Fantastic experience: They were so kind and understanding of my worries and concerns. They reassured me and helped me feel more comfortable.

Fantastic experience: During my first consultation visit with doctor Parker Allison, Jaden the assistant was so kind and welcoming as well as the front desk staff they’re all very helpful. Explained everything step-by-step, Dr Allison sat with me and went over every single section of my mouth on the x-ray. He checked the lymph nodes in my neck and in my mouth because I have lymphedema. I have never had a dentist be that thorough. He was kind, he was personable, his bedside manner is beyond compare. I feel safe, and I felt that I could trust Dr Allison with my care. Which is tough for me because I have suffered a great deal of dental trauma. I’m not afraid of the dentist, I just haven’t been able to trust that they won’t do damage to my mouth. But I did not feel that way with Dr. Parker Allison. When I went in a week later for my first appointment I had small cavities across eight or 10 of my top front teeth right at the lines I also had an old bridge that had been placed 20 years earlier it was cracked and a cavity had formed on one of the teeth underneath. Having that replaced was a pretty big deal and having all the fillings done in front of my mouth was a pretty big deal as well. A doctor Allison offered me conscious sedation, every step of the way he communicated with me he was gentle, and he was generally concerned about my comfort. The new bridge is perfect. And not only did he fill the cavities in the front of my teeth but with his cosmetic skills, he literally reshaped my teeth making them look straighter and more even. I couldn’t really tell how good my teeth looked when he first showed them to me because my mouth was so numb and I could barely move my lips. But after I came home and took a long nap after the sedation dentistry, I immediately went to brush my teeth and when I looked at my front teeth I literally cried. for the first time in 60 years of life I was no longer ashamed to smile. Dr Parker Allison, Jaden, Jody, the entire staff are the most loving, and compassionate people I have ever met. Dr. Parker will be my dentist for the rest of my life and I would refer him and Hall dentistry to anyone seeking kind, loving care, from truly genuinely loving people. I praise God for each of them, every one. This is an establishment filled with the old school love for their patients, with all the benefits of modern skills and tech technologies. I still have several visits ahead of me but I am no longer filled with anxiety and dread a whole week before my appointment, as a matter of fact I never felt anxiety or dread. I felt completely any knowing that I was truly in good hands. My apologies for the long review that I can’t say enough good things about this doctor or this practice. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone seeking compassionate, competent dental care.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so kind, Dr Allison and Jaden were just wonderful. I’ve never had a dentist check my lymph nodes before but he did. He explained everything to me and all of the options available to me because I will need quite a bit of work done due to trauma to my mouth. My first visit To begin the work is December 17th So I will update my rating as we work through this process. But I will say that Dr Parker Allison, Jaden the dental assistant, and all of the staff were absolutely wonderful. Very kind loving atmosphere flows throughout their office. I was very comfortable there and I have Confidence that I can truly trust Dr. Parker to take good care of me. I thank them all for the kindness and compassion they have shown me.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Hall and his staff made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety the minute I walked in. They did offer me some medicine (while there) to ease my fears, but I ended up being ok without it. It was nice to know that it is an option.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Hall. From the start, Taylor was able to get me in quickly and accommodate my needs as I have a broken ankle and limited mobility. Bailey spoke to my insurance company with me and we figured out my OOP costs. Nikki did my cleaning and was incredibly understanding of my anxieties. There was a list in the office of accommodations for anxious people, which made me feel safe and cared for. Nikki was gentle and constantly checking with me to make sure I was okay. Then, Dr. Barkley-Hall came in and she was one of the sweetest humans I have ever come across. This was truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I have horrible medical anxiety and avoid going to the dentist as much as I can, but these ladies made it to where I’m not afraid to come back - specifically to Hall, of course. On my first visit they noted that my wisdom teeth were on the verge of breaking and needed to come out, which no dentist before had mentioned. Scheduling the surgery was super easy, and it was done in what felt like 30 minutes, even if it was almost 3 hours. They communicate well and make sure everything you may need is taken care of. 10/10 recommended!

Fantastic experience: I needed a new crown. Dr. Hall’s staff was able to get me in the next day. He can make the new crown right in his office! It was a two hour procedure that required no impressions or waiting several weeks. The crown fit perfectly as soon as he put it in. I’m so happy with this. Fantastic experience: Imagine it is the end of the evening, and you are enjoying your dinner when you realize that you have just broken part of a crown. One thing that I have always been able to depend on is knowing that I would be in good hands when I entered the dental office with Dr. Joshua Hall. He assessed the damage and recommended a new crown. He carefully numbed the area and started the procedure, and worked diligently to deliver the new crown. One of the benefits of being in his dental office is that he can make the crown while I wait. Fantastic experience: I just finished my Invisalign treatment, and I’m really happy with the results. The process took some time and discipline, but it was 100% worth it in the end. The trays were clear and very discrete, so most people didn’t even notice I was wearing them. I liked that I could take them out when eating or brushing. It made things way easier than dealing with brackets or wires. One thing that really stood out was how attentive Dr. Hall was throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain each step, which helped me feel a lot more comfortable. Toward the end, before wrapping everything up, he made sure I was completely happy with how my smile turned out. That level of care really made a difference. There were a few moments of pressure or tightness when switching to a new set of trays, but nothing too bad. It’s definitely a commitment since you have to wear them consistently, but the payoff is a straighter smile without the hassle of traditional braces. Fantastic experience: I decided to call and make a new patient appointment BUT I woke up with an awful tooth ache! I called first thing (remember I am not a patient yet) and the receptionist was so kind and said, “sure, come on it.” Dr. Hall and all the staff were just wonderful and super kind. I ended up with an abscessed tooth and he fixed it. Such a kind practice and yes I finally made an appointment to establish care with them!

Granted, his needs were extensive - 4 fillings and 3 extractions, as he is a skilled nursing patient and has not visited a dentist in several years. Yet they unwaveringly delivered. My hat is off to them, as I coordinated this visit from a different state. If I lived in B'ham, they would absolutely be my dentist of choice!

Fantastic experience: Just located to birmingham. Had no Dentist and a very painful infected back tooth. Set up my appointment on line on sat to be seen on Monday A miracle! Tooth had to be removed and as infected as it was the Dr spent as much time as it took to deaden the pain which seems like it was 30 minutes in order to remove the tooth I don’t think it could have been accomplished with any less pain or professionalism. Thanks Dr will be a patient there forever

Fantastic experience: My appointment was scheduled very quickly from initial contact. Upon entry, the office staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was seen at my appointment time with practically no wait. My hygienist was excellent and the Dentist was prompt and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to see Dr Hall for 19 years now. Excellent dental care and prevention. Dr Hall has done everything from crowns to fillings along with regular cleanings and check ups. I really want to shout out Peyton who is a fantastic hygienist. I have had a lot of hygienists over the years. Peyton is very gentle and does a great job of explaining what she is doing and why. Really appreciate that! Great service all the time!
