Dr. Patel did a wonderful job on fixing my cracked crown way in the back of my mouth. I felt no pain at all! I also want to thank Anna for making the scheduling possible so that Dr. Patel could do the work on my visit instead of my having to come back for another visit, since we live quite far away. And my tech Row was so kind to me and made me so comfortable. Also, thanks to the first young lady who took x-rays. Negative experience: I recently moved to the area and chose Romeoville Dental Center because of their high ratings. My first appointment (about 6 months ago) went great — the hygienist was amazing, friendly, and thorough. I was told I had a few teeth to watch, but nothing urgent. At my second appointment in April, I was surprised to be told I now had two cavities. It had been years since I needed dental work other than wisdom teeth removal, so I was nervous and wanted a second opinion before agreeing to any drilling. I decided to drive over an hour back to my previous dentist. Trying to get my dental plan from this office was frustrating — I had to call three times. The first two calls were with the same person, who kept trying to push me into making another appointment rather than giving me the information I requested (which was already on my records). Thankfully, the third time I called, someone else answered and gave me what I needed right away. At my appointment with my old dentist, it was confirmed that I did not need any fillings. They explained and even showed me why the spots were not cavities. I’m thankful I got a second opinion, but it’s disappointing that I had to drive so far just to get clear answers. While some of the staff here are friendly and the hygienist was wonderful, my overall trust in the recommendations I received was shaken. I prefer to preserve my natural teeth when possible, and this experience left me questioning their treatment suggestions.

Fantastic experience: Five stars isn’t enough! The staff there are absolutely WONDERFUL!! I took my 8 year old son there for the first time and Jamie took such great care of him. Fantastic experience: I recently went in for an exam and deep cleaning, after years of avoiding due to being anxious from previous dental work, and I could honestly say I had a great experience. The entire staff is amazing and really made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They were patient with me and thoroughly explained my questions and concerns. Fantastic experience: I was extremely impressed with the personnel from the upfront desk persons, the assistants, the dental hygenist--who took a whole lot of time cleaning my teeth (I love having my teeth cleaned), and the dentist. I definitely will recommend them. My first recommendation will be for my husband to make an appointment. Could you email me the names of those who took care of my teeth. I forgot their names already.

Positive experience: The cleaning went well. But when I went to leave, I was hit with a $375.00 to renew my insurance. In which I will not be using until I go back in May for my next cleaning. I do not understand why I should have to pay for something I will not use for 6 mouths and I'm on a fixed income. I really cannot afford this right now.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I both have been patients here for the last year and have been very happy with the service we have received. They are thorough, upfront with making sure you understand costs, procedures, and your options. All of the staff members are very friendly, they clearly love and care about what they do, and about their patients. That being said, the reason I am compelled to write a 5 star (more if I could!) review is because of the outstanding job they did with my son today. We have delayed taking him to the dentist because he has Sensory Processing Disorder and is very sensitive about his mouth especially, so I knew he would have a hard time at the dentist. None of the "sensory specialist" dentists recommended by his occupational therapist were covered by our insurance, and since my husband and I both have been happy here, I called and made him an appointment and explained my concerns for him. I was truly blown away by how patient, kind, and concerned they were about giving him an excellent and positive first experience with the dentist. Not only did we make it through the exam, xrays, cleaning and fluoride treatment without any issues, but he absolutely LOVED the whole experience! He came home and told my husband that going to the dentist is AWESOME! ❤️ I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Patel, Abby, Audrey, and the entire RDC office for making this such a wonderful experience for both my son and his nervous momma! Truly outstanding service.

Fantastic experience: I love coming to Romeoville Dental Center! On September 27, I came in for my routine appointment and saw Kim, Ro, and Dr. Sheikh. They all were so kind to me and spent so much time with me. I loved seeing all of them and I look forward to my next visit to Romeoville Dental Center!

Negative experience: They are very friendly and amazing people who will make sure you that you get taken care of. My only concern or complaint is that the male dentist didn’t say or tell me how he was gonna take out my teeth and it has made me feel very uncomfortable with myself because of it. I am 110% sure if I could go back in time I’d probably cancel the appointment to get them pulled and probably would have went to another dentist place, but overall they are amazing people.

Fantastic experience: Went a few months back due to an emergency and now I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else. They took me in right away and were so friendly. They helped me put a plan in place to make sure my teeth are staying healthy. You can definitely tell that all doctors and staff truly care about the patients and their health!

Fantastic experience: First time visiting the dental center yesterday because I needed an upper retainer replacement. I had lost mine the day before. I got aligners through an orthodontist at a different state and just recently moved so I needed a retainer replacement asap without having to wait weeks for it. I came in around 3, had a consultation and molds made for my retainer and it was ready for pickup by 5:30! Everyone in the office was extremely welcoming and nice, from the front desk to the dentist and dental assistants who helped me. The office was very clean as well and I was in and out within 35 minutes. Also very cost effective, one retainer cost about $75 which in my opinion is a deal. The retainers are sturdy, fit very well and are smooth around the edges. I will definitely be back for a dental cleaning and for my future checkups and I recommend everyone to give this center a try!

Negative experience: Went there for a root canal , the dr did something wrong to the tooth during the root canal , had another appointment with him and he told me that i have to go to a specialist to fix that since he doesn’t know what he’s doing , so i had to go to a root canal specialist who had me to have a surgery to fix what he did !! , romeoville dental center charged me about $2700 for the root-canal i paid in cash , i asked for a refund since he made it worse but the doctor didn’t want to refund that !!!! Very unprofessional , , most of the 5 stars reviews are prob fake ! ,stay away from them , they only care about the money !!

