Needless to say that I have had good experience all around and hence revising my review to 4 star. Old review text: Poor customer service by office staff. It has been deteriorating lately and hit a new low. Its been 3 months and they are yet to contact me for a clarification I asked for. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Guller is absolutely amazing! I had a gingivectomy on two teeth (before and after pictures attached) and I’m beyond in love with the results. My smile looks so much better — clean, balanced, and natural. It’s boosted my confidence so much. The whole experience was smooth, easy, painless, and professional, and I felt comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Today I had a cleaning with Andrea and she was awesome, if that can be said of a dental cleaning! This office is so professional; while at the same time friendly. I would recommend it to anyone and especially Andrea. She was gentle, caring, and efficient.

Negative experience: I wanted to switch Dentists only because pascack dental arts was so close, pretty much walking distance and my other Dentist is a little bit of a drive away, but I did very much like my other dentist. I went for a free consultation and had a horrible experience and will never go back. The Dentist walked into the room and first thing she said to me was open your mouth let me check around. And she said “oh your front teeth are bonded “and I said “no they’re not.” She said “yes they are.” I said “no they’re not. I never went for bonding, they’re not. I’m telling you they’re not.” Then she said you have a cavity in between your front tooth and second tooth and I said “that that’s really weird”. She said “we’ll take x-rays “ and they did and she said “you’ll have to make an appointment to fill that cavity” and then I asked her if I could also have teeth whitening and she said “you are not a candidate” which I also thought was strange because I have had my teeth whitened elsewhere. So I went to the front desk they asked me how everything was and I said horrible and they said what do you mean? I said it was a terrible experience and I do not wanna come back and I left and went back to my old dentist who took a full set of x-rays and said I had no cavities and I asked if I was a candidate for teeth whitening and they said yes absolutely make an appointment at the desk which I did and I had teeth whitening and it came out really great. I also go to a periodontist and I had an appointment today and I told him my experience at pascack dental arts and they said I don’t understand why they would think that you had bonding on your teeth. You absolutely don’t and I don’t understand why they would say you had a cavity you have absolutely no cavities. Your teeth are very good. I think that they have an inexperienced dentist there and I wanted everyone to beware.

Fantastic experience: I want to highlight one specific hygienist, Hilda who truly stands out. Her professionalism, gentle approach and attention to detail always makes me feel comfortable. Because of the level of care she provides, I personally prefer to be seen only by her—even if it means waiting a bit longer for an available appointment. That level of honesty and trust in a provider is rare. Hilda took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and gums and explained why a deep cleaning wasn’t necessary in my case afterall. I really appreciated her honesty and integrity—it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients Highly recommend this office, and especially her, for anyone looking for top-tier dental care.

Dental hygienist Andrea is wonderful and has worked with me to make my visits as easy and low stress as possible. Negative experience: I recently decided to switch dentists after going to Pascack Dental Arts for several years. Perhaps they should lay off the 'hard sell'. Everyone I know that goes there needs deep cleaning/scalings at a tune of $1,300. Everyone needs deep cleanings? Or bite guards? You can get a bite guard at Dick's Sporting Goods for practically nothing while they try to get you to buy them here - even if you're not grinding your teeth. The relentless hard sell by the hygienist was a complete and utter turn off for me. Too bad - I'm sure you are turning others off as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for over 30 years. This is the best dental practice around. Very professional and talented practice. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Pascack Dental Arts.

Negative experience: I have been trying to work with the office on a missed diagnosed dental issue that I had. I feel like I keep getting no answers from the office, though they keep promising They will get back to me with a resolution. Due to my misdiagnoses, I incurred large expenses at another dental facility correcting it. The reason you don’t see me as a patient is because I do not go there anymore. Nor will I ever come back.

She gets right to the root of the issue (pun intended) and works quickly to resolve your problem(s) without any judgment. She just wants to make you feel better and she can quite literally do it all — cosmetic dentistry, fillings, extractions, root canals, whatever. Young prodigy! Love her.

