Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at this dental clinic. From the reception area to the treatment room, the staff was friendly and professional. The dentist explained the procedure step by step and made me feel comfortable at all times. The facilities are clean and well equipped. I would definitely return and highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. My wife came her for a tooth filling and she ended up spending 3 hours with them stuffing material into her tooth and then scraping it out more than three times, and left her with her whole left side of her face numb and a lot of pain. No post-procedure recommendations, the dentist work was minimum, she left the room and let the assistant (who is clearly under qualified) do all the work and ignoring the patient who was clearly in pain and only came for a simple cavity filling. PD: They also accidentally hit her in the head with the lamp during the procedure, Just a reflection on how little attention they pay to everything.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at this dental clinic! I went in for a cleaning with Dr. Rondon, and he was incredibly kind and patient. A big shout-out to Ileana as well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and clearly walked me through the next steps for my upcoming appointment. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: The doctor who treated me was terrible; he's from Venezuela. He hurt me during a tooth extraction, even though my tooth didn't have any nerves, and I'm now on my third visit due to complications where the tooth was!

Positive experience: I'm here now. HORRID customer service from the children they have at the desk up front. Nothing new. It gets worse every time I come here. Snobby lil winches. This WILL be my last time coming here. Edit: the young lady that did my teeth cleaning was a dream. She did such a lovely job. Plus 2 stars for her and her alone.

Negative experience: Terrible dentist experience being this one the worst dentist practitioner in my entire life. Zero empathy talking to me like if I was a 5 years old rude and impatient she ended up making me cry because of the pain she inflicted me because I repeatedly told her the anesthesia was no having effect on me. After the fact I told her that I was allergic to inflammation medicine and guess what... She prescribed me exactly what I can't get Regardless the staff super friendly and understanding of my situation. I will not be back ever! And I strongly suggest you do the same.

Negative experience: They get you in the same day. But the Dr. I had was rude. I never saw my X-ray she was friendly at all. They said I could not get my teeth, but I made calls and they said all I had to do was request them. Time for my second review never go to West end I found out that the dentist was supposed to have treated my abscess first before pulling my teeth so everything her whole procedure was wrong now I'm looking into a lawsuit because the whole left side of my mouth is all messed up I can't chew on that side I can't eat everything is wrong I've been sick.

I've never been happier ☺️. I can't wait to go back. I've went back and they finished me up for the year. I love love love the work that they have done and will be even happier when this next year rolls by and I can finished replacement of three more teeth. I'm so grateful that me and my husband found this place.

Negative experience: Review for Dr. Anne – Very Disappointing Experience My mother had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Anne. The doctor was rude and dismissive throughout the appointment. She didn’t even provide the standard protective chest covering during the cleaning, which is basic protocol. My mom explained that her gums had been hurting for the past six months and reminded Dr. Anne that during her last visit, she was told it was due to her brushing technique. Now, Dr. Anne suddenly says my mom needs to see a gum specialist—something she never mentioned before. When my mom questioned why this wasn't brought up earlier, Dr. Anne kept repeating the same thing and didn’t bother to actually engage or address her concerns. On top of that, she didn’t even check for cavities before starting the cleaning, which is a serious oversight. Overall, this visit showed a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no real care for the patient. We won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend Dr. Anne to anyone seeking respectful or thorough dental care.

Negative experience: I went in for a cleaning check up and when the lady dentist came in she was immediately inattentive talking to another person about another patient. She stopped my cleaning midway through to talk about the other patient and when she was doing my cleaning she was extremely rough and I’m still feeling the effects of the pain 24 hours later. While yes my teeth are sensitive I am not having pain in some of the teeth she was aggressive with she was also constantly poking and scraping at my gums which caused them to bleed well after my appointment. I have Medicaid and I’m a college student so this place is the closest option for me to go to but now I’m terrified to go back because of the pain

Positive experience: Okay, so I went for a deep cleaning and 2 extractions on my bottom teeth the first time. The male dentist was absolutely amazing. It was painless and he made me feel very comfortable. Today I go back to get the top teeth deep cleaned and 2 more extractions up top, the lady dentist was so so rough, I had to get another round of shots because I felt everything. Even after, she would be drilling at my teeth and slide off onto the roof of my mouth, it was so painful I cried all the way home. And they don't even look clean. I will not be back, strictly because of her... she drilled the roof of my mouth so much and I felt it ALL.