Fantastic experience: It's been a long time since I had dentist appointment I showed up here on the wrong day and they said they would take care of me anyway even though it was a busy day for them everyone I talked to during the process was great and made me feel at ease . After the evaluation they determined the tooth needed to be removed the dental hygienist assured me I would not feel any pain my first time getting a tooth pulled when the doctor came in she had the tooth pulled in under a minute and no pain at all sorry I forgot there names but I was just amazed how simple they made the whole process all I can say is THANK YOU

Fantastic experience: In dire need of a possible root canal procedure (ASAP). Dr. Patel & staff worked me in to the schedule for evaluation and treatment. After exam, it was determined that a root canal was needed, and they proceeded immediately. Apparently the tooth had an atypical root structure, requiring additional time and effort to properly treat. All was done in a very kind and patient manner. Now pain-free, and a successful root canal. Thanks to Dr. Patel and the staff!

Positive experience: Nice Office, Friendly Staff. Were able to get me in on an emergency basis. Only thing I had some concerns were their payment plans, were not as affordable as it could of been.

I love that they have friendly email reminders with your appointment times and texts to confirm or deny appointments. Everything they do is top notch! I recommended to come in and see them! Fantastic experience: This was my first time there on a emergency type visit. I am a big chicken when it comes to the dentist. I had to have a tooth pulled. Everything from the experience was wonderful. From the front desk to the dental hygienists to the dentist (Dr. Nina) and procedure. Wish I found them years ago. Fantastic experience: I can’t rave enough about Dr. Sheikh. I’ve been getting my Botox with her for the last 3 years and not only is she the sweetest, but I’ve never ever had an issue with my injection sites!! And of course she’s beautiful so I want to look like her lol I love the staff here too!! Never a bad experience.

I would even say my cleaning was relaxing :) I needed a filling and they were able to take care of it right after my cleaning. I love how efficient they are at helping their patients save trips whenever possible. Dr. Sheikh and Ana made the procedure so smooth and easy!

Fantastic experience: I was able to book a last minute appointment for my grandpa and they accommodated him right away. Dr. Shiekh, Yesenia and Suzy were amazing at helping him leave pain free! He came in with severe pain and they were able to take care of the problem immediately and address some other cavities as well to have his partial fit better. Negative experience: I usually give 5 stars however this visit I cannot because I need to say my feelings were really hurt by the young lady doing my Teeth Cleaning. I have never met her before. And when I opened my mouth to have my teeth cleaned she stated, “Boy you’ve spent a lot of time in this chair”. To say I was surprised is an understatement. If anyone understands sometimes saying nothing is kind. Of course I know how many times I have visited the dentist I’m 60 years old. I’m also keeping their business alive along with all the others who get their teeth cleaned, caps replaced or whatever is needed. I tried to call the office however was put off as the “Office Manager wasn’t in”.

Negative experience: Years ago I was there to get one filling, and they filled it. Then said there's another bad cavity and offered to fill it, but I would be paying 2 for the price of one. Then after they filled the second said no I have to pay for both in full. They were being rude about it to, lying about what I had to pay. Now that bill is in collections although I did pay the part of the bill for just the one filling. I don't feel I have to pay the other half of that bill after being basically scammed into it. They also charged over $800 for just ONE wisdom tooth removal, even though it was very erupted. It's supposed to be cheaper for an erupted wisdom tooth removal and $800 for just one removal is insane. They would constantly try to talk me into getting multiple things done in one visit even though I could only afford one thing that day. Also their fillings all fell out within 2 weeks even though I wasn't eating rocks. They seemed to only care about the money and kept sending me phone calls and letters to me to pay for something I got lied about to.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Romeoville Dental for a long time I love it there they are like family! I recently had a consultation with Dr Sheikh for BOTOX at the same very location where I trust them with my teeth and I am happy to say Dr Sheikh did an amazing job. I have had Botox done before but Dr Sheikh listened to me gave advice and delivered as promised! I will be back!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Romeoville Dental Center. I have been going to this office for almost 20 years. Dr. Patel and Dr. Nina are the best; they are professional, friendly and caring. His staff is great and always willing to help. Especially Jamie (dental hygienist) is excellent; she is gentle and very professional, always making me feel very comfortable. Thanks to Dr. Patel, Dr. Nina and all his staff, I have healthy teeth and a great smile!

Fantastic experience: Romeoville Dental Center hands down was one of my best experiences at the dentist. I even had two wisdom teeth pulled. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. Dr. Umang Patel was very attentive and did an excellent job.

Fantastic experience: Staff is amazing! Highly recommend this dental/Orthodontist office it’s the best ! Just finished my Invisalign treatment and I have to say that Dr Nina and madeline did a great job at helping me reach my smile goals and they are both so kind. Abby the hygienist is also amazing and super gentle and always makes me feel comfortable. 10/10 office

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is so nice and very professional. They take their time and explain everything to you. They genuinely care about your health and any concerns you have. They are also fantastic with litte kids! They were very patient with my 22 month old and made him feel comfortable! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Nina. Her assistant was Maddie they were very efficient. They laughed at all my jokes and calmed me and let me know what they were doing every step of the way. The work done was not expensive. I would recommend this practice of Drs. Rose Tynan

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I had at a dentist office. Everyone was great. This was emergency visit to have a tooth extracted. I'm from out of town and working in Romeoville. I called to see if I could get in and my tooth was extracted in about hour. Very with their service.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever had! Always makes me feel comfortable and the staff is amazing! I moved to Wisconsin over 2 years ago and drive to IL because I don't trust anyone else with my teeth! Would recommend to anyone!
