Fantastic experience: I would gladly give a 10 to each person that got me inside with a wheelchair, thru to the lovely person who took X-rays, to the dentist who was clearly not rushed, (took her time, explored options, came up with a plan), and to all who wheeled me back to my car- in the pouring rain. Amazing team! Wishing for 2 things: a handicapped spot right outside your entrance and a location in Montgomery, Kenwood, Mariemont etc…. Selfish request. But I need to have easier access and closer. But this team is fabulous

Fantastic experience: Short Story: Dr. Nate Fennell is an excellent dentist and the most caring person I think I've ever met. He was truly empathetic in handling my case and treated me with respect and concern for my somewhat unique condition. Long Story: I hate going to the dentist because I have a very extreme gag reaction. I vigorously gag when the staff tries to take a film of my teeth with the standard cardboard covered film that I'm supposed to bite down on as it gets shoved in my throat. Whether the reaction is physiological or a mental illness of sorts, it's very real to me. As such I had not been to the dentist for a decade while two cavities on the left side of my teeth (upper and lower) slowly eroded the teeth away to the degree that all my chewing was consciously being done on the right side of my mouth, food getting stuck in the cavernous cavities on my left side. I'm 74 years old and when I finally started to experience some pain from the condition, I was very anxious about what I knew was a required trip to a dentist. I got on the internet and searched for dentists who did IV sedation and Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash came up, so I scheduled a visit. I was seen by a dental hygienist who triggered my gag response ultimately resulting on no film. The Dr. entered the office, never examined my mouth, and apparently, acting on comments of being "uncooperative" by his hygienist, indicated that he did not believe he could satisfy my needs and bid me out. Very humiliating. My wife connected me to Dr. Nate, with whom she's had a lot of good history. Dr. Nate treated me so well. He was very empathetic when it came to the gag reaction and did not do anything that caused me to gag, always asking if he could probe in a certain way without triggering the reaction. He did not try to take film, because upon his examination he could clearly see that there were cavernous cavities of two teeth on my left side such that we simply scheduled a sedative procedure for him to both film and fix one of the two. That procedure went well although Dr. Nate told my wife that even though sedated, I still had some gag reaction lending some evidence that there is a real physiological reaction and it's not just a mental matter. We did the 2nd tooth about 4 weeks later and I am so happy because its all done, with care and respect. Thank you, Dr. Nate.

Fantastic experience: Each staff member beginning with the ladies out front is friendly and very efficient. The hygienist and assistants are patient and caring. Dr Yoxthimer is absolutely the best dentist we have ever had!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have had excellent care from this group of dentists, dental hygienists and associates since 1985. The care we have received goes beyond technical excellence and state of the art oral care. Everyone is courteous, friendly, caring and professional. We found ourselves in this stage of life, not finding insurance that is affordable (most plans for seniors charge more in annual premiums than the total amount they will pay out in the same year!!). This practice offers a VIP plan which covers annual hygiene visits and offers a discount on other neededservices, making it affordable for us. Our teeth are an important part of staying healthy as we e grow older!

Fantastic experience: I just got my second crown with Dr. Fennell. i am a big chicken when it comes to fillings, crowns, etc. Dr. Fennell is very aware of that and goes out of his way to make me comfortable. All his assistants have always been just as kind and patient with me as well. They play Broadway show tunes and give me gas to ease my anxiety. The office has been totally renovated and is state of the art...they even make crowns while you wait!! I am SO glad I found the practice!!!

Two well regarded dentists in the area referred me to Fennell, Yoxthimer & Associates, and I couldn’t be more grateful they did. Everyone at the office, from the front desk and scheduling team to the hygienists, were so welcoming. Dr. Casey was exceptional. She took her time explaining everything and made sure I felt comfortable the entire visit. What stood out most was how genuinely kind and nonjudgmental everyone was. They never made me feel ashamed for my lapse in care, and were affirming and reassuring throughout the entire process. They even worked with me to plan out treatment over multiple visits to make it more manageable cost-wise, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a dental office that’s this compassionate and patient-centered. I left feeling cared for and relieved, not anxious, which says a lot. I can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: HEY, I just came from a new dental office and, guess what? I am smiling, happy, and feeling no pain ! Needed no Nitrous, no anesthesia, none of that. My appt was at 8:00. They saw me at 8. They did a consultation, numerous x-rays, cleaning, flossing, polished, made recommendations, and had me out by 9:40. Receptionist, Miaia, x-ray tech, Desarie, hygienist, Casey, my excellent Dentist and others calmed my anxiety & made me feel special. Excuse me for "fanning out"; I'm just so amazed.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist was Josey. I was having problems getting comfortable in the dental chair. Josey took a lot of time trying different pillows and positions to help with my pain. Once I was comfortable, Josey began my cleaning. She was very gentle and patient and she explained what she was doing and any problems she saw in my cleaning and exam. She called in Dr. Nathan Fennell to do his diagnostic examination. Dr. Nate came into the room and spoke to me. He was very nice and explained what he was seeing in my exam. He pointed out things I should be aware of in my dental care. I was very pleased with the dental care I received from Josey and Dr. Nathan Fennell. They are true professionals and I am so happy I chose Fennell, Yoxthimer and Associates for my dental care.

Negative experience: The service was toP tier I will be completely honest.but I had to cancel a appointment because my soon had to get his ADHD med and I can't skip that. So to be charged 100$ for cancellation is ridiculous.and no I didn't complain I paid it.i wanted to get more work done with them but the 100$ cancellation turned me off. I would advise anyone that make a appointment and they have a 100$ cancellation to RUN. THE ECONOMY IS TO HIGH TO WASTE MONEY ON A CANCELLATION FIND ANOTHER PLACE

A care plan is created with cost estimates so you know what to expect. Soft music makes the environment less stressful. Facility is clean and comfortable. Would recommend to family and friends.

They comforted me and my anxiety. They took every step to make me comfortable including holding my, at the time sweaty hands. I owe them everything. The customer service was beyond phenomenal and the warmth made me feel like they've known me for years. The actual procedure once they calmed me down took maybe 15 min. Most of the time they spent easing my dental fear, making sure I was ok, making me laugh and that means the world to me. I'm now changing my kids dentist so we can be a family here.
