Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to begin !! From when I called and made my first appointment the customer service was top tier.Samantha is a true gift she gave me the push I needed to finally make the first step in my dental comeback journey. I have never felt so seen and appreciated at a dentist office . A little backstory for me I was extremely terrified of the dentist due to past trauma. I went into the office they did not make me feel awful for my poor dental hygiene that I have neglected for a long period of time . They sat and spent time with me I was able to pour my heart out even cry in the office and the staff were so gentle . There are two other special people I HAVE TO shoutout in the office. The FIRST is Dr. Diem Do , he was so gentle and caring but very thorough . I seriously can't thank him enough. The other rockstar is Chevis she was so patient and kind with me . She literally did everything in her power to make me feel comfortable and welcomed .I left with a treatment plan and a journey to healthy teeth . My next couple of appointments were scheduled with clear price list of the exact cost . I really appreciated the transparency of price provided to me by the office . Lastly I can’t forget to mention the aesthetic of this dentist office . When you walk in , you transport into a Christmas wonderland it makes you feel at home . If you were on the fence about it let this be your sign to go !! YOU WILL NOT REGET IT !!!!

Fantastic experience: This is hands down the BEST dentist office I’ve been to- the staff alone is phenomenal - Super friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. They also have the latest tech available for their patients- and is the ONLY place in LA that has the Airflow machine for cleanings- everyone else is still using stuff invented last century - this airflow machine is a game changer- you can see and feel a difference immediately following the cleaning. Also, they have something called a comfort menu that they offer, including things like aromatherapy eye, massagers, headphones, hot towels, and other things that make going to the dentist feel like a spa day- i’ll never go anywhere else - this is my family‘s favorite for all the different reasons you can think of!

Fantastic experience: My recent visit to the dental office was truly the best experience I've ever had, thanks to the warm, family-like atmosphere they foster. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making me feel right at home. They took the time to explain each step of my treatment, ensuring I understood the procedures and felt comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Tami and Ms. Jentill were fabulous. Not only skilled but also incredibly personable, answering all my questions with patience and detail. Leaving the office, I felt not only well-cared for but also educated about my dental health, making it a truly exceptional visit. Update: I had an amazing experience with my Invisalign treatment at Smile in Style! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly welcoming, supportive, and professional. They always made me feel comfortable at every appointment, and I actually looked forward to coming in each visit. My results turned out even better than I expected. I couldn’t be happier with my smile! The whole process was smooth, and the team made everything easy to understand. I truly enjoyed my entire Invisalign journey here and highly recommend Smile in Style to anyone considering treatment!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely loved my experience here from the first phone call. I haven’t been to the dentist in over a decade. I cracked a tooth and luckily Dr. Tami had time so I was seen the same day. She didn’t just focus on my issue her and Jentill advised me of other things they saw that could lead to more issues. The office is awesome and the amenities they offer to make you feel more at ease are great. You can tell the staff gets along and communicates well with each other. When it was time for my cleaning with Jade she already knew what needed to be done and advised me of my at home steps. If afraid to get into seeing a dentist because it has been too long or former bad experiences this is the place to start with. I have found my forever dental office.

