Fantastic experience: A trip to the dentist is not usually one I enjoy, but this past visit was a nice experience.. Dr. Santos is a super lady and doctor. Allison is the sweetest and most gentle hygienist I have ever had.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ 12/06/2024. I had a amazing dentist appointment today with Allison & Dr. Santos. They are both highly qualified and knowledgeable besides being extremely nice individuals. I am so thankful I am able to see them every 6 months. Fantastic experience: I have a pinched nerve in my neck and the dentist chair is painful unless the technician makes an effort to get my head at the right angle so it doesn’t hurt and previously this was not problem. However this last time there was a different technician and she didn’t try to make adjustments to see if it worked and seem to be kind of in a hurry so it was a very very painful experience. I just wanted to get it over with. Six months later I went back for my annual check up and a different technician did a great job Providing the right kind of neck support and I had a really good experience this time. May 16, 2023 on 6 month follow up everything was perfect. Very nice. Couldn’t ask for a better visit. May 22, 2024 visit for cleaning & xrays was very positive experience and what everyone would hope for and everything was perfect. Dec 3, 2024 Routine 6 month check up. The hygienist was perfect & professional. Very casual. Cushion provided for my neck was perfect. Visit could not have gone better. If you need a great dental office I highly recommend them. Dec 17, 2025 Routine 6 mo check up, was very positive experience and what anyone would hope for and everything was perfect.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pollock and her team are absolutely wonderful! All three of my kids see her, and every visit is a positive experience. They are patient, kind, and make the children feel so comfortable that my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. The care is top-notch, and the welcoming environment makes such a difference. Highly recommend Dr. Pollock for any family looking for a pediatric dentist who truly goes above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for all of my dental needs since we lived in Rowlett. Since we moved about a year and a half ago, I've considered finding somewhere closer to work or home, but Dr Santos has given me nothing but great reasons to keep making the drive. She is gentle and keeps you informed of progress, even if you might be half asleep while she's working. She is very knowledgeable, really seems to care, and doesn't seem to try to sell me on things I don't need. Her bio on the website confirms her interest in art and I suspect it comes out in her work. I've never been anything but completely satisfied with the results of crowns on implants and her other work she's done for me. The office staff are also helpful and I don't remember having any insurance issues (which is more than you can say for some medical offices, unfortunately). I almost wish they didn't do so well, so I would have an excuse to find a closer dentist, but then I'd have to shop around and take my chances until I found another great dentist. So, I'll just stay until something changes.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lauren and all the staff at Rowlett Dental are amazing. The front staff are so kind and the dentists are so informative. My children enjoy the kids area. They have murals and movies playing. they have all sorts of flavors to pick from that my children enjoy but their favorite part... the toy that they get to pick at the end of their visit! A highlight to their day. I always have to ask my child to stay home with dad while the other is having a procedure done because they love to go!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist, Janet, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth on my first visit. Doctor Fedoski examined my teeth after the cleaning and shared any concerns that might need to be addressed in the future. He seemed very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The office staff at check in and check out were friendly and helpful.

Rowlett Dental; both the dentist I have seen - but most especially the Dental Hygienist Allison, have by thier caring demenor taken all fear away. Going to the Dentist tends to leave me with allot of anxity but once I was taken back every Assistant and Dentist has eased my concerns.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Shelly, is always great. All of their hygienist are very kind and personable. Alison and Jana are amazing, too, I have been to both. The dentists are all very honest and forthright in their treatment. I’ve also seen Dr. Fedosky for my sleep apnea and night guard to address my snoring and sleep issues. I started taking my youngest to them for their pediatric dentistry and have been impressed there as well. Overall, I feel like our family is in good hands.

I have received excellent customer service and I’m very satisfied with the staff, the dental hygienist (big shout out to Jana) and doctors (shout out to Dr Fedosky too). They are transparent, professional and the dental crowns I have are still in place. No tricks, gimmicks or escalating prices! Just good honest opinions and services.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Fedosky since 1992. Even though we moved over an hour away we still travel to Rowlett for our dental needs. Today was the first time in over 30 years I let another dentist work on my teeth. Dr. Riley is an associate and she was very caring and gentle. She put me at ease and fixed my chipped filling. We have seen this practice grow over the years and You can’t find more caring practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a cavity filled and one old filling removed with prep for a crown, a procedure I've been through several times over the years. This was the first time Dr. Santos was my dentist, though, and she was excellent. At all times she ensured I felt no pain, she clearly explained what I wanted to know (I'm the type who wants to know what's going on), and she was so knowledgable and efficient! There were two assistants with one being trained, and it was fascinating to witness the gentle, kind teaching going on. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Santos to anyone looking for a dentist and consider myself lucky to be her patient.

