward they were about the health of my teeth. I had a great cleaning done by Karlie and Zinia assisted Dr. C with my fillings. EXCELLENT staff. My gums weren't in pain when I left and my mouth FEELS great. It was worth driving in from Missouri City. A smart & personable staff really makes all the difference. Also... the office is extremely clean which is a HUGE plus. Looking forward to my next visit in December!

He is funny and has a knack for putting you at ease. I have had everything procedure done from basic cleaning to implants. No problems at all! Wait time is short, and I was extremely pleased with their COVID-19 safety measures. If you are looking for a dentist with a family atmosphere, look no further. Fantastic experience: Love this place!!! The front staff (MaryBeth) was so friendly and very helpful with my insurance a d benefits. My cleaning with GiGi was INCREDIBLE. She really knows her stuff and my teeth feel so clean. Also, the massage was the best I’ve ever had...and that says a lot! I’ have found my new home!!

The staff is friendly, the dentists personalize care, and the office is on top of things (e.g., verifies insurance ahead of time, gives courtesy appointment reminder calls, etc.). Fantastic experience: Highly recommended! I hadn't been to a dental office since I was 7 due to the pain I suffered. I decided to give MPDS a try and I must admit they were thorough and gentle. My hygienist Hong was great and the doctor was very honest on how my oral health is. 2 small cavities and no rush to get them done, left with a great experience and trust in them.

Fantastic experience: Let me start off by saying I rarely ever do reviews, so for me to post about a place means they had a significant impact on me. With that being said, I absolutely LOVE this place. I went in for a routine cleaning and to check if I had any cavities. The first time I went in, this lovely dental assistant helped me. I can’t remember her name right this second but I’ll come back and edit it later. She informed me that I had one cavity that needed to be filled. I also asked about Invisalign and she said they can scan my teeth and find out more when I come in to fill my cavity. She was delightful and we talked about lots of different things. She was very personable. The second time I came in, I was helped by Dr. C, Marvin, and Shay. I am absolutely unequivocally TERRIFIED of needles, and I’ve had one or two really horrible experiences with other dentists, so I was incredibly nervous. When I say that Dr. C and Marvin made me feel so comfortable, oh my goodness. I went from being so scared that I was in tears to feeling completely safe. I can’t say enough great things about these guys. Marvin held my hand when they used the needle and Dr. C walked me through every step of the process. I am no longer frightened of visiting the dentist, and that is saying A LOT. Shay switched out with Marvin probably 3/4 of the way through, and while I didn’t talk with her as much, she was equally delightful. Dr. C was also very honest with me. He told me that while he was willing to do Invisalign for me, he informed me that he thought it wasn’t worth the cost considering how minor the changes would be. It is really hard to find dentists and doctors that aren’t in it just for the money these days, so that kind of honesty is especially refreshing. They officially have a client for life! Thank you guys for changing my perspective about the “scary dental visit”. You guys are honestly one of a kind.

Positive experience: First dentist in Houston - and happily, I have every reason to expect I'll stay! Wait time - I waited in the reception for all of 3 minutes, and was given a short tour on the way back - which orients you in the larger layout, and helps you see that you really could get mixed up in here! It's bigger than it looks from the street! The people - everyone felt authentic, some being more talkative, some being more reserved, though all easy to talk with. I'm 50, and this was one of the best team/human interactions I've had at a dentist. Skills - super competent - when I mentioned I felt some plaque still inside by bottom incisors the tech literally said "Thank you! I love that kind of feedback! Let's take care of it!" and went back in with a smile. And easy manner/humor/awareness were constant. The facilities/equipment - older building, but very up to date equipment: digital x-rays, newer chairs and picks and probes and all that. The fun but also weird part (for me) was the two tv's - a 50-60' one at the foot of the chair, and another in the ceiling. I get that can be super for distracting nervous folks, just too in-yer-face for me. The bright side? They noticed, and offered to turn them off. well done!