Fantastic experience: I went to Smile in Style yesterday for the first time, and I’ve got to say, it was the first time I’ve ever enjoyed going to the dentist. Dr. Nguyen and Ms. Jentill squeezed me in and made me feel like a friend even with my anxiety. They have an amazing staff who are very patient and kind. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tami, as well as the whole staff, is just amazing. She takes such good care of both of my children. My daughter (8) is afraid of the dentist, but she helped her get over her fears. She really enjoys going to the dentist now. Dr. Tami includes her in the treatment plan, and allows her to feel like she has some input in the decisions we make. She has seen my son since he was 18 months old, and he just loves going visit them. They treat us like royalty the minute we walk through the door. They even text us the next day to check on us. At my previous dentist’s office, I was told I had multiple cavities that would require fillings. Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen, Chevis, Jade and Sam were all very welcoming and supportive. I loved this office right from the get go. The hygienist, Jade did an amazing job with the GBT equipment. Dr. Nguyen is an excellent provider. She is very knowledgeable and educative with all dental related questions. Chevis was very detailed and informative that by the time Dr. Tami came in I was already well informed as to what my oral health looked like and what all of their “high tech” stuff did haha I must say she was super knowledgeable ! Fantastic experience: My experience at Smile in Style was life changing. My first appointment was on June 4th. I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist due to not seeing one in years. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ms Trinh. Her smile and energy was contagious. She guided me through the new patient registration. It was very easy and quick. Then I was greeted by Ms Megan she was the dental assistant who took care of me with Dr Tami Nguyen. She also had an energy that lit up the room. That’s very important for me because I’ve experienced many instances when health care professionals were rude and not empathetic to patients. Once I entered into Dr. Nguyen’s Office we immediately started catching up. I couldn’t believe one of my earliest childhood friends and classmate is now a doctor in dentistry. After we finished catching she went straight to business. The question she asked that stood out to me the most was “What would you rate your dental health and where would you like it to be.” This helped me to be open and reflect. That’s when I knew this place isn’t your ordinary dentist office. I love how the staff cater to your needs but also want you to grow. After we did our initial consult Ms Megan took me to a room and took thorough photos of my teeth and did 3D imaging. I thought that was the coolest experience ever. Once all of the images were compiled Dr. Nguyen performed her analysis, then came in and gave me a thorough breakdown of areas of concerned but instead of just telling me they showed it to me and created a treatment plan which I love. The first visit was about cleaning my teeth and I was taken care of by one of the most amazing and experienced hygienist around Ms Jade. She took excellent care of my teeth and made sure I had my comfort kit! I really appreciated that Dr Nguyen assisted in this process also by administering my anesthesia. I felt no pain during this process. My teeth look amazing and I love all of the homeopathic products they gave me to use to maintain my progress. My 2nd visit confirmed that the staff love their job and are not putting on an act but genuinely care for their patients. I was left in the care of Ms Jade and Dr Tami along with Ms Megan assisting. Ms Jade took care of my one week maintenance and Dr Tami took care of my sealants. I’m extremely pleased with the work done and can’t wait to continue my journey into getting my dental health to where I want to be. Before I left I finally got to meet Dr Diem Do. I appreciated that he made time to come and introduce himself. I truly admire his investment in his practice by implementing more progressive and modern techniques in dentistry and making sure his staff is working with up to date and quality equipment. I highly recommend Smile in Style to everyone and I’m very happy to call them family. Special Congratulations to Dr. Nguyen on her 5th year anniversary in dentistry. Fantastic experience: Dr. Do has always been the only dentist I feel completely comfortable with. He was my regular dentist for years until I moved and started seeing one closer to home. I recently had an experience with another dentist who gave me a filling and it popped out several times for no apparent reason (at least none that they detected). I had sensitivity in that tooth ever since the other dentist filled it. The other dentist continued to tell me there was nothing wrong with the tooth or the filling. They said "sometimes that just happens" and sent me on my way like I was imagining it. They even did x-rays and found nothing. But, I feared something was wrong and I got a second opinion from Dr. Do and he found the problem immediately. Thank goodness too, because the problem was of the sort that would have only gotten worse. He was easy to talk to, understanding and validated my concerns. He did exactly what I hoped - i.e., acknowledged that I had a legitimate concern and did what needed to be done to address it. The technology at his office is by far more advanced than any other dentist I've ever treated with making a lot of things I once avoided more realistic. For example, they don't need to put any device in your mouth to create a mouth guard. The other dentist I had used some thick puddy-like stuff in a tray that felt like it would rip all of