Fantastic experience: I’ve struggled to find a good dentist since moving here 10 years ago. I have tried many. I had a very(!) traumatic experience about a year and a half ago and have since avoided dentists. I saw some other good reviews for BayBreeze and decided to give them a try. I AM SO GLAD I DID! The staff were all wonderful! Dr. Pirrello was thorough and explained everything to me. I get the feeling they truly care about your dental health and not just upselling procedures. I think I have finally found a dentist I can trust and will use from now on.

Negative experience: The dentist is exceptional. However the problems I encountered were billing issues. Three mistakes. The first mistake happened when I was told by the "Office manager" My Insurance was not in their network. I knew she was wrong and she told me she would check further and get back to me. She never did because I was in network and she did not want to admit she made a mistake. Second mistake again same person told me I owed $500.00 as my Insurance did not cover the amount. I had a statement from my insurance that said otherwise. When I presented the statement to the office I was correct and was told she look further into it and get back to me. Never happened. I then proceeded to my appointment and was told by the front desk I had a refund due to an overpayment. I asked to have check sent. I was told they sent the message over and a check would be forthcoming in a few days by mail. Never happened. I was then called a month later and asked to reschedule my next appt. as the Hygienist was no longer with the office. I then said I was waiting for my overpayment as promised. The same "Office Manager" responded with" I am not going to discuss that now as that is not the reason for the call." I replied I am not sure I will reschedule until this outstanding issue is resolved. She then said" Then I will just cancel your appt. "I never said that. She than replied I don't see any credit owed to you. I never said the amount. She continued to contradict me and talk to me as if I were a child. She then put the phone on speaker so the rest of the staff could hear the conversation and I was the office joke as I could hear all the laughter. If she was trying to make a fool out of me she should be made aware of a mute button. Amazing discovery. She said I will just send you $36.00 to keep peace. I asked where she got that figure and she replied "You Told Me." I never did because I did not remember the exact figure as the receptionist on my last visit told me what it was and all I remembered was 30 something. Unfortunately it does not matter how good the dentist is when the office staff are out of control. The most interaction a patient has is with the office staff. From scheduling to payments etc. There are enough Dental practices around me to not have to subject myself to this type of behavior.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! Staff was not helpful. I made an appointment for a cleaning for my daughter who was in town for a short period of time. When I made the appointment I explained this and was told no problem. When she came for her appointment she was back for a short time and they said it was just for a consult and she would need to come back for a cleaning. Super frustrated bc she can’t come back. When I called on the person on the phone she said so are you calling just to complain or make an appointment. So rude and misleading.

Just like Apex on Bruce B Down, they treat you by how you look, they have no grace all, only the best insurance are respected less they bypass without no remorse. But Bay Breeze Dental I truly did not know people like these exist anymore because of the reaction of the other dental offices visited within a year 2025 I gave up. Fantastic experience: I walked into BayBreeze Dental today in tears and absolutely terrified, and I walked out feeling like I had just visited friends. From the moment I sat down, Dr. Parikh talked to me like a real person, not just another patient in a chair. He listened, he explained things in a calm way, and he somehow had me smiling and laughing when I had been crying only minutes before. His assistant was amazing. She seemed to know exactly what I needed without me having to say much and showed so much empathy and patience. You can tell she is very skilled and truly cares about the people in her care. This whole team is kind, respectful, and genuine. I felt seen, heard, and cared for the entire time. Fantastic experience: A fantastic place to look after your teeth. Lola and Michelle really took care of me. -Genuinely professional. Which is hard to find. Dr Parikh was calm and cool. He broke down a treatment plan with me on my level. Straight up, concise, and transparent. No one tried to “upsell” me any unnecessary nonsense. I like to do business the same way. These are good people.

Fantastic experience: I was amazed with Mari the hygienist she pointed out an old filling I had made of some sort of metal material and asked if it was giving me problems like a mild shocking experience, Holy Cow she hit the nail on the head I have been to 4 dentists in the last 3 months complaining of this and NONE of them could find the problem yet I new it had something to do with that filling and they all kept telling me it was gum recession, kudos to her. Now t Dr Parikh is Amazing as well he right off the bat asked me if I had been hit in the mouth or had trauma when I was a kid do to all the extensive work I had done on my front teeth and Yes I had been in a bike accident when I was a kid and lost several teeth, He hit the nail on the head and he also knew the source of the root infection problem I was having , it was do to a material they used back in the 60's for doing root canals and again my previous dentist had no idea. Can't tell you how impressed I was with Baybreeze Dental 5 stars for sure

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit to Bay Breeze Dental. Everyone is pleasant and respectful. I received a thorough checkup and cleaning. This is a very nice facility and I am happy with the care given to me.

Negative experience: I am disputing all charges billed to me. I never consented to these procedures, was not informed of their cost, and they are not covered by my insurance. This is a clear violation of Florida Statutes §766.103 (Medical Consent Law), the No Surprises Act (2022), and FDUTPA (Fla. Stat. §501.201 et seq). I demand that the following charges be cancelled immediately: $81, $252.60, $253. I expect written confirmation within 14 business days. Do not attempt further collection of these invalid charges. If this matter is not resolved, I will file complaints with: • Florida Board of Dentistry • AHCA • Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division • U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights • My insurance provider Any attempt to report these charges to credit agencies will be disputed as fraudulent.

