Fantastic experience: After 54 years living out of state, I returned and needed a new Denist. I was lucky enough to find Thrive Dental. They were all outstanding, fron the front desk, the hygienist and the doctor. THE BEST! Just had my cleaning and the hygienist was great. Great place to do business.

Fantastic experience: Another great experience at Thrive Dental. Everyone is always welcoming. I had to get a crown today and the assistant that helped Dr. Yee, Miss Phyllis. You are an angel. Today I felt extra anxious and your calm presence made me feel so much better. Thank you for holding my hand during the shots and staying right by my side. Dr. Yee, as always, so friendly and informative. He takes the time to really listen and give you the best care plan. He even remembered my previous treatment and asked how that was holding up. Thrive always has a comfort menu with weighted blankets, pillows, and other comfort items to make you feel comfortable. I will continue to highly recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: These folks use to be awesome. But anymore, I go in and feel like I'm a new patient every time. Different folks at the front desk, with different info about me than the last folks have. While the people there are kind, I can't seem to get the feeling they have any grasp on my history and what all has been done and spoke about in the past. I no sooner get a hygienist who knows me and my issues and treats me well only to be switched out to someone new every time. It's like going into a new dental facility for the first time every time now. Again, the people are kind and try to help, but they will not remember anything about me and stress the crap out of the visit.

Fantastic experience: Oh my I was completely satisfied with my visit to Thrive Dental. What impressed me most of all was their Xray process. It was fast easy and very comfortable. Dr. A and the staff are always so respectful and glad to see me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my dental work done. Thank you Thrive Dental!!❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: 12/4/20Another award winner 2/6/2025 I had another fantastic experience at Thrive Dental Associates. 8/24/2024. Again, another stellar visit. 1/28/2024. Another stellar visit. 5/15/2023. Update. 4 month followup and routine cleaning. Thrive's staff is courteous, friendly, and efficient. A comfortable and pleasant experience. Update. All I can add 1/12/2023 is Thrive Dental is a first rate pleasant experience everytime I visit. Having dire situation with a NASTY infection and not being able to return to a previous Dentist. I found Thrive was in my insurance network. A quick phone call with Allison after explaining my circumstances she managed to get me worked in, the same day. Arrive, a warm greeting from Allison and a short wait to get in the exam chair. Well, the situation rapidly accelerated with Dr Yee from "let's have a look" to "get him scheduled for an oral surgeon ASAP".. Seeing my condition he was decisive in what was going to be required to fix it. The staff did the "hard work" for me in securing an appointment. So, my assessment. So good, so far. The rest is to be determined. My last dental experience is the reason I AVOID Dentist unless needed. UPDATE. The acute nature of the infection resulted in the Thrive crew and Dr Yee expediting a surgery appointment with Dr Dean, at the Oral & Maxillofacial Associates in Pensacola at 8am the next morning. The surgery was accomplished without any significant pain or discomfort. Dr. Dean and the facility were VERY busy but, I never felt neglected or put to the rear of the line. I'm genuinely surprised at how little pain I've had. Not the most pleasant thing but, the infection gone and recovering well. THANKS to all and all they accomplished in QUICK order to get this possibly life threatening situation eliminated.

Fantastic experience: Savannah, the hygienist, is wonderfully kind, sweet, patient, and gentle. Dr. A. is stellar! The lady at the desk who checked me out was also wonderful. I almost forgot to compliment the lady I spoke with over the phone who set my appointment; she is wonderful also. Everyone I came in contact with at Thrive Dental were kind, respectful, and made me feel at ease. In today’s world, it rare to have this experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Hello my husband was there to do first visit my insurance covers preventative care exam and some x rays they did 3 x rays that were only covered 80% they did not ask him prior to doing the x rays if he could afford to pay for them at the end they told him he had to pay he was very surprised he had to move some money around to pay it. I called up and I had some questions. I did tell Heather I could drive up there and we could call my insurance company together she told me they were too busy for that. I told her I understand I was looking for a new dentist but I will just keep my old one since they are so busy I do not think Heather understands that people do not have alot of money. I just came from my surgeons office to schedule an appointment to have part of my breast removed to determine if I have cancer

My mom was having some dental issues and got her in right away when others I called wouldnt or couldn't make time for her on short notice. I appreciate them so much. My mom's problem was solved quickly. Our whole family will be switching to Thrive asap.

Fantastic experience: Had to have a deep cleaning. I am a true dental phobic. Bethany was awesome, she had the patience of a saint. Teeth are a little sore tonight but I expected as much. Have to go back soon for more to be done but I know she’ll do all she can to make me as comfortable as possible!. I’d recommend Thrive.

