The facility is modern, clean, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. They offer everything from routine checkups to emergency care, and I appreciate that they accept Medicaid, CHIP, and PPO insurance, making quality dental care accessible. My family actually looks forward to appointments here — the kids love the atmosphere, and I love the peace of mind knowing we’re in great hands. Negative experience: This place promises its economically poor cliente a chance to win a iPad for a 5 star review. They made me sign papers saying that if the surgery went wrong they couldn’t be liable. I went to get my wisdom teeth pulled out here and even though I am an adult over 18 I wasn’t given any type of anesthesia but laughing Gas and some weak novocaine. The main doctor didn’t apply enough of the pain killer medication to my lower left teeth and when he was drilling into my teeth nerves I felt it all. I wouldn’t wish that pain on no one. What I felt would’ve left someone traumatized. My after care was the worse. Normal wisdom teeth removal aftercare consists of getting prescribed pain killers. I was only given Tylenol.

It really helps make the kids feel comfortable..I have been bringing my son here since he got teeth. I highly recommend them . Staff is friendly, kind and patient.. they're very good with kids. My son didn't even cry for me like he usually does when im out his sight.. I rate them a 10 out of 10. Bring your kids here!!!

Positive experience: Super nice doc and assistants. Everything about the place is great.....except for one thing. Its very dirty and grimey. I do not believe the games and couches have been wiped down on months, the floors were gross with a think layer of dirt and sticky. When we got there, there were like 6 or 7 workers just standing around. Maybe 1 or 2 of them should be cleaning the lobby before they open. Yes even the back areas had dirt and grime everywhere. Not sure how a dentist with so many good people could be so filthy.

Fantastic experience: Today 07/09/2015 I have scheduled a new appointment to this location regarding honestly because I would make appointment at other locations and the waiting was extremely longer time max 1:30min waiting to be called But not here at dental defenders was at 12 pm and less then 15 min I was being call to have a seat for check up for the 3 of us . Overall I can say things have been good the staff are very helpful also know how to explain everything going on the check up. Time spent in the clinic was 40 min overall. 8 was requested by a nurse called Sandy .not bad for a first time experience.

She’s 6 months and they were so sweet to her and gave her a balloon and a goodie bag! And they always take care of me and make sure they educate me on oral hygiene and just be overall so kind. My boys love the avengers and getting to see these huge statues of avengers was awesome for them! I would recommend this dental office not just off the decor or hospitality but also the dental care that was provided. The denstist was great with my kids!love love love this place! I got a free teeth while with my visit today as well!