Fantastic experience: I decided to give this place a try and WHAT A TREAT! The dental hygienist who took care of me was so professional and patient. I have anxiety when it comes to dentist and cleanings, but she was amazing! She paid great attention to detail and checked on my constantly yo make sure I was as relaxed and comfortable as possible. I forgot her name but she is Asian and petite with a great welcoming smile - you can't miss her! Absolutely recommend this place, staff was awesome, place is state-of-the art and they gave me a gift certificate for a free massage! You cannot beat that.

Fantastic experience: Reserved parking made it easily accessible to get to. The receptionist made the check in process as easy as possible and knew that I was coming in. All the paperwork was done on an iPad (no poorly xeroxed or illegible forms). The office is spacious and clean with TVs in front and even on the ceiling while you're being treated. The X-ray process was very easy with hand held devices. And I had a great deal hygienist Hong who took her time, didn't stab my gums, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Also got a free massage voucher for my first time! Great experience overall

Fantastic experience: I just randomly chose a dentist through my insurance and I am so happy it was this place! I didn't go in expecting much due to two very bad experiences last year after first moving to Houston from Dallas and looking for a new dentist. I was pleasantly surprised as they had great bedside manner, discussed everything they were doing (but not in a sales-y way), and offered unique extras like aroma therapy, a free 60 min massage once a year, and hand massage each visit. Happy to have finally found my dentist! I wasn't offered any gift card for my five star review as others have said, btw.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety about dental visits due to bad experiences with other dentists, and Dr. C and all of the staff at Memorial Park made me feel extremely safe and comfortable. They were professional and knowledgeable and made the entire experience both literally and metaphorically painless. I've been telling all my friends that they have to come here. The place is beautiful, the equipment state of the art.

Fantastic experience: I came here cause of google and I’m so glad I did. They worked with me on trying to maximize my insurance before it expired. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and they answered every question I had. I had Dr. C and Beverly working on me and they were soooo nice. I truly enjoyed my experience here and I’m certain I’ll be a repeat patient with them. Thank you for such a great time!

Negative experience: Imagine being told you’re going to be double charged for something that occurred 8 months ago, and then get a teeth cleaning. That’s the experience I just had. They offer their new patients Starbucks/coupons for 5* google reviews, which is why their number is so high. Memorial dental improperly scheduled a past appointment. Due to this, the insurance policy didn’t cover my cleaning causing me to pay an additional $100 for a teeth cleaning. They decided to inform me of this on my visit (8 months later) right before my cleaning instead of when the charge was incurred. They’re able to see the details of patients’ insurance policy while they book appointments, so this type of clerical mistake is unacceptable. I do want noted that everyone was nice, and I think my hygienist cleaned my teeth well. Unfortunately, they didn’t take ownership of their mistake and rectify the issue. I won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: Best experience at a dentist ever! They got me in as a new patient with less than 24 hours notice. There was hardly any wait. They were very focused on keeping me comfortable. They used essential oils. The hygienist was very thorough at cleaning every nook and cranny of my teeth and the doctor was reassuring about my dental health. They gave me a free massage and teeth whitening trays for being a new patient! I come back this weekend for the massage and to get fitted for the trays!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to a dentist in over two years. Making an appointment was effortless (tried two other places and couldn’t even get a call back). I was able to get an appointment within a day. The receptionist was courteous and thorough when taking my information. My experience once in the office is what I am most impressed with. The team gave me a tour of the facilities and made sure I was comfortable before they started my cleaning and evaluation. The dental hygienist did an impeccible job on my teeth and asked how I was doing frequently. The rooms are equipped with cozy chairs, tv screens and they offer comfort services like blanket throws. So happy to have found somewhere that really goes the extra mile for patients. I would recommend Memorial Park Dental to all. I have to go back for more work but I know I’m in great hands!

