Fantastic experience: I called Chandler Park Dental Care at 3:00 PM, and they got my 8 year old with a chipped front tooth in, as a new patient, the very next morning at 8:00 AM! The staff was so sweet and eased her fears by making her super comfortable with them. She even watched YouTube videos on the overhead TV while she was getting her procedure done. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Another great job. I checked in, sat down and was called back for my semi annual cleaning by Andrea before my scheduled time. It was time for X-Rays and it was fast, easy and comfortable. She cleaned my teeth, did a fluoride treatment and Dr. Jackson checked everything to make sure I had no issues. I was done in about 45 minutes Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I stopped in to get an xray of my grandson. He is 19 and has Down syndrome. He needs to have his wisdom teeth checked. I walked in the door and caught Dr. Jackson. I explained that we have an issue with the machine circling his head. He wants to cooperate but his heart won’t let him stand still with the camera circling his head. Dr. Jackson said his staff would try. And try they did. They were calm and collected and gave him several chances to get it done! Unfortunately, we were not successful but I sincerely appreciated the group working with us! It is surprising how simple things can be so traumatic. We did live and will attempt the chore again!!!! I don’t have insurance so I was asking lots of questions about payment, money, etc. and no one made me feel weird about it at all. I had a previous bad experience at another dentist office 2 years ago and chandler park definitely made up for it. My crown has now been in for 3 days and I have no pain, a little in my cheek but my tooth is perfect! Can’t recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hall and the team are the most helpful and caring professionals that I have ever had the experience of working with in a dental environment. I had an extraction today that I was particularly anxious about (for absolutely no reason!). I never felt even the slightest pinch of discomfort and they took very good care of me in all aspects of the appointment. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I will be returning for all of my dental needs in the future.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment today and I was really impressed! I’ve had some not so great experiences with dentists in the past but from the second I stepped in the door I felt welcome. My hygienist, Mary, explained everything in depth to me and was super personable and friendly. Dr. Hall was also very kind and explained my treatment plan to me and answered any questions that I had. I usually feel anxious at the dentist but I felt very relaxed and comfortable here! I let them know about my sensitive teeth and they even adapted to that which I appreciated a lot. I’d definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth in the evening and the staff was able to get me in to see Dr Delpont the next day. They were very kind and I got a permanent crown done all in ONE DAY. They made me comfortable and I felt they genuinely cared. I won’t say I LOVE going to a dental appointment but Dr. Delpont and his staff were great. They were very concerned with my comfort and it’ll be so much easier going back for routine care. If you’re nervous about going to the Dentist, this is where you need to be!

Negative experience: A dental office that houses unbelievably amicable employees who bely the ineptitude of the doctor. I hate to write this review because everyone here is, as I said, so very nice, but you have to know that their skills as dental workers is not up to par. At the end of the day, you have to be able to do the job paid for and they cannot. I came to Chandler Park as a final checkup before moving, only to be told I had two cavities they could take care. I chose to have that taken care of only to be immediately met with issues. The doctor let the assistant take care of the filling after which I immediately noticed the contact was so tight I couldn't even get floss between my teeth and my bite was off and I could feel a ridge in my tooth now. I go back for a fix, the doctor works on it, can't find the ridge I speak of, but "fixes" the contact. Troubles remain and I feel soreness, a wrong bite, and food getting caught. I go back TWO more times until eventually she recommends redoing the entire thing herself. I figure I have no better options and allow the procedure. All seems to have been fixed outside of the ridge I can feel on my tooth that they can't find, but at least I can floss between the tooth and I don't feel that awful bite issue. I'll deal with it. Fast forward only four months later and the filling cracks! I'm not chewing rocks or hard candy mind you. I'm sitting around and feel my tooth break! I go to my new dentist and, lo and behold, without even mentioning the ridge or the contact issues I had, he identifies those problems (I feel him tap and prod the ridge they couldn't find and he mentions the bite issue being caused by a slight protrusion of the tooth shape) and fixes them first try. My contact is perfect, there's no food getting caught, my bite is better than ever, and the ridge is gone! I then get called by Chandler Park and they say I owe them another $200. THEY WERE BILLING MY INSURANCE EVERY TIME I CAME BACK TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE. Please choose someone else for your own sake. You don't want issues with your teeth and Chandler Park will squeeze every penny from you, even if it's their fault you're coming back, and they can't even get a simple filling right after FOUR tries.

