Fantastic experience: Great dentist office with awesome staff. Dr. Lozano is very thorough and knowledgeable. The dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff are excellent! Second to none! I called Dr. Lozano's office first thing Monday, May 23, 2022, because I had a chipped upper front tooth from being extubated during a recent surgery. Tori was able to squeeze me into Dr. Lalama's schedule so he could fix it that morning. Raquel, the dental assistant, and Dr. Lalama were both so kind and reassuring and he did a fantastic job bonding, filing, and fixing the chip. In Nov 2022, I had a bite guard made at Advanced Dentistry for teeth clenching while sleeping. It has really helped, but unfortunately, I accidentally threw it away 6 months later. Melissa got me into the office the same day for a new bite guard. Dr. Lozano and Trystan, his assistant, were amazing fitting the new bite guard. I am very grateful to be a patient of Drs. Lozano and Lalama! The entire office is fantastic and wonderful at patient care. I highly recommend Advanced Dentistry of Gainesville.

Fantastic experience: My May 2nd visit at advance dentistry was great. Doctor Lozano's check- in and appointment staff greeted me with a smile and friendly chat. All the treatment rooms are very clean and orderly with ultra modern dental technologies for accurate and painless procedures. All the Doctors and supporting staff are the "BEST". If you need dental care this is the place, Advance dentistry.

Fantastic experience: This morning I had a small cavity that needed to be filled. It took less than an hour, and Dr. Lozano was nice as always, very efficient, and explained everything he was doing. He and his Assistant Tea, worked very smoothly together. Except that a meeting with a dentist is usually unpleasant, this was a very pleasant experience. Never hesitate to call Dr. Lozano for help. He’s a wonderful person and a wonderful Dentist. 5-18-22 I might have had a crown today, but Dr. Lozano was able to fill a cavity without doing a crown. He took his time, and suggested I breathe ! He really cares about his patients, and their comfort; he’s my go to Dentist! So today, May19th 2025 I saw Kelly. She is my Hygienist. We go back 20 years, and if I have to wait a month to see her, I will. Kelly is wonderful and always I feel comfortable with her. It’s hard to get in with her, but TRY! December 5,2025 I will never change dentists because Dr. Lozano and I have a wonderful relationship and Kelli is the absolute best hygienist! My recommendation is that you find Dr. Lozano and Kelli and grow old with them!

Fantastic experience: I drove from Ocala, FL to Gainesville FL to see Dr. Lozano. I am 71 years old and I have been seen at dental practice literally around the world. But., and that is a huge but, Dr. Lozano is by far the model that all others practice should emulate. A patient get the feeling they are in the right place from the moment they walk into the lobby. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. After seeing Dr. Lozano, his hold practice made sense, his personality, demeanor and bedside manor coupled with the modern state of the art equippedment, it is easy to see his vision, the perception of the kind of practice he wants. When you leave, you have the feeling this doctor see you beyond business, he see your humanity. What a refreshing experience.

He was meticulous, skilled, and well-respected, so my standards for dentistry have always been high. After he retired, I saw another dentist for a couple of years before a close friend recommended Dr. Lozano—and I’ve been grateful for that recommendation ever since. From the very beginning, Dr. Lozano and I talked dentistry, and it was clear we had mutual connections. I even found out that my orthodontist’s son was friends with him. That familiarity, combined with the way he carried himself, immediately gave me confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. What stood out most was his meticulousness. Fantastic experience: It is nice being greeted by someone who enjoys their work! The X-ray technician was professional then I went to my dental hygienist who does a fantastic job explaining things as she cleans and examines your teeth. Regina is my hygienist and I schedule my appointments with her! The dentist checked out my x-rays although I did not see him! To make my visit even better, the young lady who handles payments and billing took my Medicare card when I said I was told I could submit the paid bill and they would reimburse me for the cleaning! All in all, I would never go to another dentistry office since this one gets 5 stars for everyone that works there!

Fantastic experience: Dr Lozano is wonderful! He seems to be a great person and as a dentist....well, he is quite simply, the best. Then there is Kelli...the best hygienist I have ever had clean my teeth! And so sweet! The new building is wonderful with a great serene atmosphere. Getting reminders via text is such a good system! My mother liked Dr Lozano; so when I moved to North Florida in 2020, I chose him as my dentist, too. I am very particular about my dentists. My dad was a well known Florida preventive dentist who died too young in 1983. After he died, I struggled to find a good dentist. Once I found one, I went to him for many years. Then, I moved to Chiefland. I had met Dr Lozano when I brought mother to appointments. He seemed personable, caring, and knowledgeable. I am happy to be his patient. Kelli is my hygienist and I absolutely think she is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned today. They have the latest technology. It doesn't just make it easier on them, it makes it easier on the patient as well. A deep cleaning ultrasonic scaler! That is amazing, and instead of a polishing wheel and washing wheel, it leaves my gums and mouth refreshed. Absolutely the best.

Fantastic experience: I had 2 back uppers taken out many years ago and could not have implants because the bone would not support it. Dr Lozanos built a new base support that allowed an implanted tooth. And now, chomp, chomp, I can chew on my right side again

Fantastic experience: I took my dad to Advanced Dentistry after frustrating experience at another dental office. My dad’s teeth is in bad shape and one of them has been hurting. Dr. Bak took her time and did a thorough exam. Due to the condition of his bad tooth and overall heath of his gum/bone, she recommended us to see two specialists to see if the tooth can be saved. In addition, she also gave us the option of extract that teeth and provided a comprehensive plan to preserve his chewing ability.I wish I had found this office sooner.

Negative experience: Called to schedule an appointment, and you have to prepay for your consultation? Talk about establishing a relationship on a sour note. I pay after services are rendered, not beforehand.

Great text reminders, Dr L is so knowledgeable on current procedures, another dentist had me getting 3-4 implants due to low tooth structure, Dr L magically gave me crowns and later i could get an implant. I feel i trust Dr L and staff on fair prices and only necessary work unless asked for more. He is patient , gives time for questions and answers i can understand.If i’m in trouble i can call him and he answers and makes time if needed.
