They were the friendliest, through, and honest dentist I have ever been to! They made me feel comfortable with the process as well. I'm so glad I decided to change to Finger Lakes. They also were in my insurance network and added a discount because of it. Could not be more happy.

Fantastic experience: Pleasantly surprised. They were so unbelievably nice and accommodating! I had been putting off taking care of a bunch of things and they broke it down in a way that worked with my schedule and budget without judgement! Now I can say after a few appointments scheduled throughout about a year and a half (my choice for budgeting purposes), I'm finally signed off with a clean bill of health! Seriously if you are at all nervous about the dentist, or just cant stand how judgmental they usually are. Give this place a call. They are changing the way people feel about going to the dentist, one patient at a time. For that, I'm overwhelmingly grateful.

Fantastic experience: I broke one of my front teeth in a bicycle accident when I was 8. It was repaired by an independent dentist in an office in his house. He told me that every few years, i might need to have the repair replaced or fixed. In the last 34 years, I have had that tooth worked on by at least 5 dentists across 4 counties in 2 states. I have everything from fillings to major repair work. This past Monday, I was flossing and saw a small piece of white material pop off my tooth. I could feel the small hole left from the missing material. I texted Fingerlakes Dental on my lunch break and they scheduled me an appt for today-- Thursday at 1 pm. I was in the dental chair for about 45 mins and the whole time the dentist ( I wish I knew name-- very friendly with dark hair) and the hygienist ( also very friendly) kept talking about how good the match was and how they could do this to make that look better. After 45 mins, they handed me a mirror and my tooth looks amazing. It is absolutely the best work i have ever had done on my front tooth. Not only did they fix the broken piece , but she corrected some less impressive work done by a different and very expensive dentist in Jan of 2023. And I could tell the two women doing the work were just as happy about how good it looks as I am. Fast, extremely high quality work and genuinely caring about the cosmetic issue. And they took my insurance. I almost want to keep this place a secret because I don't want everyone to start going there and make it harder to get an app. I put a pic below. Can you tell which one was broken off 34 years ago? Earlier today you definitely could with a close up photo. ***Edit-- that was back in July, now it is November and I had another problem with my other front tooth. I texted them Sunday afternoon and Tuesday at 4 pm my tooth is fixed and beautiful. I go to the West Henrietta location and my experience has been that these folks truly care as much about your teeth as you do. See the second photo below

After doing an examination of my 2 damaged teeth, Dr. Sidra told me that they could be repaired and if I had the time, she would do the restorations today. Fantastic experience: Haven't been to the dentist in a long time. Went in and had imaging and X-rays which showed several cavities. Went in today to do half of them, and the Doctor (Dr. Ben) and his assistant were amazing. Truly helped me feel at ease. I have a terrible gag reflex and they helped me manage that and get all of my fillings done on one side. My worry of the dentist is slowing going away the more I go to this office.

Fantastic experience: My wife referred me to Finger Lakes Dental Care when I was having a severe toothache. Finger Lakes Dental was able to get me in immediately when I called to see if they could help me out. After my initial diagnosis I ended up having to have the tooth extracted. I was able to have a same day appointment to have the tooth extracted at one of their other offices that had the capacity to do so. I advised the office of my anxiety of the pain that I may endure and they went over and above to mitigate my anxiety and pain. I have had some not so pleasant experiences with dental care in the past and am happy to have found a practice that changed my outlook on dental work. Thank you to everyone at Finger Lakes Dental Care for taking care of me and making me comfortable while working with me.

Fantastic experience: I've always had a fear of going to the dentist, so I would wait until I really needed to, and then having to search for a new one everytime due to a bad experience and not wanting to go back. Fingerlakes was recommended by a couple friends, I read the reviews, I think 20 times☺️.. the day of my appointment i was very anxious, but they made me feel calm, and confident in them. The staff, Dr, hygienist and assistant we're so caring, and gentle. I have to return for work to be done, they will sedate me and do the work all at once. I'm not as afraid to go back. They offer different payment options. I was smiling when I left.