First of all, let’s talk about Andrea, the hygienist with hands so gentle I’m not entirely convinced she’s not part angel, part tooth-whisperer. I hadn’t been in for a year (don’t judge me, life got lifey), but when I walked in, she greeted me like I’d just been there yesterday. Either Andrea has a good memory or this team is just that skilled at making you feel like an absolute VIP. And I think it’s the second option! Then there’s Dr. Delpont — the man, the myth, the molar legend! He’s not just an excellent dentist (which, let’s be real, is important), but he also genuinely cares about his patients and praises his team. Do you know how rare that is? The whole office has this warm, welcoming energy that makes you feel like you’ve accidentally walked into a cozy retreat, not a dental clinic. No uncomfortable silences, no judgmental glances, and absolutely no out-of-date magazines cluttering the waiting area. It’s basically the resort of dental offices — they even have the tiny warm towels! If you’re looking for a place where your teeth, your comfort, and your name really matter, this is it. 10/10 would recommend. And I’m definitely not waiting a whole year again — probably.

Just a country girl with a limited income. I went to see Dr. Eli Jackson today, and was treated with the upmost respect and loving care. Mary, my hygienist, was great with helping me with a plan that fit my budget and still get my smile back. I'm blessed to be under the care of Dr. Jackson and staff. Fantastic experience: My first visit was extraordinary. Making an appointment andvregistering were a breeze. Staff members were all so pleasant and thorough with me and among each other. Care was taken to ensure I understood all that was being done and what the exam results meant in terms of next steps, treatment options, timelines and more. Referrals to an endodontist and oral surgeon were necessary and appointments were set up by Chandler before I left the office. Look forward to continuing the steps of the treatment plan with Dr Hall and Mary once the specialist visits are complete.

Fantastic experience: Updated Review 3-20-25: Chandler Dental is an outstanding practice who always puts the patient’s needs, comfort and wellbeing first. Last evening my implanted crown loosened and detached. Dr. Hall and Melissa took me in the next morning as a non-scheduled appointment. They both took the time from their busy schedule to not only examine the crown, but worked diligently to repair and re-attach it while eliminating my anxiety and minimizing the cost I would incur. The entire staff are always extremely friendly, polite and professional. They always ensure patients are welcomed, comfortable and leave with smile. Chandler Dental is a highly professional and compassionate organization offering the complete suite of dental procedures. I've personally experienced getting a needed a crown and having a full teeth cleaning all under conscious sedation within a morning visit. The entire staff are welcoming, professional and always demonstrate sincere concern for a patients comfort and well-being. I always feel confident in their care and very happy with the results. Negative experience: I just moved back to area and was looking for local dental care. I went there as a new patient for a dental cleaning. The exam was lengthy with lots of sales pitches for teeth improvements. I felt like the cleaning portion was very rushed and not all that gentle. The building is very nice inside. I don't feel like this is the place for me.

They are transparent with billing. Doctors Hall and Delpont are compassionate and patient with my young kids, especially when they need to drill. Andrea is the best hygenist. Negative experience: At the very beginning I couldn't have asked for more. Had top teeth pulled and a temp set on top. Had to have a deep clean on bottom. No I did not expect this to be free. I am still paying on a credit card for this. I was told I had an overage check for around 600. So I had an appt to get a cleaning and they were going to cut the check. Now all of of a sudden I have cavities and need 2 crowns and an x-ray and the girl that did my feelings to begin with are falling out. Denture doesn't fit at all. Have an appt set up for a second opinion. Others with Dentures that had this done hadn't had any problems. I feel like it's a money scam at this point.
