Negative experience: They said I had a cavity and a spot that may be a stain but when I went to make my next appt they said it would be for two cavities to be filled. I went to a new dentist and he said I didn’t have any cavities. I think they are scamming people at this office. The receptionist told me to “you do you” when I said I would get a second opinion.

Based on the exam, I was given a choice of what dental treatment that I wanted and when. No pressure. I am now a new patient! Negative experience: I was in for another cleaning and everything went very smoothly. Everyone working there is very nice and ready to make your visit comfortable. Bree cleaned my teeth very thoroughly AND painless. I am in a power chair and I was able to move around the facility easily. Unfortunately I'm editing my review after going over my insurance claims. Dr.Nine is great and the girls working there are kind. But for my ins. to pay, Dr.Nine was not in network...... no wonder they couldn't tell me ahead of time how much it would cost. I now know of a federal act called The No Surprises Act and they have to tell you $$$$$. Ask about your insurance first!

By the time I left they had a mound of information on every tooth in my mouth. All the tests were explained well and all the results were shown to me. The environment was so pleasant I almost forgot I was in a “dentist office!” I call it ‘a happy place’.

Negative experience: We called to ask if they accept our dental insurance and we're told yes, which later after a high bill and calling them, they only accept Delta. We were told we should've known they were not an in network provider. I stated that I specific called and asked and was told they do accept it. I even gave our insurance information over the phone. Our insurance company stated they charged excess than the fee schedule as the out of network provider so our insurance won't pay that. This is office mess up and is unprofessional to blame the patient.

Fantastic experience: Family Dentistry of Neosho is wonderful! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, their office is warm and inviting and all their equipment is high tech and innovative!!! For someone like myself who is extremely anxious about going to the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by how “gentle” my dental hygienist was!! Trust me that was a huge deal for me, as in the past I have had SEVERAL who were heavy handed and harsh! Brittany got the job done, without making me feel abused!! Lol. All in all I would highly recommend this dental clinic!!

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable. Unlike some dentists they don’t look for reasons to pull teeth willy nilly as in my wisdom teeth that were fully in for 4 years with no problems. Very gentle, small cavities require no numbing

Fantastic experience: The schedulers at family dental worked with me and got me in within two days of my first call. I had an issue with a tooth that was causing a little bit of nerve pain. It is so nice of them to be accommodating and try to get me in as quick as possible. A dental assistant took some x-rays and pictures and then the doctor dentist came in and talk to me about different options with my teeth in general and about what they could do with that particular front tooth that I went in to have rebuilt or repaired. They were quick efficient and did a very good job on patching the tooth! Very pleased!

Negative experience: Addendum: That's because I'm not a patient there (thankfully) but I've called and spoken to your front office clerk about my son, who is seen there multiple times and she is hateful. Therefore, people should be aware. I have spoken to the front office lady a couple different times now, she is rude as can be. Flat rude. Don't let people lie and say these people are nice.Well especially not the lady who answers the phone she is snippy and hateful Everytime I have spoken to her.