Negative experience: EXTREMELY disappointed and honestly quite appalled at the professionalism from this company. I went to one of their branches because it was closest to where I live. Not only did they do a horrible job at my fillings - which I shrugged off - but I'm just now finding out FIVE YEARS LATER that my private information (such as address, financial information, and BIOMETRIC DATA) WAS STOLEN from their systems in 2020. I'm not too scared of the address and card information, but I am terrified that some nefarious person potentially has not only my social security number but also an X RAY OF MY TEETH - ONE OF THE MOST UNIQUE IDENTIFIERS OF A HUMAN BEING. With the speedy developmented of technology, there's so much that could be done with that information. I now have to freeze all of my accounts with the credit bureaus. If you care about any of what I mentioned, I highly recommend you do your dental work elsewhere. I hope you're ashamed of yourselves, Westend Dental.

Negative experience: This place has been the rudes place ever. Run as fast as you can. So in 2 weeks they couldn't get approval for a cleaning. They did the wrong procedure. We will be contacting the insurance company and BBS as soon as possible.

Negative experience: Extremely mean I felt victimized because I’m a black African American. They were extremely rough with my procedures. I was yelled at from the head Dentist and the assistant. While I was laying in the dentist chair. The assistant was getting tools out of drawer where my head was lying back towards banging up against the head rest. An not once she apologized. I wouldn’t recommend a single black African American man or woman to go their.

Negative experience: I went in 4 months ago, they said it would take 4 months to get approval for dentures. I called today they hadn't even bothered asking for thr approval while I am getting sores in my mouth waiting. I called a different dentist immediately. They do NOT care about their patients.

Negative experience: RUN,RUN,RUN, HORRIBLE, went for a crown paid in full the Dr. Anne SRuthi was very rude had no compassion for me never have ever experienced so much pain,she cut my tongue so bad,telling me to hold my tongue still, it's numb,but I could feel her drilling my teeth I told her I could feel it, but I'm supposed to sit still ,after the anesthesia wore off ,OH my god my jaw was swollen tongue cut bad, I can't stop biting my jaw.this all took place Aug 2nd 2024,I returned back Aug 5th to see if she could prescribe a antibiotics my jaw has a knot in it my gums are sore around my tooth I'm biting Mt tongue and jaw cause it sore she has a attitude getting smart,telling me oh them your lympnodes, well if your lympnodes come out that means it fighting off something, we'll it's a whole week Today Friday,taking amoxicillin,and ibuprofen she prescribed and my mouth is still sore as hell get off work Thursday eat me some chicken broth soup and temporary crown falls out....oh my god just image the pain worsen tooth so sensitive water makes it feel Like a full blown tooth ache,but she's paid in full and I'm here in tears, I WANT MY MONEY BACK....I HAVEN'T EVEN GOT THE ORIGINAL CROWN,SHE HAS NO DOCTOR,CLIENT edicate.

Fantastic experience: They always manage to get me in when needed. Came here for the first time in 2018 for a root canal, tooth is still in great shape. Had a recent visit for X-rays and cleaning. They filled two cavities and were very professional about it. The females in there treat you with respect and show patience on this clients that have trouble holding their mouth open… like me!

Negative experience: I had a drastically bad experience with these guys. I need to get my crown done for my single tooth and these guys just claimed that without insurance’s approval they can’t excecute further. I wasted my time regularly calling these guys for my treatment to get updates. They never called me from front just gave different excuses each time. And when i asked for my claim number so that i can personally talk to the insurance, they said they were mistakenly sending the wrong information to my insurance. Now my insurance is ending soon and and i can do nothing for my tooth as they ask to pay full amount after my insurance ends. Also these guys did my deep cleaning just for the upper jaw, gave me twice numbing injections because the doctor was busy somewhere else. I waited for hours also when i got my teeth checked through another doctor they said the deep cleaning was not executed properly. Also just when the deep cleaning was done, i was not able to speak just in a second doctor ran away without telling ant precautions/medications or so..