Fantastic experience: Memorial Park Dental staff is great front the front office to the dental chairs in the back, they were all great! They have exemplified nothing but professionalism every time I have called for an appointment and during my inside office visits. I was nervous because I recently had moved from Dallas to Houston and the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I didn't even think about the work being done . I had a very extensive detailed new patient review and my Dental Hygienist Lindsey was very professional, passionate, kind and technically outstanding! She answered all my questions and concerns. The layout of the office was absolutely beautiful with a very relaxing environment. However, the care I received exceeded the beautiful furniture, lights and the in house Massage Therapist. Fantastic experience: I have been very pleased with the professionalism of the staff, assistants, and dentists here. They also give clients a complimentary hour long massage each year! And even though they offer a lot of great perks, they are incredibly affordable. Other dentists in the area charged my husband and I over $200 out of pocket (after insurance) for annual x-rays and cleaning, but at Memorial Park Dental Spa, all of it was covered by insurance. Other procedures that I have to have done (fillings) and pay for out of pocket are incredibly affordable (less than half of other dental providers in the area). Nuria is a fabulous dental hygienist and Dr. C has been very professional and competent. Have been coming here for over a year now, and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great overall experience. Enjoyed a great (50% complimentary) massage including cupping with Alicia, thorough cleaning with Beverly and checkup with Dr. C. Quick, easy and professional. Also ordered me a free Starbuck coffee!

Negative experience: This place has seriously gone downhill. I've been coming to this dentist for almost 4 yrs and the high rate of turnover for staff shows how bad management is. Every front desk person only lasts a few months. All the good hygienists that used to work on me are not there anymore. Instead you get a flimsy-handed hygienist that does your cleaning for 5 mins. You call their office to ask for a breakdown of potential out of pocket charges and they would say 'we'll try to claim whatever we can from your insurance and then write off the rest if anything leftover' but then after they've done the service on you they ask for $185 for a 5 min cleaning. Very dodgy accounting. Especially when they've never told you about these charges until after. If they told me that before then I would have cancelled the appointment because there are other dental places that are better and cheaper. Never coming back to this place again. New patients, be warned: their niceness will only last the first few visits after you've given them a review.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is very friendly, attentive and sensitive to the fact that I have always been scared of the dentist. I had to have a lot of deep cleaning done and it was as painless as possible!! They gave me a blanket, headphone and I watched tv as they cleaned. Amazing!! Customer for life!! -Lance

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for about 7 years. I first went here because it was so close to our home. However, we have since moved and I have still been driving back the past couple of years since I like it so much. This office is constantly looking for ways to make the environment better for the customers. Beverly has been my main worker and she always is fun to talk to. We pretty much stay up to date on life each time. Will continue to go here happily.

Fantastic experience: Memorial Park Dental Spa is by far the best dental office that I’ve been to. Each dental station has awesome amenities from en suite televisions to aroma therapy. The dental staff is top notch, specifically Dr Abdou whom I’ve been going to for years. She does a great job and makes each visit wonderful and enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: My dentist retired, so I started looking for another Dentist. This group was close to my job so I started seeing them as my regular dentist. I am glad I found them, I have never been so comfortable in a dentist chair. The work is impeccable and they don't just want your money, although they are very reasonably priced.They honestly care about my dental health. It's very refreshing to find people who are proud of their work, and show it with the care they provide daily. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: The office is very clean and well-decorated. They recently installed new TVs so you can stay entertained during the cleaning. The staff are incredibly friendly, from the front desk reception to the check-out. Beverly was an amazingly thorough hygienist and Dr Abdou is excellent as always. I have been coming here for years and drive 20min out of the way to keep coming. Great practice!

Fantastic experience: I found Memorial Park Dental through my insurance. They were in network, nearby, and the word “spa” piqued my interest! Also, I was switching dentists because I’d chipped a filling, and my previous dentist couldn’t see me for 2 weeks, but Memorial Park Dental was able to get me in. When I arrived, the hygienist greeted me, showed me around the office and introduced me to staff. She was very nice and friendly! The room where i had my cleaning done had a big screen TV and even a TV on the ceiling! I always thought they should have TVs on the ceiling so you had something to look at while staring yo there. They really did give me a certificate for a 1-Hour massage!! I’m scheduled to have the massage tomorrow, very excited!! I had to go back to have a filling drilled out and replaced. I saw Dr. C, and he was very friendly, and kept me informed as he worked on me so I didn’t get nervous. These guys are really running a nice practice! I think it may be the nicest I’ve ever seen. Glad I found them! I’m encouraging my boyfriend to set up an appointment...think he may be persuaded by the free massage!!

