Fantastic experience: I only recently started going to Dr Garmin for my dental care but three appointments in I will say that he is kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Katelyn is my hygienist and she is very gentle and caring. They both have handled this dental coward with great care.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate Dr. Cole Blodgett. A little while ago, I broke a molar and was convinced that I needed a cap on it. Dr. Cole stated to me that it would be better to preserve the remaining molar and he did so - amazingly. Preserving the natural state as much as possible is his philosophy. The repair was efficacious -I continue to consume lots of popcorn (though he cautioned me to avoid the partially popped kernels). I appreciate his personal and professional manner as well as his in-depth knowledge about health in general.

I am a referral from the VA to have work done prior to my travels and Dental Center of North Iowa is doing everything they can to accommodate that. That is very appreciated. The staff are wonderful and make you feel welcome and at ease. I definitely would recommend Dental Center of North Iowa for all your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: DR.Garmin was great. Stacey was AMAZING and Heather was also great. Had a last minute appt today and they were all so good with this coward! They ALL put me at ease. Dr. garmin so nice and explained EVERYTHING to me as he was doing it. I DEFINITELY recommend Dental Center of North Iowa... Especially to someone who is deathly afraid like me! They did everything possible to make me feel comfortable being there. You're in GREAT hands there!

Fantastic experience: From the staff at the front to the dentist to the rear, the entire staff was overly pleasant to be around. Definitely beats going to the dentist in the military. Everyone in there seems very knowledgeable about their work and didn’t BS around with dental care and getting me hooked up so I had a more healthy and whiter smiler. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: 20 out of 10!! I tend to shy away from anyone in the medical field unless I absolutely have to go. We'll that day came and I couldn't have felt more comfortable and educated with Dr. Cole! He spent honest time with me and made sure I understood everything that we did and talked about! Fantastic experience: Went in for a cleaning and X-rays. Hygienist was concerned about what she thought might be a cavity under a crown but turned out to be nothing. Appreciated that they checked it just to be sure. Also appreciate they run my visit through my insurance while I am there so if I owe money I can pay the difference unlike my previous dentist who I believe estimated what my insurance would cover and I paid the difference only to find out after getting my insurance claim statement that I overpaid but wasn’t issued a refund. They just took it off my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office is so welcoming. You are greeted with a smile at check in by Misti and Tammy and then when you are brought back to your chair each and every hygienist and dental assistant will address you with a warm smile. Brandi Donna Jordan and Mandy have all been very caring and genuine. Dr Garman is also prompt and professional. The team works well together which makes me feel at ease and in good hands.

Fantastic experience: They were so accommodating. Long story short had appointment with another place then they called and lied changed stuff. Called this wonderful dentist office they said Monday 3pm which was ok with me. Well receptionist went above and beyond and talked to dentist Thursday at 5pm they called said dentist will see me at 8am for broke tooth Friday morning. Went in they were very welcoming and friendly. Well in midst of my appointment power went out they kept checking on me and found out be couple hours before power comes back told me to come back around 11:15 well their other office called said they would call when power on. At 11:20 got call went back in and got my work done very friendly. I am glad to have a dentist again and my mouth feels better!! Highly recommend this office!!

On May 6, 2025, I had my first ever root canal due to infection in the root area of one of my upper teeth. Both Dr. Barnes and Mrs. Fox did an excellent job during the procedure, and I felt valued in every way. I highly recommend the Dental Center of North Iowa for all your dental needs.
