Fantastic experience: Dr. Benoit came to the office on Dec 23, a Saturday to do a temp repair to a broken tooth. Left his family holiday weekend to help me. Never had a dentist give me this level of service. Outstanding!

Fantastic experience: This was my first time going to Dental Docs..... I have a terrible fear of dentists. But not only was this a beautiful facility, The people were genuinely sincere and kind. They even helped me with my insurance. Who does that??? I had my teeth cleaned by Jenny Prewitt. She was very nice, very gentle, and even used some kind of new equipment, a sonic cleaning tool....I had never seen one before. So that led me to believe they were very modern and up-to-date. It was quite impressive. Jenny is quite the conversationalist. One minute I sat down and it felt like another minute later she said , there you go , you're all clean! I HIGHLY recommend Dental Docs!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for many years! There is no other place in the Quad Cities that I would rather go! As an Catholic Archbishop, though not Roman, it is important that I look my best, even where my teeth are concerned! It seems to be a small detail to some, but not to me! The majority of my ailments at my age can begin with teeth, so it is vitally important to have as healthy teeth as possible! In my case, properly cared for teeth is necessary to continue having a face for pictures and interviews, including when I visit in Des Moines to speak and advocate this month on behalf of Alzheimers' research! I cannot say enough good things about them!

Fantastic experience: First visit for an emergency dental issue, the fit me in quickly and were fantastic. Everyone is incredibly kind. Second visit, another emergency. Again got me in quickly and reception even called around to get me into the surgeon asap. Amazing staff all around.

Positive experience: I brought my son here a couple of years ago for a broken tooth and they did an excellent job. However, I got dental work done by Dr. Ahuja and I have to say I was less than pleased. She did a crown but no root canal, which in my opinion is pointless because eventually I’ll need the root canal. When she put the temporary crown on, there was a very large gap in the back that allowed food to get in and it ended up getting infected. When my appointment came to get my permanent crown, they put it on while my gums and tooth was still infected. They did give me antibacterial mouthwash but it wasn’t even covered by my insurance. If she would’ve done the temporary crown the correct way, I wouldn’t have gotten the infection and I wouldn’t have had to pay out of pocket for the antibacterial mouthwash. The worst part was my tooth hurt for like 3 months and I couldn’t even chew on that side of my mouth. I like this dental office but wouldn’t recommend Dr. Ahuja because she seems to hurry through the dental work instead of taking a little extra time to make sure things are done correctly.

Negative experience: I went to my long time dentist with tooth pain so severe I could not eat, sleep or work. They offered no pain relief and said she was not capable of doing a root canal. I will never return and I am looking for a new dentist. Absolute negligence that they sent me out with no relief. I will be checking into the er to get some pain relief.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist, but the folks at QC Dental Docs always make it a great experience. The ladies at the front desk always friendly and greet me with a smile. They are very helpful and make the check-in and check-out easy and painless. The Hygienist's are friendly and competent, and get the job done quickly. Dr. Benoit is great, and also very personable. Unlike a lot of dentist's, he doesn't look for work to increase your bill. He tells you what issues you have, explains them so you can understand, and let's you decide if and when you are going to get it fixed. No high pressure sales folks here. They make you feel like part of their family. Great dental practice!

Fantastic experience: Our entire family go here and this is one of the best dental offices in the area. Everyone at this office are super friendly. The office is very clean, cozy and welcoming. The check-in process is smooth and we never had to wait more than a few minutes. I also never had any issues with insurance claims or co-pays. We really like Dr. Vinti Ahuja. She has once filled a complex cavity for my son when other dentists were only recommending a crown and were not ready to fill the cavity. I was impressed with that and since then, we have been going to this place for all our dental needs. I highly recommend this place.

Instead of asking me questions while cleaning my teeth, the dental hygienist talked me through what she was doing, what she was finding, and how I can take care of those areas, etc. I found that to be really helpful, and it made the appointment less stressful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. 1st timer as a medicare recipient. May want to use a tablet for the pre-visit questionnaire vs standing in full view of the reception area. Staff were perfectly prepped on interpersonal interactions. My hygienist's was excellent and anticipated every discomfort and interaction. The upgraded technology on the X-rays couldn't have been easier. Especially compared to another office just a few years ago. My Dentist was very personable and professional and included me in the decision making. Great team work. I was very impressed. Thought they had their interpersonal skills honed to a science.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting QCDD this past week. Cozy environment, very friendly doctors/staff. My hygienist knew I had certain sensitivities and helped the visit to be more comfortable than I’ve experienced in the past at other offices. And they even have TVs on the ceilings to help put patients at ease! Excited to continue care with QCDD!!

Negative experience: After getting unnecessary fillings, the sensitivity was so bad for 6 months, I couldn’t eat hard food. Had to get them redone by another dentist. After going in to dental docs with my concerns, they said to buy a tube of toothpaste that would fix it. $15 later, the toothpaste didn’t do anything.

Fantastic experience: This place was amazing! The women at the front desk were very friendly, and answered all my questions. The woman who worked on my teeth (cleaning them) was very sweet and informational. She did a wonderful job and always made sure if it way okay to continue. Then our dentist Vinti, was a very kind woman as well, she answered all my questions and even explained things I didn’t understand going on with my wisdom teeth. When she didn’t have an answer she directed me to the right person and I was able to get the answers I needed. It was overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience - kind, helpful, knowledgeable and treat their patients with the utmost care and respect. Dr. Benoit is wonderful!!! Only thing I can complain about is that I didn't switch to this dentist office sooner.
