Fantastic experience: The biggest fear I have been holding onto was getting my teeth done. I have been covering my smile up or just not smiling at all the last couple of years because of my teeth. Embarrassed. Till I went to Secure Dentures & Implants. They made me feel so comfortable and the procedure could not have gone any smoother. The dentist made sure I was comfortable. He was awesome. Every single staff member was amazing. My new smile is beautiful and i could not be happier. I could go on and on.

Positive experience: I don't know if I am the only one. Or if I am the first one. But I do know I am upset, as of right now due to the fact I was suppose to get my bottom partial with my main top denture. Well I didn't because they lost it. They redid all of the impressions twice. Came back today to try them in and it was the wrong one. They called the lab and they said they would look for them. I'm still very satisfied with my tops and they are amazing at what they do. I'm just very upset about now having to make a 3rd trip and I still won't get my bottom partials right away.

Negative experience: Was told my insurance is for children under 18, even though there’s no children on my policy. And im over 50. Ive used this insurance for years for medical and dental. Used it last week at my regular dentist. Never heard such a thing. Theres NO problem with the insurance. Inability to process documents properly and incompetent personal can cost you thousands if your not careful. Found a way better place across town, had no problem with the insurance, and dont TRY to overcharge you. Do your homework.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front desk to the technicians to the dentist made me feel safe and secure. They were able to fit me in immediately when I broke a tooth and installed my implant the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental Implants.

They did not rush anything and they worked with you until they got it right they were just really awesome. I’ve had trouble at another place before they done two different sets and I could never wear them. I would definitely recommend them

Fantastic experience: I called the office at the last minuteDr. Barnes and team are always there If I have “any” issues with my teeth, the doctor came in immediately although he was supposed to have half the day off to make sure that the tooth I chipped was fixed meticulous caregiving every single time.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and hospitable. They are detailed in their quotes. They have helped me put a plan in place for procedures and future costs. First thing, I have to have a rather tedious extraction with a tooth that is in a fixed bridge. Not easy. I have confidence that Dr Roberts will do a great job. Tuesday, November 25, 2025 Dr Coleman and his assistant (so sorry, I forgot her name) did a great job on what was somewhat of a challenge. A tooth was extracted after cutting away a fixed bridge. No pain! I highly recommend these people. First class all the way. Fantastic job. So grateful.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to get implants even though I knew I needed them. The front desk is very friendly and informative, as is the whole staff. I had my extraction two weeks ago, which was a little more painful than I thought it would be. However, two weeks later, I am feeling great, and my upper and lower teeth fit well. The lower teeth will continue to improve as the swelling reduces. I would recommend Secure Dentures and Implants to anyone in need.

Have had dentures for a few years now and the transparency and flexibility of this office is absolutely worth mention. Was able to get very high quality dentures rated to last approximately 10 years within a couple days after taking the impressions from my old pair. Everyone in this office is great and they will glady work with you to get the best option possible. They also have an excellent payment plan system.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Colman and staff are amazing!! Dr Coleman is so precise and makes sure you are taken care of in a pain free appointment. Fantastic experience: I went in because I was not happy with my dentures. After a very detailed medical history. I was taken to exray. They did two sets. The dentist and staff very accommodating. Had a long talk and he explains what he could do for me. We decided permanent denture would be the best for me. Then a young MSN from the accounting department gave me several options. Sadly my Health Insurance would not pay right now fir new dentures and they don't cover implants. Out if pocket was way to much for me. Since I only have SS. I highly recommend Secure Dentures.

