Fantastic experience: Another quality cleaning with the HPD hygienist, Lan. She did a wonderful job. Thankfully, no cavities but Lan advised me how to brush better along with regular flossing to care for my gums. Thanks to the staff for everything today. 5/30/24 Update: I am still so pleased with the quality of work, professionalism and how friendly the entire staff is! They are amazing. Their customer service is prime at every contact. Their quality of care, products & end results are superior. They are obsessed with ensuring patient comfort: Dark glasses, your choice of movies, headphones, nitrous oxide, blankets, pillows. The staff all work together as a unit in a friendly & upbeat manner. All of their equipment is very modern & up-to-date, and much of the work is done in-house or within Colorado. They were able to provide a clear-cut care plan, designed specifically for my current & future needs, with a very reasonable investment estimate. I have been kept “in the loop” with every decision & step along the way. We are approximately 1/2 way through our plan addressing existing issues, and I have noticed a dramatic improvement over the appearance of my teeth & smile, AND the correction of my bite. They perform Dental Artistry. I am so thankful I found them, AND I no longer dread going to the dentist.

I was extremely distraught and didn't know what to do. Last visit I had, Dr. Baltz left his card with his phone number on it. I gave him a rang and mentioned the situation to him.
