Fantastic experience: Big shoutout to Mhelody, Dr. Marshall, and Lexie at Higginbotham! Mhelody and Dr. Marshall worked on my tooth, and even though Mhelody’s progressing more and more each time I come in, she’s amazing super sweet and careful. Mhelody also makes me feel like a friend, not just a patient, which makes every visit so much easier. Lexie at checkout is wonderful too! They made a root canal almost… enjoyable . If they ever leave, I might have to stage a protest… or just sneak in pretending to be a new patient. Keep them around forever! Lol

Fantastic experience: Every time I've been to Higginbotham Family Dental I am blown away by not only the quality of dental work done, but the incredibly talented and friendly staff. From the moment I walk in the door Lexie, Skylar, and Jordon have big (pretty) smiles and treat me as if they've known me my entire life! Once I am in the chair, whether it's with the hygienists Michelle or Erin, or the assistant's Debra or Hailey, I am immediately made to feel comfortable, mentally and physically. I've been given a blanket when it was cold and even a hug more than once. Today Dr. Ward did an incredible job and was very informative and friendly. Literally from the moment I walk in the door to the moment I walk back out, I made to feel like I am truly valued, am fully informed on all processes and procedures, and receive superior treatment! I can't recommend this office enough. They have earned more than 5 stars in my book.

I was even more impressed when I did arrive for my first consultation/appointment. From the hygiene assistant all the way up to the dentist himself, I felt more welcome than I have in any dentist office I’ve been in. Michelle the hygienist was above and beyond. I also can’t brag enough on the dentist, Dr. Higginbotham. He was friendly, and extremely thorough and never made me feel pressured to get any treatment done while making me aware of what treatment would be best. I look forward to having a beautiful healthy smile. I believe I have found my forever dental office. Thank you all for making such a huge impression.

Two days after surgery I feel like a different person I had so much infection but was kinda nervous about going in and thank God I did cause it not only fixed my mouth with broken teeth. Fantastic experience: I got 2 teeth extracted I was extremely scared but they did a wonderful job of calming me down. No pain during not even when injecting the numbing stuff and they listened when I told them I needed a break between extractions. Even blew air on me held my hand and turned a fan on for me not scared to do it again next week

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience here. The cleaning went good but everything after was horrible. I requested a new retainer due to losing mine. While doing the impressions for the retainer two ladies came in I don’t remember their name nor did they introduce themselves. You could see clearly one was more experienced than the other and the trainee wasn’t given any guidance or instructions on how to do the impression. She intentionally embarrassed the young lady who was trying her best to get it done but she just didn’t fully understand how to. Afterwards the more experienced lady leave out didn’t offer me anything to clean my face oh and this was done in a room where you talk about payments and not an actual operating room After cleaning my face I see the lady with more experience talking and laughing at the trainee. I’ve never seen anything like it. So unprofessional and she lack the ability to properly train someone. This place has gone down hill due to people like her. How can someone just stand back and do absolutely nothing to help. Do better at least be a better human.

Fantastic experience: The experience was about as good as going to the dentist can be. Very attentive, professional and competent. All I had hoped for!

Positive experience: Got a crown done. It doesn't look like real teeth. The service was awful too. Edit: They called me to ask me what was wrong with the crown. I explained that it not only look awful but It was hurting too and I wasn't being able to eat. They told me that they can redo my crown at no cost. I got my new crown last Friday and it looks and feels way better. Today is monday and I only have sensitivity, but I'm able to eat with both sides of my mouth. They told me that I will be sensible for a week or two.

And it was a 10/10 experience because I had an appointment at 8 and I was immediately attended to when it was my time. And I was guided throughout the entirety of the process of my procedure by the dentist that helped me Dr.p and her assistant Ms.Sonya. They kept me laughing and smiling throughout the whole process making sure I'm comfortable and updating me. I'm normally scared of dentist because of past experiences I’ve had with dental offices. Fantastic experience: After suffering a long night no sleep and serious pain. Went to my dentist that I have used for years! (Wright family dentist) He looked at me never even came into the room and said you in that much pain u need to go! To say I was heartbroken was an understatement especially since I had been sitting in their parking lot for 3 hours for the doors to open! Well let’s just say I found my new dentist!! Fantastic experience: I have been to my fair share of dentists but none compare to Higginbotham! They never make you feel bad about yourself and they work with you on short term and long term goals. They are great about making sure you know ahead of time what you expect to pay with or without insurance and they are great about helping with payments as well whether it’s getting you signed up for care credit or in house financing. I have been to several different dentists in the past but honestly none compare to Higginbotham! From the moment you walk in until you leave they make sure its the best experience you will ever have at a dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Wow,just Wow. The Dr worked really hard to get my tooth out. The tooth was oddly shaped and a lot of thick bone. It took a while to work it out. But The Dr didn’t have any quit in him. He was determined to get the job done. And he did it. A BIG Thanks to Him and his staff. Would recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: I loved the fact that I was able to get a same day appointment, but I did not like the fact that I was given the cost of my procedure moments before it was set to be done. I felt it was inconsiderate and unrealistic to expect someone to pay a large amount of money without given proper notice.

But, SW Drive Higginbotham got me in the day after speaking with me, AND worked me in early!! Fantastic experience: The one on southwest drive is by far the best dental clinic I've gone to. They have the most comfortable chairs for your wait and the most considerate staff. The dentist didn't push any service or treatment on me that I didn't want and explained everything detail to me with patience. I'm so glad I was referred here.