Negative experience: DONT COME HERE! They will not clean your teeth well. They will stab your gums and tell you “you’re fine.” The man that “cleaned” my teeth before the dentist insisted on giving me dirty/old reusable sunglasses. They should learn how to clean their materials and stop being cheap and ATLEAST have new disposable glasses for each individual. If you’re thinking about coming here, just don’t-SAVE YOURSELF THE WASTE OF TIME!

She literally almost choked me with my filling it fell down my throat she cracked Another tooth was drilling it and was hitting the other side of my mouth with the metal drill and then told me because this was painfull I should have been sedated. This is week two, and the whole side of my face is still soar. Do better

Negative experience: Below the Stars you will see my review 6 years ago my review as of today at 10:30 2023 has drastically changed I experienced the most traumatizing Dental visit of my life a 2 weeks ago had eight cavities filled and then three days later I had a deep cleaning the deep cleaning was a nightmare it resulted in two of my back teeth being chipped and left open the pain is undescribable I was given a mouthwash to prevent infection for 2 weeks of use it is just now been 2 weeks and not only has the pain gotten worse it's moved to my ears behind my eye and in my jaw I cannot eat regular food if my two top teeth touch anything the pain shoots through the entire right side of my face before the deep cleaning she numbed me up with a syringe and injected it into my gums as usual but I can still feel a lot of pain so she stopped the deep cleaning and give me a second time only this time she just squirted it in my mouth she didn't stick me in the gums like she was supposed to she just took the syringe and squirted the disgusting numbing medicine in my mouth the back of my throat I almost threw up from the taste I am never going back to this place ever again the 8 caves that I had filled the fillings are overlapping my teeth and when I bite down it feels like I'm still biting on plastic she tried to correct them but at the I just wanted to get the hell out of there I'm not sure which changed at this establishment from now to from 6 years ago besides the dentist 6 years ago there was a man dentist this time it was a woman and I'm not saying that women cannot be good in the art of Dentistry but this one wasn't she was in compassionate and aggressive it was like she was taking a jackhammer to my teeth during this cleaning I was clenching onto my chair and pain and what was worse is my 8-year-old daughter was there with me and she is so traumatized I'll never get her to sit in the dentist chair ever again I have a high tolerance to pain but this was on a whole nother level I am in a lot of pain as of right now and I am starving because I cannot eat regular food I went to the hospital but there's only so much an emergency room can do when it comes to teeth I very much plan on going to a Urgent Dental Care this morning to have this problem taken care of but as of right now and for the past 2 weeks I have been in excruciating pain ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Took my kids there and they were so good with them. I use to go to Kool smiles and they became to hectic and the staff seem irritated most of the time. At West end dental the staff was friendly and very good with my kids I recommend them to any mother with kids.

Negative experience: This place should be shut down!!! I have never had a dentist DR. JAYNES!! say that he could complete 2 root canals but could not and just wanted the money!!! He seemed to be high on something and jittery. He numbed my mouth 5 times and still could not get the tooth out!!! Then had the nerve to throw me out of the office, he did not even care that my mouth was full of Novacaine!!!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! NOT to mention a week earlier a man came in and said he paid 4000.00 for dentures that he did not get at all!!! The new management is not the best!!!! Please be careful when going to this place, you might not make it out alive!!!

Negative experience: I did not like my experience here whatsoever. I came to get a referral to get my wisdom teeth removed since they are crowding the rest of my teeth. Upon arriving I was not spoken to by the staff member who polished my teeth and then silently sat in the room with me for 45 minutes until the dentist finally came in. She then told me that she could pull one of my wisdom teeth right then and there but leave the rest. It was just a bad experience with no explanations and no comfortability whatsoever. I will be going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My filling came out while was visiting from out of town, and was a trying to find a dentist that could treat me in the next day or two. They managed to fit me in the same day that I called. And even though they knew was a one time visitor, they were kind and thorough, and treated me like was a long time client. So very glad found them!

