Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at Old Bridge Dental. From the moment I walked in, Shannon at the front desk greeted me so warmly and made me feel completely welcome. Jenny was incredibly kind and went out of her way the entire time to make sure I was comfortable and cared for. Dr. Donelan himself was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. Beyond his expertise, he has a genuinely caring and gentle manner that makes a dental visit feel much less stressful. The entire team works seamlessly together, and it truly shows in the level of care they provide. Highly recommend Old Bridge Dental!

Fantastic experience: I had a very painless experience with O. B.Dental. i was greeted with my name on the black board. I was offered coffee. I waited MAYBE 15MIN. I WAS GREETED BY CAITLIN MY HYGIENIST SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT and she was very knowledgeable and was very gentle and did a great job cleaning my teeth and explained my X-rays pass work done. I was introduced to dentist Dr. Malick who also asked about any problems that I may be having and also review my xrays, past work done. I would recommend this office and my wife and myself will be returning for our 6mt. cleaning and check up.

Fantastic experience: I visited Old Bridge Dental earlier this year while visiting back home after my previous dentist (where I now currently live) is no longer available. After explaining my situation and looking for a quick check-up and one-off cleaning at very last minute on my trip, the staff were super accommodating, working to book me on my last day in town. Upon arrival, the staff warmly greeted me and Caitlin, my dental hygienist, was a star at putting me to ease through the diagnostic imaging to get an up to date picture of my mouth and teeth (which used way more advanced technology than my former dentist had) before introducing me to Ryan, the dentist, who walked me through the 3D images to identify two cavities and create a treatment plan that I could take back home with me to follow-up with a local dentist in due course. Like many, I am not a fan of dental appointments but I felt at complete ease in the care of Caitlin and Ryan, who both walked me through everything they were going to do. I would totally recommend Old Bridge Dental to anyone looking for a new regular dental clinic or a one-off appointment like me. And, I would personally return when I'm back home for follow-ups and cleanings after the great experience I had.

From when my husband called in to make an urgent schedule for me to the dental assistant giving us a tour, I don’t think I’ve even had a dental office tour before. Fantastic experience: Old Bridge dental is absolutely the best there is in New Jersey. Whenever I go, the receptionists always greets me with a smile, always making me feel welcomed. My hygienist is the most amazing person, she is absolutely proficient at her job. I am 69 and been to more than a few so I know. Dr. Griggs is kind, polite and knows how to make you feel that you’re in good hands and his work Is undeniably the best. The main thing is even if you’re feeling grumpy when you first go in or cranky all of the staff in his office handle it with kindness and understanding. When you leave there you always feel they care.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first visit to Old Bridge Dental, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease. The positive atmosphere really stood out and made the experience comfortable and pleasant.

Negative experience: I have been going to Dr. Grigg’s Practice for over a decade. I have always been very impressed with the dentists, staff and the service. As of late, not so much. I have an issue over $48 Of a payment that I believe I don’t need to pay. Going forward I am supposed to have a laser gum treatment for about $1300. I have also paid for Dr. Griggs private Insurance, which I believe was about $750. As of this writing, I will probably be picking up my x-rays and leaving this practice. After all this time I am sad to say That I have lost confidence in this practice for various reasons!

When I told them I am immune compromised all of the staff wore masks and made sure I knew I was protected. Dr. Gattuso spend an appropriate amount of time investigating my problem and proposing a possible solution. He also let me know what to do if my pain was not resolved. I really appreciate his and everyone's efforts.

Fantastic experience: Kaitlyn the hygienist is very friendly, gentle and just amazing!! I will leave if she ever leaves... The staff are kind and friendly and welcoming. They have great deals to get your teeth healthy with yearly plans. My son(21years) loves them too!! Dr Donelan the dentist is very knowledgable and thorough. I absolutely love him and his assistant Jenny. I cannot talk for any other dentists in there only the ones I know. I would never go to Dr Griggs. He is moody and arrogant and I just don't like his bed side manner. He seems like he doesnt want to be there which is weird because I believe he owns the place. Another thing I do want to mention I love that they have the latest tools 3D xrays and some knew amazing tools Dr Donelan used this last time that I was amazed I could see my new cap before it was even made.

We have lived outside of Old Bridge for 20 years and we still go to Old Bridge Dental. The staff is second to none. I trust every dentist there. And most important is my dental hygienist Caitlin. She is the sweetest, most patient, kind hearted employee I’ve ever come across. Always with a smile, phenomenal personality, gentile and sweet. I don’t feel like I’m at the dentist. I feel like I’m visiting old friends. Caitlin is the #1 reason that I visit the dentist four times a year. I tell her all the time that she is never allowed to leave this practice. I had a dental emergency, losing my cap and having it now replaced permanently in one visit. They actually went out of their way to get me in as soon as possible. The front desk and Janet, who helped with my insurance, were so helpful. Dr Gattuso’s assistants were amazing. Thank you Dr. Gattuso and staff. Fantastic experience: Dr. Gattuso is fantastic. I recently started using Old Bridge Dental and needed various work. Dr. Gattuso is extremely knowledgeable, and his dental work is painless and most importantly quick. The root canal was done before I even realized. Highly recommend.
