Negative experience: I called and they was able to get me in right away. I got the treatment I needed. A few cavities and I got a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning hurt so bad I kept jumping and the lady dentist did not care. The drill was too much for my sensitive teeth. My mouth still hurt all night and I woke up at now 3am and still pained. There’s no way she was that careless her assistant told her to turn the drill down.

Negative experience: Does dentist office is really off its rockers my mother-in-law went here and had all of her teeth removed after having all of her teeth taken out they were crazy enough to give her a carryout package of toothpaste floss toothbrush and other things for someone with teeth talk about adding insult to injury now she has been without any teeth for over 4 months and they still have not given her her teeth. This is not the only elderly person that they have taken advantage of that I am aware of. My mom also was taken advantage of charging for a crown and bridge that was never done . They tried to get you to get braces for your kids when they don't need them. Plus they make you wait forever in the waiting room. With a TV that has no picture and sound then you go in the back and you get sound but no picture.

Positive experience: Our experience at Dr.Gills Family Dentistry has been mostly good. The staff is all very friendly and the dental service itself is good (we’ve not had many problems with our dental work done). The only reason why I give it four stars instead of five is because there have been times where due to lack of effective communication, we’ve had to reschedule our appointments or we’re left a little confused about what to expect next in treatment plan. I would say to ask as many questions as you have and be sure to follow up with them often and you should be good ! :)

Positive experience: The wait is ridiculous my first visit was like 3 hours wait and when they took me back it was like another 2 hours just having me sit, it took me my whole day off just being there. The ortho is there only once a month so they schedule everyone on the same day. Super crowded and uncomfortable. The staff is nice tho just keep in mind the wait.

Negative experience: THEY DON’T HAVE CUSTOMERS ONLY VICTIMS!!! They tried to tell me my insurance only covers one of my crowns and that I need 4 crowns. They didn’t do a cleaning they only did X-rays and because I couldn’t buy the three crowns they stopped everything and just said that they can’t do anything else for me. They are very money hungry. I called my insurance and they said that everything I’m supposed to get is supposed to be covered, so they referred me else where and even they said it sounds like they just want some quick cash! Oh and I forgot to mention they try to get you to give them a five star review. They said they had one last thing they needed to do for me and when they asked if I can leave a five star review and I said no they said they didn’t have anything else to give me!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the bedside manner of this office. I called while my husband was there to find out an answer to my question and their response was uncalled for. To state that I was mad by simply asking a question and making my husband who was already numb to get up and leave is unprofessional. I am under the supervision of a holistic dentist and simply wanted an answer to a question. I was never rude to anyone. I’m glad this happened as I wouldn’t want to my husband to spend his hard earned money here.

I want to give a shout out to Mandy for always being so nice and for always working with me by giving me affordable prices. I don’t regret making the decision coming here . Negative experience: My previous review got deleted. Basically was stating that we waited over 3 hours for a simple X-rays & cleaning for my 3 kids. & the lady who was cleaning my sons teeth was rude. She stated that his teeth had plaque on some areas because of poor family habits at home. Just rude! Once they seen that I posted a 1 star review we got kicked out in the middle of my daughter’s cleaning because a male employee approached me and said I shouldn’t be there if I’m not happy with their service. So I grabbed my kids and we left. Obviously I wouldn’t have scheduled an appt there if I knew their service was so horrible. 0/10 do not recommend this place. Other patients walked out and complained about service as well while I sat in the lobby waiting for my kids. Never experienced such horrible service at a dentist before.

Negative experience: Been a patient for years.(16/17years of age to 23yr old) They've always been unprofessional, rude and money lurking. The most recent incident ive had was a couple months back i came in for a cleaning and I waited 1h 30mins for someone to come. This lady came in to look at my crown and tell me to replace it when I decline the offer she told me to leave. I was confused and felt disrespected. I live in riverside so I wasted my time miles and gas just to not even get my cleaning done. They didn't even explain why they didn't want to do my cleaning she just told me to leave. Before this the Dentist was also unprofessional and yelled at his training dental assistant instead of taking the time to explain what she did wrong away from the patient. He yell at her right in front of me and was basically calling her stupid. There's more ive experience from this place even my family members didn't like this place for the same reasons. ONLY 2 of the dental assistants are nice, haven't seen them in a while though.