Fantastic experience: I had an infection from a tooth extraction done at another dentist. They got me in right away. Even though it was a holiday weekend. They cleaned out the socket and used my own blood cells to form a clot over the site. They stitched it up well. Very pleasant doctor and staff. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Finger lakes Dental is an outstanding facility and they make dental visits fun. Every staff I encounter from hygienists, dentist, to office staff all make each visit very comfortable, quick,and enjoyable. The facilities are beautiful, clean, with warm aesthetics. They have the latest in state of the art equipment which you noticed as you go through your appointment. Every piece of equipment made the process very efficient. No matter what procedure the hygienist was performing, they were gentle, caring, professional, and they make you aware of each procedure and explain the steps..The dentists are kind, caring, humorous, gentle, quick, and thorough. I love that FLD has televisions mounted in front of and on the ceiling above the patient in each work area. These TV's are a wonderful distraction from the dental work being done. It really helps to keep you relaxed. What a great way to keep the patient calm and distracted. The Finger Lakes Dental Teams recently went to a training and learned to created really interesting, fun animated educational dental videos. They play the videos while you are in your appointment. The videos are outstanding! You learn so much about good dental care and get a good laugh at the same time.. You definitely should check out Finger Lakes Dental. You will definitely look forward to going back to FLD because they make everything so enjoyable, easy, and they never pressure you about no ending more dental work. They give you options for future preventative work and it is totally up to you if you want it done. They will print out an estimate of the future work and give it to you to consider. You are in charge. You call them to set up the appointment if you decide you want it. That is so different from other dentists I've been to who often pressure you to get dental work done.

Fantastic experience: Currently working as a travel RN and ended up with a very unhappy back molar that was recently filled by someone else back in my hometown. They were so quick to get me in, the hygienist and the dentist were AMAZING. I have severe dental anxiety, and I often need more time to numb and require more, which in the past has upset dentists and I have been made to feel bad about it. I’ve also been rushed and forced to sit through procedures in a lot of pain. This experience with these wonderful people was NOTHING like that. They were patient with me, understood my concerns, explained everything to me, and were so kind to me. They did great work and were very empathetic. They ended up taking care of two cavities and redoing the old filling. Thank you so much, this office and it’s amazing staff have changed my opinion on dental work and I am so sad I won’t be able to have them as my regular dentist office when I go back home.

From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly accommodating. They truly went above and beyond to make the appointment work for me, which I really appreciated. A particular highlight of my visit was my cleaning with the hygienist. While they mentioned being newer, they were absolutely wonderful! They did a thorough job while also being incredibly gentle and reassuring throughout the entire process. I felt completely comfortable and at ease, which isn't always the case with most dentist offices. What impressed me most was the personalized advice I received. The dentist and hygienist both took the time to offer specific tips tailored to my individual needs and oral health. We are disappointed that the TVs are no longer an option. It was really nice to have them to help calm nerves and help with anxiety. Fantastic experience: My 3.5 year old had her first dentist appointment today and she had a blast. Christine went through all the tools and explained what it was and how it worked and what it did. My kiddo was more interested in the tv on the ceiling, BUT, it did give me a lot of ideas on how to handle her teeth cleanings at home and how to introduce her to new things. It was a fantastic experience for both my daughter and myself. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

Positive experience: The staff and dentists are extremely kind. Put my anxiety at ease. I have one issue but don't want that to detract from the staff. They accept insurance but you have to pay the bill in full and then they will bill your insurance. I've never had that before but I would of been ok with it if they would of told me before hand. I could of found another dentist. I wasn't informed until I got an estimate and presented the bill for today's brief exam and xrays. They need to be upfront and transparent about their billing practices. Loved the staff but I won't be going back. I have insurance so I don't have to pay thousands upfront.

Fantastic experience: I have pretty high anxiety about the dentist after many many bad experiences. The team at Finger Lakes Dental didn't cure my anxiety, but they've made it bearable for me. They actively work to make me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Bart is vocal about what he's going to do and when, he's realistic about what needs to get done, and he let's me decide how we do it. Tessa is so kind and warm. She will tell me a story to distract me and put something on TV that I like. Even the ladies at the front desk give a warm welcome from the moment you walk in to the moment you step out. I hate going to the dentist, but with this team I don't have to be afraid of it.