Fantastic experience: Our primary dentist failed to re-new a contract with our dental plan so we were very fortunate to find Thrive Dental Associates who did accept our dental insurance. We were able to make appointments the very next day for dental care. It was a great experience. Note the most modern of x-Ray equipment, plus friendly and professional staff. We give them 6 stars out of 5. Yes, they exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences that I have had at a dental office! The office is beautiful! Very modern and up to date. The office staff are very friendly and professional. Annie my new hygienist is very sweet and professional . She explained everything that she was doing, showed me my X-rays and what was going on with my teeth. Dr. Jeff did a through exam and took the time to explain options. He was very personable and I am so Happy to make Thrive Dental my new dentist and will look forward to visiting them. One cool thing is the TV on the ceiling above your chair!! Also they also offer other amenities, such as a warming blanket if you are in need. They really know how to take care of there clients!!!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Thrive Dental! The staff at check in were very kind and informative about what their dental office has to offer. Dr. Chris took the time to make sure I had no unanswered questions at the end of my exam. The dental assistant Emily was friendly and eased my anxiety throughout the process, and the dental hygienist Savannah was gentle and thorough! My teeth look and feel great. I typically have anxiety about going to the dentist, as most people do, but I feel confident coming to Thrive for any of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Every staff member was extremely nice & sympathetic. My husband & I have been through a lot the last few years & then find out he needs major work when we are on a fixed income made me very teary but they were so understanding. The doctor was patient t with my husband because he has trouble understanding sometimes. They are also willing to help us with a payment plan. I got the yearly plan & that paid for all the X-rays they did. I plan on joining a soon as I can find the money to pay for it. Fantastic experience: Took my 22 month old daughter to get her teeth checked out. They were awesome there! Hygienist was very nice, she brought a stuffed alligator with teeth so my daughter could brush its teeth while waiting and she also took her to get a prize right behind the chair while I spoke with the dentist who I really liked as well! Fantastic experience: Wednesday’s visit was a very unpleasant one. My new partial was extremely tight and painful. I don’t think the dental assistant should have continued trying to put it in seeing how tight it was at the beginning. I ended up with cut and inflamed gums. It took many, many adjustments before I could even tolerate it in my mouth. Had to go back the next day for another adjustment. My mouth is still very sore. Other than that, the staff is great and super nice!

Fantastic experience: From the Receptionist to the Dentist and every single person in between, I had the best experience ever. Normally don't get anxious, for some reason I did at my 1st cleaning in a too long of a time. They immediately eased my fears and made me feel at home. They have a comfort menu from warming blankets to weighted blankets, massaging pads, anything you can imagine to watch, chargers for your phone. Thrive is definitely an awesome experience!!

Fantastic experience: I love coming here. They always make you feel very welcome with the items they offer you, and the staff is extremely friendly. I was in and out in 45 minutes and my teeth have never felt cleaner. We did have to book the appointment a good ways out but honestly i’m not mad about it and they call and text about a week before your appointment and the days leading up to ensure you don’t forget about your appointment. I’ve recommended this dentist to all my friends and family.

Negative experience: This was the most incompetent dental office I have ever been to. Do NOT go here if you need a professional dentist or any kind of cosmetic dental work done. Bad experience I’m 65 been to many dentist in my life. This was the worst. Good luck to anyone that chooses to go there.

Fantastic experience: For a lot of years I wouldn’t visit the Dentist because I was terrified of them from past childhood traumatic experiences with a local male dentist. I recently had to get a tooth pulled and had a great experience with Thrive. So much so that when I had a filling done this week I didn’t stress for days like I would in the past. I just went in and got it done. I have been using Thrive for the past couple of months in an attempt to catch up on cavities, cleanings etc. I joined the membership and it’s saved me a lot of money. I’m super excited to recommend Dr. A and Dr. Jeff. You can’t go wrong with this Dynamic Duo of Dentistry.

My son (6 yr. old) had to have his tooth extracted today and it’s because Dr. Yee and his staff took the time to talk him through everything, he was so calm. Fantastic experience: Everything I was looking for in a new dentist! First appointment was comfortable and thorough. Staff was very friendly and professional. Office was fresh, upbeat, and modern. I had significantly less pain and discomfort during the cleaning part of the appointment compared to my previous dentists office. They also have an excellent membership program for uninsured patients like me! The rest of my family will be transferring to Thrive right away.

