Fantastic experience: I visited New Horizons Dental for dental cleaning. My experience was excellent. Paige was very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I was completely at ease, each step was explained and a plan was developed. If you are looking for a dental group, don't hesitate to check them out! All of the group members I came in contact with were super friendly.

Negative experience: they are nice, but OMG their prices are west coast and I live in flyover country

Fantastic experience: New Horizon implant has started the process for 3 implants. First appointment was completed with no issues, no pain. Follow up was quick and simple. Will do another visit later in January and then work on the actual implants in a few months. Dr. Guy did a great job and I would recommend him and New Horizon Implant Center and the main dental office for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: The staff are all so loving and caring and friendly. They take great care to make sure you are comfortable and listen to your concerns and needs; as is the Dentist!! They are all top notch!

Fantastic experience: I just completed Invisalign treatment with Dr. Kate Gross and I am thrilled with my results! Dr. Kate and her staff were amazing and provided top notch dental care. The office staff were always friendly, answered all my questions and were accommodating to my schedule. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend them to anyone interested in excellent orthodontic treatments!

I received a callback the same day, and with being a new patient they got me in where they had a cancellation, along with helping me figure out how they could get me out of pain, be back to my job with no days off! All in one day!! Thanks bunches y'all!

Negative experience: Today, Aug 6, 2026 I entered the office to question a charge my wife had yesterday. I was told the charge was an ongoing procedural following a procedure in 2016. She said this dentist does some things they think are necessary to maintain the high level of quality they provide the patients. Patients are not told of the service unless they inquire about the cost, as I did. Chandra went on to tell me "our office may not be a fit for you", exact word for word from her. I stand by the original review. I also feel I have been kicked out of this dental office for questioning a charge. In the meatime, THANK you for the10 years or so that we enjoyed this dentist office. Very good overall experience. Everyone I encountered at New horizons was very efficient and knowledgeable and professional. Fantastic experience: Just finished an appointment at New Horizons Dental Center. The care, kindness, and professionalism by everyone there completely removes any anxiety about going to an appointment. I wish there were words that truly express how great the care and respect is from everyone at New Horizons. I recommend New Horizons to any/all people, and highly admire and trust the work, service, and care from Mew Horizons. Not only is the care superb, the communication and openness from all there makes you feel important, involved, and educated.

Fantastic experience: Taylor, you’re the best, pretty sure if you leave this business so would I! Doc Kate, is great, patient side manor is awesome, just wish I didn’t have to see you so much! Only thing I would suggest, is cut the patient a great deal if “cash” is paid, the green stuff, no one accepts anymore, cause the insurance companies are crooks!

I had severe dentist anxiety before I came to this place. They took the time to listen to my concerns and always make sure im doing okay. They are always patient and understanding.

Fantastic experience: Had my second implant done. First one was about 10 yrs ago. Dr Guy does amazing work! Had crowns and a bridge done in the past. All were virtually painless and excellent work done. No complaints and no problems. All staff is GREAT!!

Fantastic experience: Lindsey was well informed, listened attentively and reassured me regarding concerns I had. I love her gentle manner! This was the first time I had worked with a dentist there and Dr. Kate was wonderful. She was informative, giving me her honest thoughts, which were backed by her vast knowledge and experience. Her manner was reassuring and left me feeling that I was in very capable caring hands! I don’t have one negative thing to say about my first visit!

Fantastic experience: Things went very well. I have anxiety about going to the dentist. But they reassured me and I got along fine. I still have another appointment and I’m trusting that it will go as well as these others have gone. The people were all very nice. I believe Taylor is my dental person, and she is very reassuring. even though it was a good experience, I still don’t enjoy going, but the people are nice.

Positive experience: The staff on site are wonderful, dr.guy is a great guy he listens and is very nice. BUUUUTTTTTTTT who ever makes the dentures must not listen to the dr at all. After my fitting there were adjustments made and two changes the dr said we could make that I wanted. Yeah i got it today and i see Zero changes made, to the effect they seem to have ignored even the dr because the bite is fine on the right with a wonderful gap all along the left

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a friend Tom Wilbur and I was so happy to be there today, the secretary, Dr and nurses everyone was great and fast, the place nice and clean! I couldn’t be more bless to be there!

Fantastic experience: Right when you enter, the staff greet you and know you. I had a broken crown, and they were able to get me in quickly. Once there, the dental assistant Olivia was knowledgeable and kept me talking (which is great if you’re a nervous dentist-goer). Dr. Austin was able to check out my situation, decide on the path, and they were able to do all of the prep for a new crown right then. Dr. Austin and Olivia were gentle but also efficient with the work. In the end, they have multiple payment options for people since dental work can be pricey. Overall, I was pleased with my recent experience here.

Fantastic experience: I have had several appointments and I am happy with results of each one. All the staff are great and very professional.

Negative experience: I had an appointment to get 2 crowns yesterday and now I’m in so much pain I can’t eat and can hardly drink. I don’t recommend. I’ve had a number of crowns and never had this happen. They were also sloppy with the cement and I’ve got rough edges all around the teeth they worked on.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Guy & his helpers are excellent . I got 2 implants. Basically my front teeth. Im writing this review over a year later. I have no problems and the implants look great. Very happy with the whole experience & outcome. Thank you NHD!