Fantastic experience: Was my first time in the office. My wife and kids already are patients. I have to say that this office is outstanding! Starting with the office staff who were so pleasant to deal with! I have had horror stories with office staff from other doctor's offices. I didn't get the dental assistants name but she was great! Dr DiMichele, I can't say anything bad about her. I think the best part of it, is that she is not overbearing on the treatments that she recommends. She is very conservative in her recommendations and told me what I "really needed" and then what I could put off for some time, or things that I could do but are not necessary. I wish that I had found this office a long time ago. I have to thank my old dentist for only having business hours like 3 days a week.

Fantastic experience: Had an unexpected good experience today. I had been stressing since last month when I made my appointment for a deep cleaning. My appointment was with Andrea, one of the hygienists in the practice, and let her know how concerned I was about feeling any pain. She made me feel very relaxing expressing that I would be fine. After she ever so gently made me numb she continued to check in to make sure I was not feeling any pain. I will see her again next week for the other side of my mouth and I will definitely be more relaxed knowing how well things went today. She is a sweetheart!

Fantastic experience: We have always had our dental services with Pascack and we love it. Even though we have moved 1.5 hours away and changed our primary care and eye doctors, we chose to stay with Pascack. The people are approachable and friendly, especially Sue and Jillian. They make you feel like a close friend. They always greet you with a smile and just make you comfortable. When I first came here to this country in 2014, I did not know a lot of people. When I first visited Pascack, Sue was the first to greet me. It was nice to know that she also has a Filipina family member. Kelly, our hygienist, is awesome. She made my dental cleaning great. I used to always want to have gas for my cleaning because I have low pain tolerance, but today, I did not have it and Kelly was just wonderful. She kept me at ease and less nervous. All the people we have interacted here are great and that is why we keep coming here and will always do.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a yearly exam and met with Dr. DiMichele. She was great. She had enough time in her schedule to do a full cleaning and then review. She was wonderful and I felt very good to be in her hands. I don't think my teeth have ever been as white! Thanks Dr. DiMichele!

Fantastic experience: Okay, as a nurse, I’ll admit I’m not a great patient. But that all changed tonight when I was at Pascack Dental Arts! Andrea, my hygienist, was warm and friendly with a great sense of humor which insantly put me at ease. She gave me instructions on how I could improve my oral hygiene, which I appreciated, so I can hopefully avoid future dental disasters. I also really liked that Andrea washed and sanitized her hands frequently through my visit, which made me feel safe and reduced my anxiety. Dr Choi did my examination and I’m thrilled that she did! The exam did not solely focus on my dentition, but she also checked my gums, oral cavity, glands, tongue, bite, and x-rays. It was an extremely thorough exam! I also appreciated that Dr Choi explained in detail some problem areas and how I can better manage them. I never felt like I was being pressured into undergoing additional services. She just explained to me the possibilities with and without treatment. I also liked Dr Choi’s dynamic personality - she bounced into the room with her headlamp on, ready to get to work! After a professional yet friendly introduction, she was all business and I was thankful to have her as my caregiver. I feel I had the best of care

Fantastic experience: Just got home from my appointment today. It was an emergency appointment and they squeezed me in where they could. They were very accommodating and Dr. DiMichelle was very passionate about her work and I appreciate that! Fantastic experience: I came to Pascack Dental Arts at the referral of Tina Murphy and I am so glad I did. Dr. Laurie DiMichele is absolutely amazing. As someone who is struggling with Srojens Syndrome and not being able to afford or take care of my teeth for a long time due to being the caretaker for my elderly father, she put my mind at ease and is working with me to do the best she can do with my limited budget to fix my teeth because I have a problem on all four quadrants of my mouth. My hope Is that she and your phenomenal practice (everyone is so kind and compassionate) can give me back my ability to chew properly and more importantly give a big smile because I haven't been able to do that in a very long time. This is a bit of a ride for me from Bloomfield but it's worth it more than you know.

Fantastic experience: Andrea my dental hygienist is such an amazing woman and is very gentle when she cleans.. she know I have sensitive gums and teeth and she takes her time with me. I have been coming to this practice since I was 10, and they discovered I needed braces so I was referred to a specialist. Then I retuned to the practice in my late 20’s when I started taking better care of my teeth. I have seen many doctors and they have all been nice and thorough. This is the best dental facility with the most kind staff and doctors.