Fantastic experience: I had a appointment yesterday and they got me back in a matter of time. The waiting room is so inviting and and water and coffee for your thirst. All of the Staff are very professional and friendly. Had my exam and teeth cleaning done in no time without pain. They made my 3 month follow up appointment and on my way. Very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Apparently this is THE place to be because it took a bit to get an appointment. But it was worth it! From the receptionist who greets you to the woman who checks you out, every staff member leaves you with the best first impression. They are kind, professional, and thorough. They even have a “comfort menu” if you’re anxious or need a distraction. If you have to be at the dentist office, this is the one you should choose.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing people working here. I have major discomfort when it comes to the dental offices, and they made me feel more than comfortable. My dental hygienist, Annie, made sure I wasn’t feeling any discomfort the whole time. The dentist, Dr. Chris, was also very friendly and thorough. They also have a comfort menu with things like weighted blankets to help with common anxieties that accompany being at the dentist. Ten for ten would recommend.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is AMAZING! After years of horrible experiences at dentists that left me with anxiety, I finally found the one place I feel comfortable at. Everybody there is so patient, understanding, and friendly. The dentist took his time with me and didn’t rush anything. They have so many different options to help people with anxiety from a sleep mask, full body massage mat, weighted blanket, and they have a tv on the ceiling where you can pick what show you want to watch. For anyone who hates the dentist or is scared of the dentist, please go here! You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: My five year old had a cavity. I took her to two other dentists first who were incredibly disappointing. Then I found this place through my local mom Facebook page, because everyone was raving about them… and with good reason; The front desk doesn’t answer the phone like they’re annoyed you’re calling. Allison is helpful, informative, and friendly. The greeting when you walk in is welcoming. The office is clean, the staff is awesome at their jobs and great with young kids (and their inquisitive mothers ). The dentist, Dr. A was wonderfully nice, smart, and took fantastic care of my young girl. They are Selfpay, but these days insurance isn’t covering much if anything. In fact, the place I went to that was in network was only $50 cheaper. And I would gladly pay that extra $50 if it meant I didn’t leave someone’s office frustrated. Thanks, Thrive! 100/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: This was probably the nicest, most comfortable dental office I have ever been! They offered water or coffee in the waiting room. Then in the exam room they offered a "menu" of comfort items such as a weighted blanket, an eye mask, a pillow, your choice of TV viewing on an overhead TV, Chapstick for your lips, and others I have forgotten. All the staff I met were exceptional! I would strongly recommend Thrive Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Thrive for a couple of years now! I went today for my second crown procedure and as always, was greeted warmly. I had Jade as my dental assistant and it was my first time with her and she was amazing! So kind and caring throughout even when I had to take a couple breaks. The Dental Office always works with me when I struggle to afford certain dental work, and is patient even when I need to reschedule multiple times. I’ll be so sad to leave them when I moved out of Florida this summer and have to find a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am amazed by Thrive Dental Associates. I had to get a very intense teeth cleaning today and they used numbing gel on my gums and gave me a heated massage mat with a neck pillow to help keep my back from spasming. They have an annual membership that is absolutely worth it if you do not have insurance and are completely transparent about pricing. Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeff and all the staff are wonderful at Thrive. I went in for a cleaning and exam Tuesday which was great but they found a few issues. They were able to schedule me for Thursday (two days later) to have some additional work done. Turned out I needed three filling. It was by far the greatest experience ever with any dentist. Zero pain, very quick, and very reasonable costs out of pocket. You have a life long patient now. Thanks again!!!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first visit to TDA. I have extreme anxiety with dental work and the staff was nothing short of excellent. Chelsea, the dental hygienist was informative and caring. Dr. Chris was friendly and detailed my plan to beautiful and functional teeth from beginning to end clearly. 5 STARS for sure!!

Fantastic experience: I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience with Thrive Dental. I had an issue where I got a nightguard that should have been covered by my insurance. After a denial that was going to lead to a $400+ charge and almost an hour spent with the insurance company with no results I contacted Thrive for advice. They went above and beyond and contacted the insurance carrier, advocating on my behalf and ensuring that it was covered, saving the holidays! This is on top of their exceptional service. As someone who hated the dentist and have had bad experiences in the past (Like just about everyone i've ever talked to) Thrive always takes excellent care of me. They always listen to my concerns and ensure I am comfortable at all times. They are friendly, attentive, remember just about everything i've mentioned in the past and go above and beyond to explain everything. If you have been putting off going to the dentist or have had a bad experience in the past, I implore you to give Thrive a chance, they absolutely stand as THE example of what going to the dentist, or really any service experience should be like.