Negative experience: They broke a crown tooth that didn't need to be taken off. It was only to be filled and they suggested a crown , After of the treatment at 2 session appointments to finally receive the permanent crown , the "learners peoples " women and man employees" simply broken my tooth trying take out the temporary crown. The procedure to take out the crown was wrong first the women not knowndly the right tooth going to the crown, so I had explained the correct side, and She began hard pulling than if was to remove to get off the tooth, I was scared for the bad job she was doing I told please stop, I listened one break on my tooth, then She gone for the other man to help and it's finally ending broking the tooth with the temporary crown. And the inaceptable response received was for of the Dentist (women) " she only offered take out the root of the tooth for not cost" and if Was possible a implant was at my own cost, being that I paid for the whole treatment before to receive it. And she said doesn't worries your tooth don't was very strong and possibly broke anyday. Terrible experience, definitely I don't recommend to anybody, please look for other dentist, Here at Western Dental they aren't Professionals having people not responsible for their job and not warranty if they make malpractice with you, they said I have your patient concent signed and any treatment it's secured, and any issue it's possible happens during treatment.

Fantastic experience: Went in at noon was out by 12:45…. Quick painless professional and very affordable. Would recommend Westend Dental 16th Street to anyone needing dental care esp those without dental insurance. Will definitely use for all our family’s dental needs.

Negative experience: I have no idea how these people have a five star rating. They messed up my fillings then when I went back the dentist shaved down a little and put desensitizer on it. Never tried taking an x-ray to see if there were any issues. My fillings were done horribly! Super crooked and gaps were left that caused an extreme amount of pain. Oh and let me not mention that while she was drilling my teeth her hand slipped and she gashed a hole under my tongue that was bleeding. After that happened she just walked away and told the assistant to do my fillings. I couldn't even eat for like 3 days because it hurt so bad. Then she said they might have to do a root canal ummm what After that was said I decided on a different dentist (7 day dental in Southport who were amazing!) I do not recommend this dentist office ever!!!! Go at your own risk seriously and on top of that THEY ARE RUDE! The girls up front are ok but the staff in the back are so cold and just rude including the female dentist who attended me she had the worst attitude I've ever seen from a dentist.

Negative experience: My partner and I came in for the first time today for a regular check up and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had(and that’s saying something coming from someone who’s gotten their teeth done in military trailers). Although the front desk staff was respectful, they took forever to call us to the back and we had an appointment set. By the time I’d gotten back there, it was radio silent, no greetings, no overview of how the exam was going to go, nothing. The dental assistant kept shoving the x-ray piece into my mouth with no warning and turning my head roughly (mind you, all of this is in complete silence). Then I finally get to the cleaning, and he finishes the top right part of my mouth with toothpaste and lies to the doctor and tells her he finished my whole mouth. The worst part of the experience was the fact that the doctor was so aggressive in my “cleaning” and her explanation of my problems. Almost like she was shaming me for my cavities. They even brought in another staff member while they were cleaning my teeth and it sounded like they were talking about my teeth in another language and almost laughing. He never finished with my polishing, just roughly flossed my teeth and left. My whole mouth was bleeding after and it still hurts hours later. No fluoride, no review of the exam, no next steps. They just sent me on my way. TERRIBLE!

Negative experience: WORST experience I’ve ever had at any dentist I’ve been to. If I could leave 0 stars I would . Customer service was horrible. Lady at desk was on her personal cell phone while helping my partner. I Was not greeted when walked to the back . When getting my X-rays the lady had an attitude & was huffing & puffing the whole time while roughly jamming the piece in my mouth . I was told I didn’t need any work done but just a cleaning. The Cleaning was super rough & they didn’t do anything but scrape my teeth up . She clearly seen that I was in pain & kept saying it’s just “sensitivity “ & now my teeth is hurting 7 hours later & are very sensitive. I had no problems with my teeth when I walked in & now I’m in a lot of pain . DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE . Establishment need to be shutdown !!! Reading through the comments you can tell they are very unprofessional , rude & does not care about their patients !!!!

