Fantastic experience: Dr. Barrin is engaging and very professional in her work. She diagnosed a scary dental condition when I first visited her, conferred with my doctor, and monitored me until it resolved. Ms. Wainwright, the hygienist, is thorough and gentle when she makes my teeth sparkle, all the while wearing protective gear and a mask. They are a great team!

For my initial consultation they took their time to make me the center of attention and genuinely get to know me so they may best meet my needs. Fantastic experience: I arrived to a comfortable waiting room a few minutes before my appointment and was greeted by a staff member. The dental professional called my name at the scheduled time and escorted me to the area where the health check examination, teeth cleaning, and application of flouride would be done. I've been going to 12 Oaks Dental for many years and all of the staff are very professional and talk to me like I was family. The examination was conducted with great sensitivity to my comfort and understanding of what they were doing. I asked a few questions (they are effective users of the latest technology for tooth and mouth care) and got very complete answers. It has always been a good experience, even for more difficult procedures, as they ensure the least possible discomfort. It's a great place to care for my smile and my oral health!

Dr Elyse Barron was very patient with all my questions, had great advice for taking care of my teeth, and she and the staff were super kind and gentle with my kids. Also, I’m especially impressed with how expertly they did my two cavity fillings recently. I was in and out under 45 minutes, and they gave me headphones to listen to music, a blanket, and even rubbed my shoulder while I was getting anesthesia. I feel very secure in knowing that 12 Oaks is taking care of my dental health!

I have had nothing but great experiences at this dental office with teeth cleaning, cavity fillings, and even capping of a semi-cracked tooth! It is so awesome to find a dentist "family" that you trust with all your dental needs. Also, during this pandemic, they go out of their way to follow the recommendations set forth by the authorities and have even went beyond keeping you safe with extra equipment such as air purifiers, ultra sonic teeth cleaning and scheduling dead air space between patients. I am truly impressed with all they do. I love going to the dentist now.

My dental hygienist was April, she greeted me in the waiting room with a very welcoming smile and lots of enthusiasm. She was very professional and personable, making my visit so enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Dentistry can be scary as a whole, I would know having more than $27,000 of dental work done by a multitude of dentists over the years. In all of my visits I have never been educated so much on the extent of what is going on what can be done and truly felt like it wasn't about money/Business but finding the solution for overall health until I came here. I will be coming back to 12 Oaks for now on just based on the amount of education alone they gave me out of obviously caring for their patients. It was nerve wrecking just as anyone else would feel getting down to the nitty gritty of their health both oral and other areas that effect and are affected by oral health, but 100% worth it. No other Dentistry has been this detailed on what's going on, what can happen, how to treat it and things other dentists may not have caught (or wanted to tell you in detail to keep you coming back). 100% recommend 12 Oaks to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental hygienist did a routine cleaning and a detailed measurement of gum condition. The latter procedure was done to ascertain that gum health was consistent with prior exams.

Fantastic experience: 12 Oaks Dental is amazing!! Very compassionate, I called on a Friday morning with a horrible toothache. Dr. Elyse Cronin Barron agreed to see me on her lunch hour to try and make me comfortable. It ended up being my wisdom tooth that needed to be removed, and they were able to do it right then so I didn't have to suffer through the weekend. Dr. Barron checked up on me both Saturday and Sunday to make sure I wasn't having any pain after the removal. I will definitely be recommending them to Family and Friends.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is my favorite dental experience and at my age, 86, I have spent many hours in the chair, in different chairs. The staff are well trained and friendly, and the dentists are both very experienced and amazing. If I have to have dental work, Dr.Barron’s small hands, strong hands deliver the best.

Negative experience: 12 Oaks Dental is not the dental office that I have visited for the past twenty years. The care I have experienced the last few years has lost it’s personal attention. I feel the atmosphere is more like a dentist office that just runs patients in and out and not really caring about the patient as a person. First time I’m considering finding a new dental office.