Positive experience: Don't pay the extra money for the nitrous. They won't turn it up high enough. At least not for me. If you want sedation at all go with the halcion option. Otherwise they are great and fast

Fantastic experience: I was there on April 24 for my extractions. It was the best experience it could be considering. It was a calm setting and the medication worked and there was and is no trauma from the experience. They make sure u r ok with all of the appointments. They went out of their way to make sure my dentures fit and Im happy with them. It takes awhile to get used to them, but they fit so well I haven’t used any Poli Grip or stuff like that. Even when I eat. And the teeth are so designed that I thought I would bite my cheek or tongue, but hasn’t happened. Thank you to the entire staff for their care and making sure the mission is complete. I would recommend this company over any other denture or implant business. Due to Sjögren’s disease, I needed a couple of teeth pulled which were in awful pain and super decayed but, also needed to discuss future options for the rest of my teeth, ones that were bad and not bad. They were patient in letting me explain my concerns and ask questions. . I got all my needs met from front desk employees to the Dentist, answering questions, to teeth extraction, on. They all answered questions, worked with actual professionalism, kindness, compassion, patience and respect that tends to be lacking in a lot of healthcare settings these days. Not Secure! Top notch Amazing customer care. I would recommend them over and over and over again to anyone! THE PROCEDURE WENT GREAT! They all continued to check on me thru the process and made me aware of each step of what they were doing while making understand everything clearly! Fantastic experience: Part of what I learned on the spiritual awakening & journey I have been on, which resulted in not only the deterioration of my teeth but also the opportunity to receive the insurance to have them fixed, is that one should always give credit where credit is due. I couldn't love this place, the way it works, and the people working it any more than if I had birthed the concept and done all the hiring. Jessica and the new girl will make you feel right at home in the waiting area. Once your in The back Maria, Britt and the other girl who I can't seam to remember her name (Sorry) well treat you like part of the family. Dr Coleman treats you like and old freind and Jeremy got me an awesome deal on financing. They have me as a customer for life. UPDATE! I have had numerous compliments about my implants. From dentist to family and friends. I went in and had the O-rings replaced and it was quick and very affordable.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience with Dr Robert’s and Thais, they were absolutely wonderful and understanding throughout my whole treatment plan. I traveled from Arkansas multiple times over the course of about a year to see Dr. Robert’s and it was 100% worth it!

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience here! Called only 2 hours before closing to see if they could do an emergency extraction and they squeezed me in right away! Everyone there is very caring and nice. Im alot to deal with and no one made me feel like a burden. They're also the most affordable I've been able to find. I'm excited to come back for my partials!

Negative experience: Don’t go to this place. They don’t care about their customers. My very first appointment there was a very upset couple in there, i should have took that as my sign to walk out! I felt lien i was nothing but a burden to these people every time i went. So i didn’t go often. They made me very messed up dentures 2 times; not once; but twice, and refus d to make them right for me. I was forced to take my dentures back to go elsewhere and now i’m without teeth until insurance does their thing. I am in contact with lawyers for pain and suffering. I have never been a person to want to sue anyone until now. They are also NOT on BBB!! They have also changed their name!! BEWARE folks. first photo is the first bullcrap set i got; 2nd is the 2nd set they did and you can see how they look like they sit to one side of my mouth!! Im sure they will reply to this with some bullcrap of how they tried to help me. No. everytime i called, all i got was “we can’t help you anymore”. They make it out like im the problem. They seem to be good at that.

I have not been to see a dentist in years and I was very anxious and afraid of going but the staff at secure dentures were very courteous warm and welcoming and made me feel safe and comfortable there from the receptionist to the dentist they were awesome and the dentist was the most gentle and informative I've been to since childhood. I've got a long way to go until the entire process is done but I feel like I'm in very capable hands and I highly recommend them to anyone who has been afraid of getting the dental work needed to go check them out and sit down and talk to the dentist about your dental needs. The consultation is free with no obligations so what do you have to lose? Trust me when I say, this is coming from a person who is very skeptical about doctors and medical procedures. I went in for a re-line and came out with no pain, great fit, and much less expense than I would have expected. The staff is wonderful, so polite and very professional. I looked at several options initially for implants and settled on these people. I am so glad I did. I highly recommend them.
