Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Alpha Dental for about eight years. All of the staff here are very kind, and among them, Sheila truly stands out. Sheila always pays close attention to what patients need and does her best to make the dental experience—something many people find uncomfortable—feel calm and reassuring. Thanks to her, going to the dentist no longer feels stressful to me. However, I don’t recommend this dental office just because of the friendly service. Alpha Dental only recommends treatments that are truly necessary and tailored to each patient. There is no over-treatment like what is often suggested at other dental offices. This is a dental clinic you can completely trust.

First impression was when I told them I needed immediate assistance they worked to get me in. I was very impressed with them once I got to the office. They were all friendly and inviting. Before I left I had a plan to take care of my issue and now have a good dentist to go to. My wife and I will be patients at Alpha Dental.

One of the best things is that they're great about calling me when there's a cancellation to get me in ahead of schedule. OP: So far so good! Only my first visit so far, but the staff is very friendly, professional and courteous! I've got some crowns and fillings to get done in the next few months, so I'll update as needed. Update: It's been a couple years now and I have to say, the Dentist and the Staff are absolutely, AWESOME!!! I love them all! Excellent work on the dentists part and the staff really care about you! Fantastic experience: Dr. Colin Bryant is my dentist. He is wonderful. He tells you exactly what he’s gonna do when he’s gonna do it what it’s gonna take I cannot express his staff is outstanding they all like a joke and kid in the real real pleasant. I heard one of them on the phone today trying to help a man out they didn’t have any money, but she has bent over backwards trying to help oh man, Who is trying to work out a payment plan this said a lot to me. This place is first class thank you doctor thank you all your ladies.

Fantastic experience: Literally the best dentist I’ve ever been too. I always get super nervous and scared to get my mouth numb, and the doctor made it so I didn’t even feel it. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking. They even called to check on me the next day after my root canal. I can’t say it enough, amazing staff!

Fantastic experience: I looked at the reviews for weeks before I booked an appointment. Read probably most of them. The reviews were amazing and DID NOT LIE. I had so much anxiety about going and be comfortable. I was scared and nervous. I was greeted by a friendly face. Escorted to the back by a friendly face (Sheila) and Doctor Bryant was just as amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone! With that being said I just recommended this place to a friend. I am so grateful I found this place. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit comfortable, explaining everything to me thoroughly to where I could fully understand.

Fantastic experience: Once upon a molar dreary, I arrived expecting torment. Yet instead of a chamber of horrors, I found a sanctuary lit with kindness and minty air. The attendants were gentle, the chair—though ominous in appearance—surprisingly comfortable. The doctor, armed with gleaming instruments that might chill a poet’s soul, worked with angelic precision. The drill sang its dreadful song, yet—thanks to blessed Novocaine—I felt not pain but deliverance. When all was done, my smile was restored, radiant and free from decay. Thus, though I often dwell on midnight terrors, here I proclaim with joy: this dentist is no agent of despair, but a true savior of enamel. Forevermore shall I return. Yes!!! They are that good!

Fantastic experience: Alpha fetal has been my dentist for 5 years. Me and my wife are now their patients. All the staff is nice and fun to interact with… the music playing is relaxing and no matter even if it’s a cleaning the Dr pops in and checks everything over. The new mouth pieces are upgraded and not annoying, the fluoride is new too and doesn’t leave your mouth tasting like crap. See yall in three months!!!

Fantastic experience: I just found out today that I’ve been under their care for 15 years—it's incredible how quickly the years have passed! Looking back, it’s surprising to think about all the appointments, conversations, and changes that have shaped my experience with them over the years. Whether it’s the small routine check-ins or the moments that truly made a difference, it’s remarkable how something so constant can feel like it happened in the blink of an eye. Time really does have a way of slipping past us before we even notice!

Fantastic experience: I must say that if you need a good dentist. A place where all of the employees are so wonderful! Extremely nice,very helpful group of people! Can answer any concerns you may have about your teeth. The ladies at the front desk are great! I suffer with anxiety attacks when going to the dentist. Dr. Palomaki was the best! Unfortunately Dr. Palomaki is no longer there. The new dentist seems to be very nice and knowledgeable. I have not had any major work done just a cleaning. So I will continue to go there. I still feel this dentist office is a great place to go! Well I have since been back over the past year having to get major work done. Dr. Bryant is great! Very nice cares about his patients. Very understanding about my anxiety issues and make me feel as comfortable as possible. The ladies that work there are still the very best! Alpha Dental is still the best place to go for your dental care. Everything is done there in house. I was able to get my permanent crown the same day! Great customer service all around! May 30 2025 I had my cleaning done today everything went well. They still have such a great staff! I stand by everything I have said, great dentist office! Dr. Bryant and his staff is the best!

Fantastic experience: I came across this office through Google, and based on the reviews alone, it made me want to call and schedule an appointment. The staff was extremely nice. I’ll be honest — during my first visit, there was one lady up front who I got off on the wrong foot with, and her tone was a bit unpleasant. However, when I came back to the office another day, the interaction wasn’t what I expected, but it also wasn’t unpleasant. It was fine, and I appreciated that. Dr. Meyer is the best! It was literally a pain-free extraction; I didn’t even realize the tooth was out. He’s kind, asks about your day, and takes the time to get to know you. Every dental hygienist I’ve interacted with has been just as awesome as he is. The office itself is very clean and well-kept, and everything flows smoothly from check-in to checkout. Thank you for the great service — oh, and did I mention it’s affordable? (:

They squeezed me in to see what was going on AND then squeezed me in for a tooth extraction after we went through my X-rays. Super friendly, was in and out, very informative, and definitely scheduling all my future dental appointments with them!

Fantastic experience: We all hate going to the dentist. I have always had a hate/hate relationship with them. But Dr. Bryant has made me change my mind. He is attentive, knowledgeable, gentle, kind, and has always treated me with respect and compassion. The first time I saw him he addressed my apprehension with a smile and a kind word. He made sure I was taken care of and even when something did happen after an appointment he did not hesitate to get me in the next day and fix it so that it didn’t bother me. It was an extraction that had a bone spur come out afterwards, nothing he did wrong at all! If you ever need a doctor you can trust, it’s him.

Positive experience: Truly the best in town. Very personable, gentle, and informative. I have severe dentist anxiety and sensitive gums. They take care of you and make it an easy, seamless, painless process. Love them. Only 4 stars due to the fact that they are NOT in network with United Concordia. It absolutely sucks to have dental insurance I can’t even utilize because of this. However, I don’t want to switch dentist either. So, it’s a rock and a hard place for me, but nevertheless, they are amazing people and very friendly. It would help them tremendously to be in network with Tricare/United Concordia.

They will be my go-to dentistry as long as I live in Clarksville. They started seeing me in 2011 and some of the staff is still there today and remember me, by name to face. Fantastic experience: I’ve been patient at Alpha Dental for a while now and had quite a bit of procedure done. From cleaning to implants, everything was smooth and never had any issues! DDS Zachary is amazing and always makes me feel comfortable! Also, the whole staff is incredibly helpful and friendly!

Fantastic experience: I went in only to get a wisdom tooth examined to confirm if it needs to be removed. I was seen almost immediately and, after checking with me on how much time I had today, Dr. Bryant offered to go ahead and remove the problem tooth. Everything, from checking in to payment after procedure, took maybe half an hour. I've never found a dental clinic more satisfying. Dr. Bryant and the staff were both friendly and professional. I will certainly be going back to them.
