Fantastic experience: Dr. Chavez was super informative and detailed about my wisdom tooth procedure, he seemed to show genuine passion in his practice when speaking about it and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Not to mention the front desk staff was very inviting and friendly, and I was well taken care of throughout my consultation with the dental assistant. Fantastic experience: Was here last week, and I absolutely could not rave more about the friendly staff at Siloam Smiles Family dentistry! Would give more stars if I could Super friendly and professional from the moment you open the door until the moment you leave. My toddler approves! He had the best first visit to the dentist I could’ve imagined for him, all the way down to the chattering teeth toy, super sweet and patient hygienist, who also made him a dinosaur balloon, and the informative and smiling dentist! Thanks for a great experience.

Negative experience: Siloam Smiles Family Dentistry. They have been my dentist for over 8 years. Today I had an appointment scheduled for 8 am when I arrive for the appointment they tell me that because I had not confirmed it they could not see me when I already had an appointment from 10 days ago. I work at night and sleep during the day and that is the reason I did not answer their call. This is the second time they have done this to me. I think it is time to change dentists.

They got me in fast and for about 130$ best cash prices I could find for same day work in treatment. The staff is kind and compassionate and seem to really care about overall health of the patients.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve ever been to! I have had a lot of issues with my teeth stemming back from childhood. I’ve always avoided the dentist like the plague until coming to this office. Dr. Chavez and the staff (including front desk and office staff) are just so patient, kind, and understanding. Even though it would be ideal to have perfect teeth here on out, my nerves are way more at ease now when I do have to go to the dentist. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Chavez and his staff for getting my oral hygiene and teeth back to a healthy state.

Fantastic experience: I went in on Monday morning with a really bad abscess /infection where i had a partial root canal a few months ago somewhere else.. The care I received was the best I've ever seen at any dentist office I have been to. Everyone in the office was professional and genuinely wanted to help me. They even helped me with the paperwork as I was in a lot of pain so they took care of everything. Absolutely the best dental care I have ever received.

Negative experience: The waiting room is a big scam. It looks nice and spacious, but once you go back for a routine cleaning, there is too much waiting around for service. My time is valuable and you cannot waste it by talking about your weekend instead of doing what I'm paying you to do. The only positive experience was the little doggo roaming the area. Poor thing was abandoned, I believe.

Fantastic experience: The waiting room is very spacious, with nice homelike furniture, and decor. The lady at the front desk was very nice amd welcoming. The dental assistant was very good at explaining the procedure she was doing, and the reason for it. The dentist was nice, and understanding about how I wanted to max my benefits for the year.