I had a tooth extracted a couple of years ago. I have a couple of bad teeth and decided to go back the Rowlett Dental. Dr Fedosky is the best. He explained what my options were. Fantastic experience: Dr.Santos and her assistant were both very kind and caring. They had to replace a temporary crown, with a permanent crown. They were both very concern about any discomfort I might experience. They adjusted the crown to make sure of the best placement. I have been happy with all the care I have received from Dr. Santos and her staff.

Fantastic experience: The Dentists here really care about their patients. Unlike other places where you feel like they could’ve done more, I always leave here with very clean teeth and they don’t miss any plaque. High quality dentists and great doctors. I’ve been coming here for a while now, and have no plans to change that.

Fantastic experience: I used Rowlett Dental to bring my smile back to life. Had oral surgery elsewhere to extract 17 teeth and right after got these teeth stuck in my mouth. Told me to keep them in for at least 2 weeks straight. No No! Can't do that. Just get them pulled and let them heal. It's to much pain with teeth sitting on raw gums. I was real please how Rowlett Dental coached me all the way through the process. THANKYOU ROWLETT DENTAL!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a molar break early in the morning this week. My regular dentist was no longer accepting my insurance and I had not yet found a new dentist. What a way to start your day... I found Rowlett Dental Associates on a search of my insurance provider's website. I called when they opened at 7:30 am on a Wednesday morning and they were able to schedule me with a Dentist at 8:30 am the same morning. My lucky day... My experience from the front office team to sitting in the chair with Dr. Santos was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Santos was able to save most of the broken molar by fitting and installing a temporary crown (the permanent crown has to be manufactured offsite and will be installed in a couple weeks). My insurance is fully covering the visit and the procedure. I never felt a bit of pain or discomfort and I woke up the morning after with no pain. Dr. Santos is extremely gentle, very friendly and provided an easy to understand narrative of what she is doing throughout the process. I highly recommend Rowlett Dental Associates and I look forward to making them my new home for all dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist with a passion, but my hygienist, Julie, suggested I put on headphones to make myself more comfortable. We ended up sharing the same taste in music, listened to it out loud, and it completely distracted me. I actually had a PLEASANT dentist appointment. Additionally, they are not pushy or overselling you on procedures. I know I need a special procedure, but financially it's not in the cards right now. They were realistic about the risks of waiting, but accepting of the reality of the situation and overall trying to just provide the best treatment.

The receptionist was just so friendly and helpful, The Hygienist that cleaned my teeth was exceptional. Friendly, thorough and used state-of-the art-technology to give me the best cleaning and health examination that I've ever experienced. She told me that she has worked there over twenty years. Dr. Fedowski was wonderful, he reviewed my results, recommended a treatment plan and couldn't have been any nicer. I was impressed how he complimented the Hygienist on her work. That went a long wat with me. When I checked out, they were very friendly, gave me a treatment estimate in a matter of minutes. The efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism of the practice was impressive. I thank God for helping me find Rowlett Dental Associates. I only wish I'd found them sooner. Fantastic experience: I got a crown today. First, they used a cream that made me not feel a single bit of the shots numbing the right side of my mouth. Between that and the nitrous oxide (laughing gas), I literally felt nothing. I heard everything but felt no discomfort at all. My mouth/jaw is a little sore tonight, but that’s to be expected from being propped open a while . AAAND - Did you know you can get laughing gas for cleanings? (I’m sure that’s everywhere but I was not aware.) So if you have anxiety about the dentist, go see these folks!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and nice staff. Building was cute and clean. Dr. Santos is by far the best dentist I've ever had. I am no dental expert doctor like she is but when I voiced my concern of a potential cavity, she took it very seriously and never once dismissed it until she had a look and verified. Wish I could say this about my previous dentist but that really stood out to me. I have an extracted molar because a previous dentist didnt take my concerns seriously so this was a breath of fresh air. A true professional in all sense of the word. I have decided to make this my new dental practice because of this first experience. 11/10 Highly recommend.

The staff are always so friendly and engaging. The front desk is fast, efficient and helpful making check in and out super easy! The facility is clean, inviting, and fun for the kiddos! Lots of TV’s playing children’s movies, fun colorful wall murals all help create a relaxing environment. My girls love coming here! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pollock is the absolute best dentist on the planet! She has a wonderful staff who go above and beyond to make my kids feel special. I even got an encouraging text from her this evening saying how great my kid did in office today. Wow! We make the drive to see her even though we live about an hour away and she keeps amazing me with how awesome she is every time! We are very thankful for Dr. Pollock.

Fantastic experience: We are very impressed with Rowlett Dental Associates both for our adult dental needs and our twin 12 year olds. The office staff are professional and friendly, and the dentists are do an outstanding job providing information and advice when developing treatment plans. Office and clinical area is very clean, and comfortable. Our kids love going to this office that provides movies or other entertainment that keeps their young minds distracted during the visit.