my teeth out just to get an impression (which was especially concerning since that filling was already popping out). Dr. Do uses an imaging system that does not require anything like that in your mouth. He was also able to tell me that my current mouth guard was not appropriate for my bruxism - which I suspected after much research - but my other dentist was dismissive of this concern as well - despite continued bruxism-related issues. He even looked up my medications and found that one of them can cause bruxism. He also has some pretty awesome imaging technology that makes it more physically comfortable to get x-rays and provide much more information that is easy for a lay person to understand. For example, they use AI to detect cavities or fractures before more mainstream technology can detect it. It can tell you the percentage of tooth that has filling and the percentage of bone loss. They take actual photos, not just x-rays. This made it a lot easier for me to see what was going on and understand the things he was explaining as opposed to just looking at black and white x-rays and taking their word for it. Additionally, Dr. Do has a menu of options to help you relax when you are getting a procedure, such as a massaging eye mask; noise-cancelling headphones with music of your choice; aromatherapy; weighted blankets; and much more. There is no extra charge for these things! With other dentists, I've thought about bringing my own headphones but could never bring myself to do that because I always feared if something happened, I wanted to be alert, just in case. I've never felt that way with Dr. Do. I never tense up with him. Rather, I could fall asleep in his chair while he's using his drill! Also, his staff is amazing. Jentill assisted him throughout my procedure and she was very attentive and understanding. We even chatted a bit while waiting for the novocaine to kick in as opposed to her rushing out. So, I felt at ease and not alone and anxious. Tren, who scheduled me and helped me with financing was also great. She was easy to talk to and made sure I was comfortable with the financing that we discussed. She made sure we found something that worked for my budget and I was able to have my tooth repaired that same day. Dr. Do just celebrated 30 years of practice and it shows in the quality of his work. You can tell that he chooses his staff, his technology, and everything else in his office with a level of meticulousness that is very rare in any profession. He doesn't just make you feel comfortable. He makes you feel safe!

(She’s great )You should visit this place If you want to feel like a VIP. I actually just got promoted to Diamond or V-V-V-VIP. Don’t feel bad if you’re bronze VIP at first. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I would like to take the time to personally thank every member of the team at Smile in Style. I am so excited about my new dental family, I don’t even know where to begin. My experience was over the top. Being that I am a healthcare professional myself, I am highly critical of my environment and my service. I would like to take a moment to share a little story about myself and how I came to know of Smile in Style. Currently, I am a practicing RN in the field of home dialysis. My previous dentist of 20+ years no longer accepted my health insurance plan. That was approximately 2yrs ago. Being that I am deathly afraid of the dentist, I have neglected my care since that time. I began to share my story with my close cousin and he recommended Dr. Do with Smile in Style as he has been a patient himself almost the entire time the office has been open. If not the entire time. So, I immediately scheduled my initial appointment. This is where all the fun began. From the moment I entered the building, I was treated with the utmost respect I have ever received at any healthcare institution. I was warmly greeted (using my name even though we never met) by Sam with the front office staff and promptly checked in. I was promptly escorted to the back to meet with Dr. Do in his office and not a treatment room to review my medical history and my expectations of dental care. Then, immediately met with Megan to further my intake process to include X-ray and pictures. Can I add, I have never experienced anything this thorough. Next, Dr. Do, entered the treatment space to complete an in-depth assessment and review the findings. Lastly, I was brought into the offices, where I met Trinh to discuss my plan of care. What an amazing job she did with the review of the plan of care and breakdown of the payments. I was even allowed the opportunity to start my treatment plan the next day. Of course, I accepted. There was no stone left unturned with this visit. I would like to award this healthcare institution 100 stars. Lastly, I would like to mention the humbleness of Dr. Do and staff to ask for not only my business, but my entire family. Most institutions treat you as take it or leave it. We will be fine without you. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Dr. Do and every member of his team. TEAM is an understatement of the environment. It takes a lot of patience, respect for others, humility, understanding, and value for all to create the space at Smile in Style. Negative experience: The last visit I had was for my son, he had a tooth that required a filling. Was told by the office, insurance would not cover because that tooth was just filled 6 months ago. I'm not sure if they didnt want to process the insurance or just wanted a cash sale. Either way I went to another Dentist , the correct code was used and promblem solved. I guess the office manger didn't think I would understand dental coding. I would recommend asking questions about how your estimate is coded and following up with your dental insurance, can't trust everything someone tells you.