Negative experience: Really bad experience, I got a cleaning and I feel like I didn’t got one. The dentist was really rough and I been with pain for over few days already. She chipped one of my teeth and it feels so uncomfortable. Do not go there.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 I would. Went in on 3/27/23 for a chipped cavity in my front tooth they told me I would need 2 fillings and 2 root canals, I raised my hand 3 times while she was drilling my teeth because of pain and she just kept saying its "sensitivity". I could feel her digging and pulling the root out which put me into shock. She was bouncing around between patients so much that by the time the assistant finished the fillings I was no longer numb. The filling on one tooth is so thick I can't close my mouth naturally even though I said it felt weird. The assistant was coughing and very clearly sick while she was working on my teeth as well. I have never had such a traumatic experience at a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Just got a wisdom tooth extracted here by Dr.Jaynes and let me tell you, he did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! He answered all my questions perfectly and made the environment feel very safe! He was very very quick when it came to actually getting the tooth out the longest part was just waiting for the anestesia to settle. I would highly recommend coming here!!

Dr jaynes is so great and his assistant is wonderful. they made me feel so comfortable with getting my tooth extracted. i would recommend! & the office ladies are so sweet too, i cant remember who helped me but she did everything she could to make sure i was seen today. they are all so wonderful

Fantastic experience: Jasmine was very helpful, and Dr Anne is the best dentist I've had in my life! I'm almost 70 and this is the best dental office I've been to.

Negative experience: My wife made me an appointment and showed them my insurance card to see if they would accept it and they said it was fine. When it was time for the appointment, I showed them my insurance card and they said I couldn't use it and I had to pay for anything done. It does not make sense if they said I could use the insurance then change their minds and not let me use it.

Fantastic experience: 5/5 experience. I had Mrs. Linda as my dental hygienist and I believe that this is one of the best services I’ve recieved. She was kind and checked in on me every moment to make sure I was ok. Overall the service was amazing. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: We sent one of our employees there today, and they had a great experience, it was a great customer service, especially how the dental assistant Evelin had good customer service and the dentist did a excellent job as well

Negative experience: My husband went in for fillings two weeks prior and has had an enormous amount of pain when I told them they would look at it . They fixed the issue today about left my husband with a cut under his lips cuts along the side of his tongue and swollen lip. I had to go there physically to get something for his pain ( which you would think they could have given him that before he left his appointment ). My husband is bilingual… when confronted about not giving my husband no type of instructions before leaving for his appointment… the dentist debated with me saying they did both in Spanish and in English which felt she was trying to blame on the language barrier. We are pay a good amount of money to fix my husband teeth the least they can do is do a good service. My husband tried his best to let the dentist know that he and she were hurting him but they didn’t pay them no mind… not to mention they have his consent form after the fact that they numbed his mouth… that is the worst thing a healthy care Provider could do. YOU GIVE THE CONSENT FIRST THEN YOU NUMB THE MOUTH NOT AFYEE THE GACT!! We will not be going back ever again… this place came to highly recommended by many of my friends and family this has been the biggest let down of my life.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Janes and his hygienist Bobbi were AMAZING. I have a lot of dental trauma in my past but they made me feel so comfortable. I'll never go anywhere else so long as I live in Indianapolis! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Came here because someone recommended me to them. The first two appointments were fine. But then I told them my fills we’re breaking and I was having tooth pain. They never fixed the fillings and then told me that I needed two root canals. Sent in a referral to get them done and the place they sent it to doesn’t even take people over a certain age with hip insurance. I ended up going to a new dentist and they told me that I only needed one root canal done and that everything that this dentist had told me was incorrect. I will never come back here.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr. Ann for a new crown. Couldn’t be happier with the service. Prep and temporary went well and the final fit was great. I can chew again and my bite is perfect.

Fantastic experience: Dr.James is absolutely amazing! He did a double root canal on me about a month and a half ago and he just did work on my father. My father needed his teeth pulled so he can get dentures and the procedure was quick and painless, no joke! I recommend this facility to anyone. I drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here.