Fantastic experience: Being a client for over 5 years, my experience at Memorial Dental Spa has always been very pleasant. The staff is extremely welcoming and everyone at the clinic goes that’s extra mile to make sure the clients have the most pleasant and enjoyable experience. Their friendly reminders about your upcoming appointments via text or phone call is something I find very helpful (one less thing I have to manage). Another major perk I enjoy at Memorial Dental Spa is their onsite massage services and not to mention their lifetime teeth whitening is major bonus for me.

Fantastic experience: From the phone call for requesting an appointment all the way through my departure after my new patient visit, everyone was incredibly pleasant. The exam and cleaning was gentle yet thorough. They provided great comfort and cleanliness. All costs and future dental plans were stated up front prior to any procedures taken place.

Positive experience: The location is absolutely beautiful with nice touches and amenities. The staff who welcomed me were personable and enjoyable to engage with. However, I will not be returning to this dental office after my first visit. While I liked Dr. Thomas who I found to be wonderful, smart, compassionate, experienced, and personable in the few moments I spoke with her, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so rough, I cried a little through the process. The hygienist seemed very sweet, and I liked her as a person, but I have never experienced this type of pain in past when having my teeth cleaned. When I returned home, I saw that my enamel on one tooth was scratched and there's a very small hair-line crack. The hygienist never explained what she was doing each step of the way, and rushed through my cleaning after I sat there for close to 2 hours. I don't want to return to the location to address the scratch in my enamel because I'm afraid of more damage being caused and a hefty bill to follow. I was charged $75.00 for a dental cleaning with having one of the top dental insurance PPO subscriptions (I am paying about $40/month for my dental insurance) in which $75.00 out of pocket is a steep fee I've never had to pay with other dentists -- in past, the out of pocket at my last dentist was around $45.00 for the second cleaning in which my first cleaning and x-rays were covered!! I felt a bit overcharged, and I wish I had never scheduled this appointment, and traveled the distance to see my last dentist who was exceptional. The last hygienist I saw at a different location was so careful, and explained everything in great detail as she proceeded with my cleaning. The bed side manner of my past hygienist was excellent, and the process was never rushed. Overall, the employees were courteous and welcoming, but I did sense some disorganization (employees scattered around and running around as a previous reviewer had stated) which can be improved with continued training. Again, I dislike leaving reviews where I can't recommend places (and this was a hard decision for me), but I do give 3 stars because I liked Dr. Thomas and the beautiful facility and amenities. Their office means well, but another recommendation I have is perhaps to focus less on the spa amenities and more on the integrity of the dental services offered. I don't need a free massage, I just want my teeth taken care of. I wish them the very best and future success.

Fantastic experience: This was the most incredible dental experience I think I’ve had since I was a child. The staff, very friendly, very professional and very helpful. Dr. Thomas is one in a million! Her genuine care and concern for helping to resolve my problem made me an instant fan. I trust the mouths of my entire family to Dr Thomas! Fantastic experience: I discovered Memorial Park Dental Spa when they came by my apartment complex and hosted a pasta night. I'm new to Houston and had yet to find a dentist. They are conveniently located close to where I live and my insurance was their preferred provider which were 2 pluses in my book. At my first appointment they gave me a tour and everyone was so nice. Since I hadn't gone to the dentist in a while they suggested that I get a deep cleaning done and set me up with a different appointment day. They accommodated my schedule and were very courteous. Today was deep cleaning/filling day and everything was great. The hygienist was so accommodating and kept making sure I wasn't feeling any pain throughout the cleaning. When I had a question she either knew the answer or would go find out. By far this has been my best dental experience ever. I felt as if they care about not only my oral heath but me as a person. I have recommended this dentist to 3 different people already. I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning!!