Fantastic experience: 10/10! While the price is on the higher end for service, the services provided and care was exceptional! From the front desk to the Dr, the assistants. Got me in as a new patient when I went in with a broken crown. I was taken care of and crown replaced with in 24 hours. Absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: I am a transplant from Parkwood merger, so relatively new to New Horizons. Change is hard for me. Have had a couple hiccups settling in, but my questions and concerns have been handled professionally and to my satisfaction. I do want to give a shoutout to Lindsey, Lainey, and Keaton, my favorite rock stars over there. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I have a positive experience.

Positive experience: Went in to get a tooth looked at because it was sensitive. Had an X-ray done, was really stressed and scared they wouldn't find anything and I'd just have to deal with it forever or until I got a bad infection from it or something. The results were... unclear. Always feel rushed and like nobody has anytime for me, but it is what it is. Said there was some gum recession and little bone loss? I go in for fillings on a tooth soon. I've been immensely stressed that they might be working on the wrong tooth. I just hope I'm overreacting to nothing, but I won't know until then. Their services are otherwise great!

Fantastic experience: I had a broken front tooth fixed here a few years ago. Yesterday, July 3rd, was my 50th birthday and I have a party scheduled for Saturday the 5th. My tooth broke again and I was beside myself. I called the office and found out they were closed for the holiday. There was an option to press 3 for emergency dentist on call. I spoke with Dr. Kate Gross and she had me send her a picture of the issue. She was so kind and empathetic to the timing of the situation! She actually met me yesterday afternoon at the closed office and FIXED my broken front tooth all by herself. She was apologetic about not having an assistant but that was only because she didn't want someone else to have to come in on a holiday. (I wish all bosses were like that) She had me all fixed up and on my way in less than 20 minutes. She took time away from her family and fun to help me. She gave me back my confidence and smile. I will be picture ready for Saturday! We have always loved New Horizons and this solidified they have us as clients for life!

Fantastic experience: As always, I had a good experience. Taylor does a wonderful cleaning. If any dental work needs done I see Dr. Mike (or any one of the dentists) to go over it with me. Before leaving I talk to Conner and get a print out of the work needed and the cost. This really helps when figuring my budget.

Positive experience: The people are super nice. Dr. Kate eased my dental anxiety really well. My only complaint is I feel like im being "sold" extra stuff every time I go in. That's the only thing I don't like. I hate going to the dentist anyway and then add the anxiety of having to refuse up-sales on top of it. Other than that the actual service is impeccable.

Positive experience: I like the staff and the way things are organized and the way they care for clients that but when it comes down to the doctors that they have, I think I might take my business somewhere else. For someone who isn’t afraid of needles, but does get anxious with certain doctors being aggressive in my mouth I’m very particular.

Negative experience: I went in for a filling they gave me a long drawn out process I did not get my filling taken care of but $2,000 later I've had my teeth cleaned I've had a crown put on and I still need to get a Feeling that was in 2024 now there's 2025 I've had my teeth cleaned and I told was told to have a nice day not very happy they were very nice people and they build my insurance too many times

Fantastic experience: Extraordinary care from the time I arrive each time to walking with me to waiting at the completion of my visit they extend a warm pleasant atmosphere. My care is at foremost on their mind and efforts. Thru the years they have become extended family type friends. They spend whatever time I need to explain procedures and are sensitive to my needs during the visit. And if extra care on procedures need a follow up post business hours they have called in the past to verify my condition. They are good encouragers to promote me to take additional preventive care steps without making me feel pressured. Genuinely caring about my well being. Emily who does all my preliminary work before one of dentists follows up is simply top notch and I would highly recommend her and of course anyone of the dentists there too. Bernie Regnier

Fantastic experience: Keaton is an excellent hygienist! He is patient, thorough, and considerate of my needs. He also takes the time to explain everything and made me feel like I was his only patient of the day!

Negative experience: I'm very frustrated with this company. I was scheduled for a cleaning at 7:10am. They assigned me to a technician who was not certified to do a deep cleaning and she could only legally do an oral evaluation. I had to have my husband take off work twice today in order to watch our child so I could come back at 12:50pm for the deep cleaning by a certified dental technician. I asked if the original technician could do just a basic cleaning and she said she didn't have time, even though I was scheduled for a 2 hour cleaning. My husband missed out on 3 hours of work today because of the miscommunication with new horizon.

Negative experience: I went to them because we had moved and I needed a new dentist. They told me I need over $3k worth of work and that I had several things wrong. I got a second opinion. None of what they told me was true. They make things up and scam people. I’ve had several other people tell me the same thing was done to them. Before going forward with any treatment plan I would suggest seeking a second opinion.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a handful of dental offices in the area and this has been my favorite. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. My dentist Taylor is helpful and kind! Everyone at the office has always been very welcoming and helpful in my journey to getting my teeth healthier!
