Fantastic experience: This is the nicest Dental Office I’ve ever been in. Extremely friendly staff. They were able to answer all my questions immediately. They had a full, very affordable treatment plan for me minutes after I was finished.

But more than once, she has accommodated us for urgent situations, and created space in her very busy day to accommodate us. One particular example, she accommodated me for an urgency, even though she was extremely busy. She had no obligation to do so as I had been getting my dental care in another city due to my job, and was home for time off. She has gathered and retained excellent support staff in her practice, another sign of a good leader. Thank you Dr. Takacs for what you do!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible service! I contacted Beaumont as a new patient after I had broken a tooth (non-painful) over the weekend. They saw me within 48 hours, took care of the broken tooth, and made and placed a crown all in the same day. I have severe dental anxiety and am the type who usually needs mild sedation even for a simple cleaning, and didn't feel the need to ask for any sedation as the entire team was so friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The entire procedure was entirely easy from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: Their analysis was efficient and accurate. My issue was identified and communicated beyond my satisfaction. I was given options and recommendations. Their knowledge and desire to do what was best for me was exactly what I was wanting. It was easy to see and feel how much ever person cared about me during every activity. Although it is a busy office it feels so cozy! Their care in communicating a plan forward, costs and payment possibilities was clear and thorough. So greatly appreciated! Positive experience: My appointment was at 11:30, and at 11:04 I received a text asking me if I was on my way, I WAS DRIVING. At a stop light I replied, yes. At 11:22 I received another text asking WHAT TIME I WOULD ARRIVE I was in the parking lot. I was extremely disturbed that I was expected to reply while I was driving. I expressed my frustration with the receptionist and the doctor, who said that I had an 11:00 appointment, which I was surprised to hear, and then I understood the texts, but still should not have been done while driving. I checked my reminder card when I got home, and the time said 11:30! So I was correct in my appointment time, someone else misinformed me. The point of this comment is how absolutely dangerous it is to send texts while a person is driving. A phone call would probably be safer. After the cleaning a dentist wasn’t even going to double check me, I had to insist one looked at me. Not the best visit.

Fantastic experience: First visit today for cleaning and bite guard. Every aspect of this visit was excellent, from the friendly greeting at the reception desk, to the hygienist explaining every step of her routine, to meeting the dentist herself and talking about possible improvements to my night guard, to the checkout staff at the end. The office is spacious and well equipped with the latest technology. It was obvious to me that the mission focus for this business is friendly and courteous customer service, as well as continuous education for the staff in all of the new technology related to dentistry. There is a noticably positive atmosphere that tells me that employees are happy and proud of their work. I'm so happy to have found a new dentist-hygienist team and highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: If you're tired of the same old dentist experience try Beaumont Family Dentistry. I move here from Illinois and needed a new dentist. This place is amazing. They really care and have some of the most advanced dental systems. I needed a crown to replace one from 30 years ago. They 3D scanned snd milled a new crown in 35 min. Looks and fit fantastic. I also chose Invisaline braces and the Beaumont office has gone above and beyond to complete the task of straightening my teeth and bite. You will not be unhappy. The entire staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Takacs is the best. Give her a try. I believe she has strived to make her business the best and continues to do whatever it takes to satisfy her patients. My only request....put back the TV in the waiting room. The fireplace burning gets old. Bring back the real TV.

I went today and everything was perfect from checking in to the check out. The dentist that treated me (I needed a new crown) was incredible. She was quick, gentle and patient. I have a lot of anxiety about dentists, I’ve been tortured in the past. Anxiety was so high I didn’t catch her name. Eye roll. Anyway, if you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend.

Negative experience: Doctor was very rude after I told her about a tooth that they did a root canal 2 times on the same tooth and it was still giving me trouble after the young dentist worked on it and because I asked if I had to pay for it again that's when they got rude but that was the only dentist free at the time to help me others was out I was informed that I had to get at less one implant before they would do work on my teeth so I want be going back there and this was about a year ago I should have left 0 stars I wasn't going to leave a review but it has been on my mind every time I am looking for a new dentist they was good until I let them no about the dentist that didn't fix my tooth and it is still not right I think I'm just going to have it removed so I can get some relief