Negative experience: Warning! Complete Scam and Fraud! We came to this clinic for a routine cleaning, fully covered by insurance twice a year. There were no additional procedures, just a standard cleaning. Yet later, I was billed $81. I never signed anything, I never authorized extra services. This is nothing but fraud and an attempt to squeeze extra money from patients. Things got even worse after that. My spouse and I scheduled treatment and were given the full amount upfront. We paid everything in advance, then made an additional payment on the day of the procedure. They even refunded part of the money back to my spouse, claiming it was an overpayment. But two weeks later, we suddenly received new bills: $80 each, with no explanation. Another two weeks later, those bills grew to $256 and $270 each, plus the $81 cleaning charge! This is pure fraud, billing manipulation, and extortion. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a medical provider. I will not be paying these fake charges and I am filing formal complaints with: • my insurance company, • the Better Business Bureau (BBB), • the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners, • the Attorney General’s Office (Fraud Division), • and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for unfair business practices. ❌ Stay away from this clinic! Instead of caring for patients, they scam people and create fake charges. I am certain many similar cases will come to light once they are investigated.

Fantastic experience: The dentist conducted my deep cleaning very precisely and gently. I hadn't been to the dentist since COVID so I was concerned the treatment would be extensive. Nope, it was very conducted very routinely with care.

Dr. Pirello was excellent, he addressed my concerns and so understanding. What a wonderful first visit. The next day I returned for my cleaning and the dental hygienist, Mari was so gentle and thorough she did an amazing job considering I had neck issues. Upon checking out I met Dr. Parikh who was so friendly and sweet. I’m so grateful to find such a wonderful team who are people friendly and does a great job. I highly recommend this Dental office, it feels like they do care and love what they do.

Fantastic experience: Bay Breeze Dental Wesley Chapel Team extends a warm, and welcoming environment. From Dr. Ronak Parikh at the helm to the hygienists, and staff all extend courtesy and professionalism. The hygienist Mari who attended to me was proficient and kindly. She kept checking in and encouraging me as she worked. It was a soothing experience. Dr. Parikh is attentive and in-depth in his examinations. He exhibits a very humane approach. Negative experience: Providing a great patient experience isn't just about direct patient care. How well the staff engages or communicates with patients also matters- We all desire to be heard and valued. My most recent encounters with Courtney and Cindy were unpleasant; They failed at communicating well. While I tried to explain my requests or concerns, they spoke over me, didn't listen, were dismissive, and rude.  Dr. P is a great doctor that provides excellent patient care. He's personable, listens & explains well, and has a great sense of humor! I enjoyed going to BayBreeze, but after my recent encounters with the front desk, I am quite disappointed.

Update: having been here twice now, the consistency with customer service is great. Lola , my dental hygienist, is wonderful! The receptionist was very so friendly and attentive. They were able to get me seen sooner than anticipated. The front desk staff ladies are so welcoming, their whole demeanor truly sets the tone as they are the face to the business. The ladies are beautiful inside & out. The dental assistant, Margarita, was such a sweetheart. She was very informative and gentle throughout the whole process. Dr. Parikh was also very pleasant and kind; he made me feel comfortable and all together the staff definitely made me feel I made the right choice choosing this dental office after looking all over for the best fit. Fantastic experience: On June 12/2025 I went to BayBreeze Dental consulted with Dr. Ronak Parikh with my dental issues. My first impression was Dr. Parikh is very knowledgeable, very professional, kind, and not intimidating. He assessed my dental needs accordingly just that without suggesting other unnecessary procedure. My previous experienced with other Dentist, they would like to do more treatments/procedures that would caused more than you expected. His office staff are nice, friendly and his office provides a clean and calm environment. I'm very picky myself, in this case I would highly recommend Dr. Parikh to friends, family, neighbors or anyone who's looking for a reputable and excellent dentist. Thank you Dr. Parikh and staff!! Fantastic experience: Everyone at Bay Breeze Dental were amazing. From the minute you walk through the front door. The reception desk immediately acknowledges you & greets you with a friendly smile. You are put at ease as soon as you walk into the exam room. In my case, I was examined by Dawn, who was very friendly and explained everything she was going to do and continue explaining while performing X-rays and a 3D Ultrasound of teeth. Then there is Dr. Parikh, who is genuinely amazing, kind & very thorough, explaining in detail what was happening with my teeth. I couldn’t be more pleased with this practice. I highly recommend this institution for a wonderful dental experience. You will not have any regrets.

Fantastic experience: I be honest i’m so scared of dentist since i had a bad experience before but I honestly will say !!! They made me feel like family the minute I walked in.. starting with front desk till the Doctor they were so kind that all my worries and scared i put it to the side.. the Dentist was so nice that i felt calm through everything he numb my side and waited to kick in not like other Dentist that they will stck the niddle and don’t wait till it kick in so this dentist did and I didn’t feel a thing my tooth was out and I will recommend them 100% I will give them all a thumbs up and i am extremely happy with them I will be coming back for sure