Fantastic experience: My experience here was amazing. This was my first time here and it had been a while since my last check up. I was expecting just the standard old experience at the dentist. This was anything but that. The people who work here really cater to you and make you feel as comfortable as possible while you’re there. They’ll ask you about the things that you make your dental visits unpleasant and try to find solutions that work for you. The team here is also very knowledgeable and they really helped me out with understanding what was going on with my teeth and gums. I really appreciate their help at my visit yesterday and I would highly recommend this place especially if you have any fears of the dentist. Just had my second visit for my fillings and the fine folks at Smile in Style exceeded my expectations again. The process was quick, easy, and painless. And they also offered me a “comfort menu” with a few different things on it such as NC headphones, back massager, and knee pillows to list a few. All in all, great place with great staff. Still highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had the most comfortable experience. Ms.Tami and Ms.Jentill make me feel comfortable in just their presence. I just overall have a good time every time I come and it’s an enjoyable experience and never overstimulating.! I’m back here again at my favorite place with my favorite people. Fantastic experience: I just had the best time today at the dentist! Yes, the dentist! I've been going to the dentist all my life, but I've never experienced a visit like the one I had today. From the moment I walked in the door until the end of my appointment, I was in total shock and awe! The staff wanted to get to know me and actually talked with me instead of just at me. They offered various amenities to make me comfortable during my visit, which was definitely a first for me. Fantastic experience: Everybody at Smile in Style is wonderful! I had bad experiences with my previous dentist which lead me to avoid the dentist for too long, but I had an emergency that needed to be taken care of ASAP. They got me in right before the holidays and got me set up with an appointment to replace a crown that had fallen out. I have had bad experiences with anesthetics and numbing in the past to the point of getting sick, but they are truly experts at making it a completely painless and comfortable experience. When you’re in the back it’s like a mini spa with the way the staff caters to your wants and needs. I’m so glad I noticed the office on the way to drop my kids off to school. Fantastic experience: My experience was and is extraordinary and flawless. The entire process was seamless and comforting. Initially, I wanted to get cosmetic work done. However, Dr. Do and Megan highlighted underlying issues that I had. Using A.I. and technology, it was brought to my attention that I had issues that an ordinary X-ray couldn’t detect. Furthermore, I was in need of major work and I wanted it done in one visit. Dr. Do accommodated me and worked with me for the ENTIRE day! The level of service and compassion was comforting. Truthfully, I wish I could’ve been a patient in the past, but I’m glad I stubbles on this Efficient and Effective Office. Fantastic experience: Love Dr. DO and staff. Everyone is very welcoming and the relaxing atmosphere is everything. I recommend you visit the office and experience the wonderful services they offer to you and your family. While there please pick something from the comfort menu to relax as you get your cleaning with the new airflow cleaning machine which is pain free, warm water if you experience some sensitivity, less drilling and cleans the entire mouth yes you are supposed to clean your tongue not just your teeth. Fantastic experience: Editing to add--- I lost my insurance after covid and finally went back today and all of the updates in the office are incredibly impressive! The different scans and new technologies gave me a better understanding of my oral health than I thought possible and I especially loved the 3D imaging of my teeth! They also use the modern tech and 3D rendering of your teeth to make treatment plans. I was pleasantly surprised when he remembered meeting me briefly in Target over a year ago! After discussing my dental history and expectations for my overall dental health, Dr. Do and his dental assistant Megan took several photos and 3D scans of my teeth…in addition to the basic x-rays. FYI…these photos and scans will show EVERYTHING! Dr. Do went over each photo, scan and x-ray with me in detail, answered all of my questions and recommended a treatment plan to improve my dental health and overall well-being. From there, Samantha finished up the consultation by scheduling my cleaning and treatment within the next week! Fantastic experience: I usually hate the dentist but Smile in Style made me love it here. As I am getting my crown done and a cavity. They provided me with a weight blanket and a back massager. That’s not the only thing, the staff is truthfully amazing! They are the most friendliest and most knowledgeable staff that I know of.
