We’ve been coming here since 2016, and now several family members do too! Even now with 45min drive each way, it’s absolutely worth it! Positive experience: I've been a client here for a few years and overall the care is friendly and efficient. However, Ive had a developing jaw issue, and I felt like every time I brought it up it was laughed off and joked "why are you so stressed" despite voicing the serious steps I took to address it. After a second opinion and PT referral, it was confirmed I have a correctable issue affecting my jaw alignment, which was validating.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Scottsdale Family Dental in 2017. It was recommended to me by a coworker at the time. Having just gone to a different dentist in Tempe and having a poor experience, I was hoping Scottsdale Family Dental would be better. I am happy to say they exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately my insurance provider changed and I could no longer go here. Fast forward to 2025 and my insurance changed with a career move I made. Luckily for me, Scottsdale Family Dental now took my insurance from my new job! I just went and had a bi-annual cleaning on 5/13/25. They did a great job and it was great see Dr. Yoon again! I remember when I’d go prior that the dental hygienists were also so friendly and talkative. That was also the case this time. I had Amanda and she was excellent. We had great conversations. It just feels so easy and natural there. Thanks for a great experience. I know most people don’t look forward to going to the dentist but I am looking forward to my next visit. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: What a great dentist! I had my first appointment with Dr Yoon to look at a tooth that I thought needed a bite adjustment and ended up finding there is an infection and now I need a root canal. Off to the endodontist I go…. Not what you want to hear but so thankful for his care and the next day he called to follow up with me to make sure I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly with the endodontist.
